On 8/22 I purchased a snickers crisper and to my surprise the package read "BEST BEFORE 4/2017". Why is Kangaroo selling expired snacks?Needless to say I no longer have the receipt so I cannot return the item, but I feel as though I just wasted my hard earned money on an item I cannot use. I can't fathom that Kangaroo would intentionally sell expired food. I am considering contacting the Mars co. as well to advise as there should not be snack readily accessible dated 4/2017 for an establishment to sell in August 2017

I walked into the circle k on arizona ave and Guadalupe today. First thing I noticed was the cooler flooded and an employee cleaning it up. I asked both girls at the register if the area was closed or if I could grab a drink from there. They both said it's okay just be careful. there were NO signs that said the area was off limits or closed. So I proceeded. The rude guy cleaning up said to me you can't come over here, I proceed to tell him I had asked prior and was given a ok. His comment was "why would you even ask" well sir I spend a lot of money in this store and when someone tells me it's ok I take it as I'm ok! Will not be spending anymore money in this store ever, I will go across the street where they are kind from now on. I have indeed experienced many times of bad customer service in this store but brush it off like someone is just having a bad day. IF A AREA IS TO BE CLOSED YOU NEED TO INFORM YOUR STAFF AND HAVE APPROPRIATE SIGNS! this is poor management and will be taking my money and business else where from now on. There is now excuse here to win my business back. I will drive out if my way for fuel and visit a competitor for anything else I need or want.
clean bathrooms
I went to Circle K in Appling GA, which I visit often. Several times I've used their restrooms and a few times the seat was dirty. This morning-8/22/17-I pumped gas and went inside to use the restroom. When I went I the ladies room, there was urine on the seat. I walked out of the restroom and told the ladies at the counter and the older lady, with short blonde hair responded with, "Well clean it up!" I responded, "Ummm no, it's piss and it's gross."
First of all, there is nothing in the restroom to clean anything with. Secondly, I am NOT a Circle K employee and NEVER would I expect a customer of mine to do my job! I don't care if this lady is good at her job. She totally SUCKS in the Customer Service aspect of job, which is 95% of it! I work in customer service on a daily basis and this is something that would get a write-up!

Was trying to split a purchase between cash and credit and the clerk had no idea what to do. After giving him the cash he rudely told me my card was declined even after finishing the swipe. After that he cancelled my order and wouldn't let me swipe my card and told me to leave. Before even purchasing the product being the only one in the store he made me wait 8 minutes while he was sorting through some receipts infront of him. Lost my business/ wouldn't accept my business. Will never be shopping at any locations again.

She excused my step dad of stealing for walking around the store looking for some chips he couldn't find. The next day she kicked my brother out of the store for spilling some lemonade because she was "working alone and didn't want to deal with that". She looks like she hates her job and I don't want to be welcomed with a pissed off face. She doesn't keep her emotions to herself and you can tell she's always angry.

It is extremely frustrating going to any of your stores. 90% of the time you can't go in and purchase products that will end up being more then $20 because your clerks don't have enough change. Your clerks are extremely rude on multiple occasions especially at your 7th AVE and Baseline Rd store here in Phoenix AZ and your stores are very dirty. I can go into QT and by a 97 cent drink and give them a $100 bill and they will change it witout any issue every time. All their clerks are friendly, i have never had a bad encounter with one their clerks, literally never. I avoid your stores as much as possible for these reas ons.

I am a regular customer at the circle k stores. That bein said i always am in and out and with great customer experience. I know wat is expected for i am an former employee. Tonight i walked into the circle k on signal mountain rd where the cashier carlon i think was her name was rude and no smile no welcome. I tryed to purchase pack of cigs and got dennyed cause of my id not be present i know it is required but however i never get card there cause everyone knows me. My mom trys to go and get them since apprently i dont look old enough to purchase. Im 25. Mom goes in to get them and she was rude to her and plus took her forever to get back to the counter. She refused to sell her the cigs cause of me bein present she even had her id. So we leave and go to the circle k down the street and the guy at the register was not welcoming and said he could not ring up nothin but yet there was a guy that walked out of yhe store wih stuff purchased including gas. There is two registers for a reason so why he could not just switch. I worked at this one before and we always had problems with the register freezing or doin crazy things and seam that is not fixed yet. I will no longer shop at a circle k except the one in hixson on hixson pike the stores are gettin bad with the attitudes and no welcome or have a nice day. It needs to be fixed and employee s tranied for diffrent senerios like such. This company will no longer get my money if they cant fix it

Store on Iowa by 23rd St. Customer comes in on cell, curses over 8 times in a few minutes. She serves him. Then when my turn asks how my day is, i said well that guy was offensive, she proceeded to argue with me about how he has free will to do what he wants & shes liberal like that has anything to do with it. While she is arguing with me she hands me two of my two liters that i purchased in one plastic sack (to heavy to hold) so it breaks while im carrying it. By her placating that one customer, she has lost this one. I will make it a point not to go there again. Some stores have signs saying hang up your cell phone while checking out, maybe something you all will want to consider. Her hegiene was also very poor.

I'm complaining about the employee who works at the store located at 11161 tamiami trail punta gorda fl 33955. Tonight as of 8/18/2017. The employee rufused to make a fresh pot of coffee saying they do make coffee at night. She then repeatedly kept telling me that they don't sale boost cards even after I asked a manager and the manger said they do. Her attitude with customers is ridiculous.

Last Thursday I went to buy cigarettes with a coupon and was told by clerk that I could not use 2 coupons, if I wanted to use them both, I should buy 1 go out 1 door and back in another, I called customer service and have not heard from anyone yet, I stop today at court street and was told that I could not use a manufacturer coupon along with A circle k coupon, even though both coupons scanned but was told I only can use 1 or the other, ask for manager (), this was the most unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and very stank attitude, I have ever encounter at any circle k, she told me what she wasn't going to do, what she didn't care about, and what I should of done with my coupons, and got very loud in the store, walked away without even solving the problem, went back to the momence station, and they didn't take my coupons either, even though the register did, but corporate told them not to accept more then 1 coupon per pack, so now I have to purchase my 2 packs of cigarettes on 2 separate transactions which cause me to lose 40 cents on the 2 packs, can someone please help not getting this whole coupon scenario, if the register accepts the coupons, then the coupons are acceptable

The Circle K store 5012 Crawfordville Rd Tallahassee Florida [protected] MRS. JOAH works a night shift during the week days of Monday through Thursday night/ Friday morning. I work a night shift job from 6 p.m. until 4 a.m. This is the only store in the area I can go to and the amount of time I am given for lunch. Every time I go into this store which is every night I work I leave with a foul attitude because of this lady. She complains when I buy lottery tickets that she cannot see what ticket is what and tells me that she shouldn't be working. Multiple times has she been cleaning when I am in the store and standing at the register and she tells me she will be there in one minute. On one instance I reminded her that I am on lunch break it and I am not giving that much time. Mumbling under her breath she tells me I should go to another store as well as grumbles a bunch of negative stuff until she gets to the register. I spoke with one of her co-workers that works the same shift she does they informed me that she has gotten as much as 56 + complaints. If that is the case which I hope it is not how do you still employee someone that is so negative that they have received this many complaints and you still allow that person to work there. Her negativity is very bad for your business. It has gotten so bad that I will not take a 15-minute break so that I have 45 minutes on lunch to make sure that I have enough time to go to another store that is not a Circle K. I would much rather resolve this issue and not have to miss my break to combine it with my lunch to go somewhere else. When this issue is resolved I will continue to go to the Circle K on Crawfordville Road. My son went in to purchase cigarettes and was given the wrong kind. I was parked 10 feet from the door and when he came to the car I always check because this has happened to me on several occasions. He went back in less than 60 seconds later and they refused to exchange the 3 packs for the correct kind. I went in and immediately was given the protocol, without eye contact, or understanding that this was $20 of my hard earned money and I can't get the correct item that I wanted. He basically told me, "you will smoke the brand I gave you or you can buy the right ones". I was speaking to Tom and there was nothing I could do about the situation except to go to Thorntons and spend another $20 to get the right cigarettes. This is sad and absolutely uncalled for.

Today Morning I filled gas from CircleK /Shell 6739 it was complete cheating to customer . Without customer notice how automatic choose grade premium.
when I asked the gas station employee they just told me if u don't pay attention it will fill only premium its wrong completely with customer.
please call me I wanted to take legal action to this gas station.
thee is lots of people who don't take receipt and they get premium for there sale purpose and their advantage.

My husband son and I went to the circle k restaurant for supper tonight. Service was horrible and the food was atrocious. Check number 779158-1 on Monday August 14th 2017 table 15. Our waitress was Debbie doiron. I explained to her how my husband didn't eat his fish. He says it was slimy undercooked and very old. He eats and cooks seafood all the time so he k ow what it should taste like. It stunk as well when it was brought over. She said well we have never had a complaint before so I don't think it's bad. I asked for some off my bill as the food was still on out plates. She said that don't do that. I had a 47$ bill for only about 10$ worth of food the we ate. Not impressed by the service and food. We will not be coming back and not recommend this place to anyone. It's so deplorable that she wasn't even concerned that someone can get very sick from the fish being old and not properly cooked.

On Aug.14, 2017, I stopped at circle K at 401 s.alvernon, just down from my bank, to buy gas, coffee refill, and an apple fritter. I shop at cir K 1-3 x a day in different stores around Tucson. In the store, the only coffee made was decaf& cinnimon. I asked the kid working if he would please make either ethiopenian or Columbian coffee. He looked thru the lower cabinets and said they didn't have either one
I said, can't you check? he then went to the door behind the register and knocked. someone inside handed him 1 pkt. of col
coffee, which he finally made after chatting another 5 mins., behind the door. so, I got my coffee refill& donut, went to register to pay, plus get gas. I get a coffee refill 1-3x per day, at a cost of $1.18 to1.63, depending on time of day& whose working. so, I then asked the kid if I could please have a new 0 k card, as I lost mine. back to the door again he went, and knocked. finally a rude woman came out, found a card, & showed him how to enter it. then I asked them to put the bal. of my $20.00 in for gas. I went out to put in gas& discovered they had charged me $5.26 for a $1.50 donut& a 24oz. coffee refill---! I went back in, and now, the kid knocked on the door again this time, the woman with the tattooed arm& a really big guy came out of the room! don't know what they were doing in there, but they were too busy to pay attention! Then the kid gave me a receipt saying I had bought a $3.50 iced coffee. which I denied, then the big guy said he told him to charge me that because I had such a big cup! no, I didn't! they wouldn't give my money back., for overcharging me! I am a 64 yr.old woman on very limited social security, in addition, that particular circle K doesn't even have a public restroom! my health isn't good! They should be ashamed of themselves! My son went to the circle k on Sharon Rd and South Blvd on Monday 8/14/17 around 3pm to purchase some things he was treated very poorly and spoken to sourly. He was using a ebt card and ask if it could be typed in for him because it wouldn't swipe he was then told that "They don't do that " in a rude manner and was also told that he needed to leave. Now I myself also work for Circle K and called the store to see what the problem was and was told that Circle K DS doesn't except ebt ( lies) I just went there yesterday .. Presentation is everything in this business and attitude and the way you talk to a customer can determine if they come to our stores again ...the CSR was rude and disrespectful

Hello there, my husband and I are regular customers of circle K and have been for many years. We are your dream customers, always buying gas with our 32 and 44 oz drinks almost daily. Today we stopped at a location in Shelyville off the interestate 74. Much to mu surprise the bathroom was located on the outside with a sign, a picture men / women sign meaning either. Well this is what it means at all other businesses NOT men and women at the same time. I went into this bathroom that was beyond filthy, unlike most of the circle K restrooms we frequent. I go in and lock the door behind me, still once inside I think I am all alone. Now I go into my stall and suddenly hear a noise, then look down to see a set of mens shoes in the stall next to me. So this is stange why? Well this bathroom has enough square footage for two seperate bathrooms... easy... so it needs to be redone in some fashion before something bad happens there. I did not like the fact of sharing the bathroom with both men and women period.. Take a look at it.. I should have taken pictures of how dirty it was and thought Circle K should look into this because I would not want my company having this image. I usually am not a person that would write bad reviews or complain alot, but this an unsafe enviroment for women. We go to the location at state road 9 in Greenfield Indiana and vistit with Ted the manager often and he is wonderful, all the staff there is great. Please feel free to contact us if you would like

hostess donuts in a bag, very expired
I stopped in the McMinnville Oregon store on 3rd street Sunday morning Aug. 13th to get a very unhealthy breakfast. :) I noticed the 3 bags of Hostess Donuts in a bag had a sticker date of 9-13 on it, however when I turned the bag around it had the stamped date of June 30th 2017 on it. If you zoom in and look carefully you can see it.. I looked at the other ones and they had the same 9-13 sticker on it. The last one I looked at they had put the 9-13 sticker over the June 30th, so just the 2017 was showing. I took a picture of all them so I could show you. This is not okay with me as a customer and as someone who works in retail and food. I will be sending the photos to Hostess as well, as I believe they need to know what is being done with their food products. I normally do not write and complain, however the product looked really dry and old, and I think it is terrible to try and sell expired food.

We was refused service could not buy anything by angelina and angelina lets her husband stand behind the register with her and let’s him get free stuff and drinks and Angie came out of the store cussing all her customers and told everyone to leave and the restroom is nasty and dirty and blood on the wall and they let drug deals go down in the parking lot I do not appreciate the rude employees at the circl k in Mount Pleasant NC
