Visited dunn ave location on 6/28/17...I spent $47 and some change for the buffet and 20 wings we cleaned or own booths due to them being dirty plus the towel and cleaning spray was already on one of the tables after being there for 35 min no wings. When asked how long it would be 5 min later I was informed they never were put in and the cashier never told them but if I could wait 20 more min they'll be up which is very ridiculous so they gave me a refund I guess it was funny to the manager because of the Lil smirk on her face. This was worst experience I've ever received from this location. I'm a G.Manager for a fast food restaurant so I know how it can be when your kinda busy.. but damn who forgets there customer's

I went to eat with my kids and husband Cicis on 1200 E Davis St #122, Mesquite, TX 75149 the customer services was bad the manager daughter was treating us bad so the manager didn't do anything n I think that's not right she treat us unfair he didn't know what was happening the way he talk us. He let it go treating my husband bad plus my kids has to see that I was so disappointed that my kids have to see that when is a place to family eat and enjoy.

We just went there to eat there was cooked hair in the pizza we brought it up to the manager an he refused to do anything about it would not even say that he was sorry it something is not done I will have it out in all the papers as possible an let everyone know what they r doing to everyone they where very rude about it would not even take care of the problem we r very upset about it an will not be going back to eat there

We went to cici pizza on the international drive, Florida on June 18, 2017 at 6.22 pm. We ordered two buffets for the kids and we (parents) didn't want to eat the buffet but wanted to order and eat a pizza with the kids in the restsurant instead. We specifically asked the clerk Monestine if we can eat the pizza in the restaurant and she said 'yes'. Our kids heard that. Later Monestine came and told us that we can't eat the pizza there while our kids were still eating the buffet. We closed the pizza box and stopped eating our pizza. Then the manager Juliette came and told us that we can't eat sit in the restaurant and told us to go out of the restaurant as they won't allow anyone to sit in the restaurant with the takeout pizza. We told Juliette that our kids are eating the buffet next to us but she insisted that we cannot sit in the restaurant with the pizza and threw us out of the restaurant. We kept telling julietta that if we had known that the clerk Monestine had told us that we wouldnt be allowed to eat there then we would have gone somewhere else
Or ordered buffet instead. But Julietta wouldn't listen. Even when we told us that our kids are with us eating their buffet she told us that we can't sit in the restaurant and asked us to leave. We left even though our kids didn't finish their dinner. This is the worst restaurant ever. We have never been treated like this ever in any restaurant in US. This is the worst customer service. overall experience
Upon finding a cici's pizza in the area, I walk in to find a cutout which my nieces put their face in for a picture. I approach the register to find the manager staring at me asking if I was done and if I could finally be helped. I ignored his comment as if I were an inconvience to him. After I paid, I noticed there weren't any trays and having dined in other cici's pizza it was natural for me to ask for a tray (especially with two children) he abruptly said no. Me and my niece carried a conversation before we began to pick out our food and a guest approached he counter and the manager yelled towards me saying he can give me my money back and that he was he manager. I looked at him with disgust as to why I was being debated with especially when nothing was said to this emotional man. I told him I'm trying to eat and that he is tuning my dining experience and assured him I will not return and to let me eat in peace. He then speaks in Spanish to the guest and says yeah she says she doesn't like it so I told her I can give her the money back.
This is beyond ridiculous as to why I was treated In such a manner from the moment I walked in the door. This manager needs an attitude adjustment and not treat clientele as if they are giving him a a favor by being here.

This Cici's where I live is supposed to be open until 10pm. It is currently 9:19pm, and they would not answer their phone, therefore, I went in to order pizza to go, and they told me that the 2- half pizzas that they had on the line were all the pizza they had for the rest of the night and refused to make us any to go even though they are technically open for another 40 minutes... always terrible customer service here.

On May 31, 2017 Store #186 I stopped in to eat. First off there was only a pepperoni, cheese, and suppose to be a meat lovers at least that was what was above the pizza. They looked as though and also tasted as though they had been there for a while. The sauce and all are about 1.5" from the edge of the crust. The meat lover had 2 little pieces of sausage 1 pepperoni and very little sauce, lots of cheese. The stuff crust only had a couple different ones and very little topping. All crust. Use to you could order a couple pieces of a certain one and they would put the rest on the buffet. Now you have to take the whole thing or they won't make it. It is really wasting pizza as you like a variety not just one kind. The tables aren't clean. Use to there was a table person cleaning the tables. The pizzas are mostly crust and very little topping. No one wants to eat that much crust. The pizzas are not cut all the way through. Customers have to finish cutting the pizza just to get a piece. Buffet is never filled with fresh pizzas. I have been very disappointed in the service and cleanliness of the facility
got pepperoni in veggie pizza
Worst experience, we got pepporoni in vegi pizza .and they say its small piece .as we are vegitarian And we are so upset as we dont even eat eggs and food was so dirty and dry .
Customer service is really bad I see every time this is the worst place to go .as my kids want to have different items we will go forcefully.

I went to ur location in plano on coit and I got the Buffett like I usually do and I was really displeased the only pizza offered was pepperoni and cheese and the spinach pizza only. No supreme or bbq or other pizzas offered and if I wanted them I would have to get a whole personal pizza which i only wanted a piece or two the mgr said he csnt make those to put on the buffet since his regional told him so and i, asked for the regional cell# and left him a voice mail and no response after 6 hrs. What is up with this location?

My husband and I haven't been to cici's in a while so we decided to go to the local one in Cartersville, ga today between 2:00 and 3:00. I ordered our usual pizza's. We always get the italiano crust. Half meat lover's with extra cheese on top and half with my toppings. When they brought it out there was only four pieces of pizza all together. Completely down sized from what we are use to. Instead of a whole pizza it was just a personal pizza. I do not like eating off the bar and neither does my husband. We paid a higher price for the food and got less. Now they want you to clean off your table so the workers will have less to do. I am sure they are getting paid the same as they are doing less work. I do not mind cleaning up after myself but today I didn't. After we finished our two pieces each the manager ask if he could make us more. No one wants to wait on the same pizza to be made again. I want it all at once in front of me. There was no extra cheese on top of his two pieces and mine was smothered in tomatoes, which I ordered tomatoes but not that many. I will not go to cici's again as it has become a rip off. That is what's wrong with the food industry now days. They keep down sizing the food and upping the price. We did not get our money's worth and I am very mad about this situation.

On several visits 2 cc's Pizza .poor customer service l.ack of Pizza on the buffet sometimes no pizzas on the buffet and customers have to wait 15-20 or longer for the pizzas. During my visits there what I have witnessed all the tables are dirty food is on the floor. On one visit they were not taking custom orders I had overheard them state that. One incident that touch my heart a little boy wanted brownies and he was turned away maybe they have lack of supplies not sure. On another visit went to eat tables were dirty one lady customer saw the condition of the tables she was upset and clean the tables herself picked up the plates and put the plates in the proper location. There is lack of supplies such as Crush pepper parmesan cheese packages silverware at this particular location they use paper plates and paper utensils and there is lack thereof. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt visiting this location several times but the situation Remains the Same. There are two more CC's a little farther away one in Saginaw Texas the other in Lake Worth Texas we decided to go this weekend to the Lake Worth CiCi's. I was very impressed 50 Lake Worth location that I took the time to speak with the manager that day and give him a compliment. Thank you for your time

My name is Kelly Gipson I worked for cicis for almost 2 years when I was 16 and I always take my kids to here this location in Southaven ms off goodman rd. I must complain the employees are very rude and lazy and the management working at this date May 7, 2017 at 12:16 was no help at all she walked off when I was complaining... never had customer service like this before. I'd say get new management who is on the customers side as it is suppose to be and better employees who wants to better the locations services to customers!

On May 6, 2017 around 7 PM, myself, my sister and our 4 children walk in to enjoy the buffet at the Lake Jackson Tx CiCi's. Once there, no one greeted us and the front counter employee just say there never saying anything to us. Once we got our plates a male employee come out of the restroom are buttoning and zipping up his pants and then comes to the buffet line and messes with the pizza. We brought up the issue to the manager and she instantly catches a attitude so we ask for a refund. She never turns around and tell the guy to go wash his hands nor did she change out the pizzas he touched. Instead she slams the money back in the counter and laughs about it. I feel like now I understand why no one never really goes to that CiCi's because it's unclean, the pizzas are always lukewarm or just cold, the staff are rude, and they get it from the management. If the manager won't correct it then of course the employees won't care. I've been to other CiCi's establishments and never had any issues with the service, whether cleanliness, employees, or management. This is disgusting and needing to be addressed by someone who actually care and possibly want to bring more money to the establishment because no one will go if the reviews are horrible because of staffing and management issues that could be easily fixed

My son first time to use his debit card, he chose CiCi pizza. My son noticed that the manager, working the regis, had overcharged him an adult meal and drink. We decided to wait until the end of the meal to take care of business. Once at the register the manager refused to return the funds and call my son a thief cause he took the crust to the dog.
horrible service
I am at a Houston location store #605 and there's no pizza literally. My kids are eating old cold pizza. I don't have anything on my plate because they ran out and said they don't put certain pizzas under the vent but yet the other location does. This place is trash, I don't know why I come to this location, the Pasadena location is 100% better. They don't great you here and make you feel like a burden, the manager will let homeless people in the store and go table to table begging for money. Never again will I waste my money here.

The drive thru employee was hateful and wouldn't give us enough parmesan and peppers so that each slice could have some they only gave us 2 packs of each for 2 pizzas . That is ridiculous Little Caesars, Pizza hut, Papa John's and many more will at least give us a packet of each for every slice. We really enjoyed your pizza and cinnamon rolls. But because of your bull ### policy we will have to take our business elsewhere. I'm sorry you lost a loyal customer

When we arrived I noticed vagrants loitering outside and one women sitting on the bench inside Cici's. She followed us out, begging for money I am sure they have a lot of people wanting free food.
First time at Cici's Pizza on 309 N. Nellis 89110. I bit into a slice of pizza and chomped down on a piece of plastic. Yep disgusting! Gouged my lower right bottom tooth/gum. Visit of about TEN minutes.
Asked for management. I showed Hector the piece he said it was a bone. I said no look again, he stood there and looked at me with no response. Nothing. No report or form offered, no apology or offer a refund. One and 1/2 slice of pizza and a glass of water!
I understand why I was not offered a refund, nor did I ask. This must happen frequently. Hardly enough time to dine and dash with money back.
REMOVE the pizza!
(at least till I'm gone) but do nothing?
I will never return or eat in any location.

We went to cicis today (3-20-17 2:00pm). In Russellville AR. My husband, our 2 kids, and I havd just sat down to eat (my son and me were eating a salad). A customer is telling them there is a roach. I look up and see the roach crawling right in front of the salad bar. The empolyees were laughing about this situation. They did not apologize. They did not offer a refund. So we just got up and left. We have been going to cicis for the past 5 years and have never seen such horrible staff.

I took my family to this location on Buckner Blvd in Dallas TX it, was horrible as usual. The customer service also horrible. I asked for a fresh pizza the girl clearly told me it was but, it was burnt and the only only very view selections. The most was pepperoni. This location is also very unclean and, being experienced in food there's no cleaning tables with spray close to other guests. And why do they advertise $5 buffet when indeed when you get there it's $6.29. I will not be back I'll be sure to notify others about this store.
