new menu
Today I took my 12 year old daughter to lunch at CiCi's and the new menu is horrible, the only thing still good was the salad bar. The new cheesecake brownies are gross (the original brownies were amazing, why did you change them) the spinach pizza now only comes in flatbread unless you order it...that's not the point of a buffet...when we go to a buffet we want to be able to get in and out not wait for our food to be cooked. The meatball New York pizza is horrible. I just don't understand the need to change the menu? My daughter also wanted me to let you know that she misses the drinking glasses, our location drinks now come in disposable paper cups. I just wanted to let you know we were very disappointed with the new menu and we will not be back.

I reported an employee for hanging up on me earlier and lied saying i cursed at him, which I did not. I explained and asked if the calls were monitored because this call I know the corporate office would have some concerns. Well maybe not, I received a call tonight from 804-512-3311 who says he is the owner. Ok, there is dead air so I stay explaining, he immediately says I can read, I have the report I front of me. I said you were not saying anything, nor did I know you had any report. Instead of the man apologizing for what happened, he immediately stays schooling me on how this guy always jump over cars to help little old ladies everyday He painted a picture of how nice this guy is and I just have to be lying on him because this person called him immediately. I said sir I don't need a lecture about how good this person is, he cut me off stating that's why he hung up on you. You raising your voice at me. I hung up. Never again will I do business or recommend anyone to this place. If this is how business is dann for this company, ok. The one good thing I experienced was talking to John in corporate. Thanks John, you were really helpful And professional!

I ordered wings and the cashier explained it would take 30 minutes. I was cool with that after 30 minutes going on 35 minutes I went up to the workers, and I checked on my wings they told me "it was still cooking". After waiting 45 minutes total for only 5 wings I was pretty annoyed and asked what was the big hold up. I was told that it would take an additional 20 minutes, because the original order was messed up. The manager offered to give me a refund, and as I was venting to him how inconvenient that was he walks away while I'm still talking. That's very disrespectful. I went to the front and demanded a refund. My main issue is the workers lacked empathy, rude, and fail to set expectations. I work hard for my money, and if this is how I am going to be treated I will never come back. I'm putting money in YOUR pockets! Disgusting!

I visited store 261 in Houston Texas and notice workers not wearing gloves while making pizzas for customers. I asked the manager Kayla how does she knows if her workers wash their hands and she shrug her shoulders. I asked her could her worker put on gloves while he make my pizza she said he can't cause the dough is soft which make no logical sense. Why aren't all your workers wearing gloves when they are touching and digging their nails in customers food? Don't you think that is sanitation issue? Someone please inform me.
You are incorrect. Heath codes require that gloves be worn when handling any READY TO EAT (RTEs) Food. Since pizzas are cooked at 500 degrees for 5 minutes, they don't have to wear gloves to prepare it. The oven would kill any possible germs. Any food that you would put directly into your mouth, such as salad bar toppings, etc. would have to be handled with gloves. Now I can see your point of view on wearing gloves, but have you ever tried to stretch pizza dough with a plastic one-use glove? Not very easy. It may not be what you want, but it's not a health code violation.
the pizza bar is always empty!!
I have visited the CICI pizza at
2415 E Tropicana Ave LV, NV 89121 a few different times and each time we come the pizza bar is always empty! Today we came in as a party of 8 after our sons football game and yet again the pizza bar is empty! Why do we pay for a pizza buffet and end up wait over 30 minutes just to be able to make a plate? I tried to talk to a manager, but she clearly could not understand English! This is ridiculous and very bad for business! Something definitely needs to be done! I will not hesitate to call our news and put this nasty place on the air! Please take action to correct this!

On 04/03/2018, while on vacation with my family in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, I visited the CiCi's Pizza located at 3189 Parkway Blvd. The customet service was slow, and I had to wait about 45 minutes to receive my (to-go) order. Even then my order was not correct, and because I had waited so long they comp'ed me some boneless wings which turned out to be cold, as they were just returned by a customer before me.
I will never eat at another CiCi's Pizza. Your corporation has lost my business from this time forward if nothing is done to correct this lack of customer service and quality of food.
mop bucket dressing
My family and I decided to eat cici's on Friday night. The kids was exited to eat there. We went in and ordered 4 adult buffets and 1 kids meal dinner. We go and sit down and my wife was walking by the salad bar. One of the employees dropped the mop bucket and water went over 6 feet in the air all over the salad bar. So high that the other side of the salad bar where the customers get there food was covered with mop bucket water. My wife immediately asked the employee that was responsible for it if she was going to leave it all there? She looked at her with a puzzled look on her face and went to the kitchen area. Knowing my wife saw what happened she told the manager of the facility and he was very quick to go and start washing off the counter tops while other customers were helping there selves to the salad bar... wait your not going to stop the people from eating? My oldest daughter had to go up and stop the people from getting food from there. The manager had no intention from stopping anyone from getting food from there but what do you expect when his clothes is as dirty as the floor. We immediately went up and asked for a refund and he actually asked why we would not eat there. Did not offer an apology and was actually rude to us. If you are looking for a new taste on the salad bar please visit the Ontario Ohio cici's. Unfortunately we can not tell you how it tastes.
I am making a complaint about the manager and wait time for my food.
We went to eat there today around 7pm. Ordered buffets and one order of hot wings. After about 30 mins of waiting for the wings my husband went to ask, he told the manager Jojo that we've been waiting 30 minutes for the wings and shouldn't take that long. All she said was yea I know and said that the cook must of forgot and that it'll be an additional 30 minutes and that was it. I just found it unprofessional on her part to not even apologize and the way she just said I know seemed sarcastic.

My family and I came into this location last night hoping for a good experience. This is now the 3rd time we have been disappointed. The last two times the pizza was cold and the service was awful. We decided that we would give it another try since it had been a few months and maybe things had changed, but we were wrong.
As Soon as we walked in the door we were not greeted, and when we got to the cash register the lady was exteremly rude as if we were an inconvenience . It was a little busy and Not I only did they only have 2 pizzas half way empty they were cold. The bathrooms were beyond disgusting, they had toilet paper all over the floors, 2 tampons beside the toilet, and the trash can over flowing. To top that off the manager had told one of the bussers to "go clean the batbroom" so the one started to walk off and the other one yelled laughing "hey Travis (I believe that was his name) if it's really that bad come let me know so I can come see" that to me was very unprofessional. The floors also had pizza, napkins, dessert, on them, with huge drink spills not only in front of the soda machine but between the two bars. The tables were all dirty, chairs in the middle of the walk way. The pasta they did have up (hardly any and very overdone noodles) had sauce in it then the sauce had several noodles. Pizza sauce all the way down the bar the salad bar had hardly any salad or pasta.
I am normally not one to complain as this is now the third time we have encountered this, but I feel as if you all should know. The manager did try and get the staff to clean up after another lady was addressing these issues getting a number for a higher up as I was going to talk to her myself.
I myself have been a supervisor at a pizza place here in town so I know how hard it can be to do things when it is busy. As in cleaning the pizza bar, keeping it clean and stocked, the tables clean as soon as one gets up, chairs placed correctly at the table, etc but you could tell it hadn't been done in 30 minutes to an hour.
My family and I do love coming to this place, but after yesterday's experience we will have to be pretty desperate.

I'm at beechnut and gessner location, twice this month I have visit 2 locations and thinking one would be better than the other, but I proved myself wrong. I mainly wanna complain about the beechnut and gessner location never or nor I ever say a pizza after someone just wiped there hands onto there shirt coming out of the bathroom that's number 1, #2 is that the whole 25 mins not one pizza has been exchanged with new so meaning cicis requires all pizza to be eaten before they can actually exchange it? That's horrible, #3 when has it ever become a policy of seeing 2 employees texting and making a pizza? It's called germs... touching a item and then touching food, no that's not necessary. #4 tables loaded with plates, napkins drinks it was filthy! I literally ate 3 pieces and walked out upset!
#5 drink concession was all out of 4 soft drinks and ice as well as parmesan cheese asked 3 times the girl kept walking away like she didn't hear me.
And very last bathroom had pee all over the seat and floor. Will I ever come back to this location? NO! Will I make a bad review of course and want my full refund back! Cicis been in business for over years, giving schools scholarships etc but to have restaurants look like this as well as bad services. Horrible!
no pizza and employees fighting
I brought my kids to Cicis #831 in Las Vegas nv to eat after their baseball games. When we got here there was a bare Buffett and employees are arguing with each other. Customers are waiting for pizza and there is no pasta or even napkins. Everyone seems to be waiting around to get any pizza at all. I paid $22.14 for nothing and I get to sit across a table and explain to my kids that they need to wait for food while their stomachs are growling.

I was an employee at cicis pizza store 472 while on smoke break I was outside talking with another coworker via text message she has been accused of stealing so I brought it to her attention and was terminated for my action I'm not upset about this fact at all it is what it is but after I had clocked out and was waiting on my ride the general manager Deborah came out treating me saying " I'm lucky shes in uniform" "I'll just have my daughter do it for me" and that shes gonna keep my check

The Manager that was on duty on 03/13/2018 he was rude would not make Eye contact with you. Didn't have much put out but the Food was cold and old looking. The dining room was dirty. We ordered a special pizza and was never brought to us had to go ask fir it and was sitting there for awhile was a little bit cold. The worst Cicis I have ever been to and will never go to when I am in town
no gloves
One of the workers over on the Kenosha Ave location in Broken Arrow isnt wearing gloves while making the pizza. That's disgusting and unsanitary . Im never eating here again. We dont know if their hands are clean or not. Thats disgusting. They were jist handling with the trash can and then continued to work on pizza's. They could seriously make their customers really sick like that.
food quality and buffet selection
Got an email about kids eating free. Understood that me and my wife had to pay for a large drink in order to receive this discount. Adult drinks 2.49 kids drink 1.19 . So kids buffet is 3.29 I didnt save anything. Also this location was out of pasta and marina sauce wasnt given the courtesy of knowing this before I made my purchase. Some of the pizza on the buffet line wasnt cooked well. Awful experience addressed this before I left.

I visited this location around 330 pm yesterday, Saturday Feb 3, 2018. I walked up to counter and Not one person said Welcome to CiCis. I stood there for 10 minutes and I was never even spoke to once. Yes they were busy. Several workers who were putting pizza out saw me but never acknowledged me once. I was never spoke to. I eventually left and I was totally let down at the service. As a consumer I felt non important. I took my money to Little Ceasers.

As I approach the entrance me and my children I heard a young lady screaming at the young nice gentleman that was nice enough to hold the door open for us. I felt so sorry because she stated that the gentleman was fired. Never seem a manager act so rude to customer and employees. I will not be attending this location anymore I will not talorent profanity beening used around my children.God Bless . Joanna needs more training on how to talk to your employees in proper manners.

I ordered takeout and a delivery service picked it up and brought it to my residence. Unfortunately, cici's did not make the food as requested and did not bother to call me to let me know that my order would be wrong. I ended up wasting money and having to order from some where else. As a result, I wouldn't recommend this to other interested people. Save your money and try someplace that will give you better customer service.

I love Cici's. One of my favorite places to eat actually. The food is phenomenal, the service is quick, the prices are refreshing! BUT my BIGGEST complement to the company, is their amazing barbecue pizza. It is the most delicious pizza I have ever had in my life. If I could eat it everyday I could! But it's gone. It's no longer served, and instead, some nasty knockoffs have replaces it, such as the chicken barbecue and the Memphis sweet or whatever it is called, the original recipe is no longer available, and I am higher upset about it. Please, PLEASE give me my barbecue pizza back, it's the best thing about my experience at Cici's.

Mr. Texty-Texty manager feels it is ethically ok and sanitary to be on his cellular phone whilst handling the cash register then proceed to touch food at the salad bar without gloves. There is no lunch-rush yet the workers seem too busy to complete the simplest tasks. In fact Mr. Texty-Texty refills his own personal cup with Coca-Cola before it even becomes half empty. It seems more of a priority that he quenched his thirst with fresh carbonation before he delivered fresh food to his customers. I personally witnessed him fill up his cup more than I've had to refill my own despite having to wash down my pepperoni and cardboard pizza. There are hardly any pizzas available on the bar and I am currently waiting for fresh pies to come out of the oven as I file this complaint..yet still nothing available but the same sorry excuses for a pizza from when I walked in 25 minutes ago. Getting stale as the manager awaits for a customer to be fooled into grabbing another slice of deception. I've been to many CiCi's Pizza establishments around Northern and Southern Virginia and I must say this was the lowest quality of food and customer service provided by the CiCi's chain in my personal experience. I'm familiar with the establishments in
Harrisonburg, Richmond, Leesburg and Chantilly, all of which had met the proper standards for serving food. All I request is, to whomever is concerned, for a reevaluation of this establishment located in Danville, VA.
