I got my roof done by Citadel Roofing Inc
I got my roof done by Citadel Roofing Inc. in 2020 for both my house and garage. After the work was done, I noticed that the shingles were hanging over the roof and not lined up properly on both the house and garage. When it rained, water was running over the sides of the corners onto the ground around the foundation instead of going into the downspouts. We found out that the shingles were doubled up at the edges of the eaves and were hanging into the eave troughs. The troughs were also filled with leftover nails and shingle pieces. I called the owner last year and he came out to check, but he said they couldn't trim back the shingles and didn't offer any solution. I don't have time to keep calling them as I work full time. I called them again this summer, but they haven't called back. We want this resolved as soon as possible, even if it means they have to replace the roof. Thanks, Sandy.

I called 'em up on July 10th and Dave said he'd come check it out the next day, but he never showed up. I left him three messages after that, but he never called me back. My downspouts are leakin' and there's some stucco missin' in a couple spots. I'm worried 'bout the time factor, ya know? I wish I had written sooner, but I was tryin' to give 'em time to fix it.
