The people at Citrine Residential And Commercial Painting LLC are really cool. They did a good job painting, but they didn't do a great job prepping and filling holes. The paint job looks good though. The crew broke my landscape lighting timer by dropping it and breaking it in half. They didn't say anything about it and when I texted the manager about it, they never texted me back.

Jesse is hard to get a call back from. His guys never showed on the day he said they would be here to redo my cabinets. I took off work and cleaned all the areas to make their job go smoothly but they never showed. I have been trying to get some kind of confirmation as to what is going on but I'm not even getting Jesse to return my calls or texts. I just want my cabinet door back that they took a week ago to show me samples on.

Don't hire them! Communication between Jesse (Jesus) M and the painting crew is bad. We hired them to paint the inside of our house and cabinets. They were supposed to sand, caulk, and paint the cabinets, but I doubt they did. There are several areas where the paint didn't stick, and dust and debris were painted onto the cabinets. They didn't even rub the cabinets with tack cloth afterward. The walls were unevenly coated and left looking bad. The wood stairway railings and floor were damaged during the process. We tried to work with them, but they only painted two walls with a satin finish instead of flat. They also didn't repair the wood flooring and railings like they promised.

They did an okay job on the outside painting, but that's about it. They were a day late and said they emailed me, but they didn't. They didn't honor the special they posted either. They said their wife emailed me again, but I never spoke to her. Communication was bad and they took longer than they said they would. They didn't finish the job and didn't replace or repair damaged items. They broke outside lighting and threw it in the yard, and ruined the doggie door. The front door was painted horribly and there was still paint on the floor. They didn't finish parts of the inside job or fix what they promised. I won't use them again. I should have read the reviews more carefully because it seems like they have the same problems all the time.

These painters are terrible. They don't know how to paint at all. I could do a better job just by watching YouTube. They messed up and wouldn't fix it. The communication is really bad. The paint quality is terrible and it flakes off easily. When I tried to wash my house, the paint came off too. They painted the wrong color and didn't listen to me. They damaged my personal property and didn't care. They didn't even do any prep work. There are bugs and cobwebs stuck in the paint. The cabinets look really bad too. Denise was right in her review. I wish we could talk about it. I'm going to tell other people about this. There's so much more to say but I don't have time.

I think they don't communicate well, like others have said. They painted my kitchen cabinets, and the painter asked me to check if everything was okay. But it's hard to see everything at once. After they left, I saw damage to my wood floors where they moved my fridge, bumpers missing on doors, areas missed under mounted cabinets, and areas inside the ridge opening not painted. They rushed the job. I messaged them right away, and they said they would send someone out. *** came and looked at the floors and said he would send his mom's boyfriend to fix it. He also said his crew would come back to fix other things. But when I asked when they would come, they said they were busy and blocked me on messenger. I tried calling and texting, but they never responded. *** and *** are dishonest. I read reviews before, but I still trusted them. Shame on me.

I hired Citrine Residential And Commercial Painting LLC to paint my house and pool decking. The pool decking was peeling and the owner came to look at it. He said he would redo it and kept saying his crew would come on certain days, but they never showed up. When I call the owner, he doesn't answer or respond to texts. I messaged on their social media page, but still got ignored. It's very unprofessional for a company to treat a paying customer this way.
