This company be chargin' folks a fee to apply for a crib rental, but they ain't never callin' back, answerin' emails, or givin' an update on the application.

I rented a condo from Cino International Inc. at 300 Carolina Ave, Condo #406, Winter Park, FL. I moved out in February 2022. The agent who helped me, Paul ***, took a $2100 deposit on the day I moved in. However, I still haven't received my deposit check. To my surprise, Paul is deducting $240 for a cleaning fee that was not mentioned in the rental agreement. He claims that he sent a certified check to my address on April 13, 2022, but he hasn't provided any proof of this. Now, he wants to deduct a cancellation fee from my deposit check, even though I haven't received it yet. I want this issue resolved immediately, or I will take legal action. Paul and I did a walk-through of the condo on the day I moved out, and it was in perfect condition. I need to speak with a manager right away and have the company issue me my $2100 deposit.

Water has been flowing over the electrical box in our home for a whopping 4 years! Can you believe it? And guess what? No maintenance has been done to fix this dangerous and potentially lethal situation. We've been constantly reminding them about it, but they just don't seem to care. We even informed the local fire department because we couldn't get insurance with this hazard present.

To make matters worse, there's mold and water seeping in, mixing with the 240 volts of electricity. It's a disaster waiting to happen! According to Florida Statutes, this is a clear violation. I mean, come on, Florida Statutes Ann. § 83.60 says it all!

We have young children in the house, and this negligence has caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to our personal belongings. It's just unacceptable. I've attached some evidence for you to see and take note of.

But wait, there's more! The roofing has been in terrible condition for all these years, with bits of masonry falling off. It's a safety hazard, and it took them a whole 4 years to finally fix it. Can you believe that?

Now, I understand that it rains a lot in Florida, but everyone knows that electricity and water don't mix! It's basic knowledge. Yet, they have completely ignored our attempts to contact them and ignored our maintenance requests. It's like they don't care about our safety at all.

Overall, our experience with Cino International, Inc. has been a complete disappointment. They have shown a total lack of responsibility and disregard for our well-being. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
