The guys who put in my stuff were real good, they told me everything I needed to know. The sales dude was cool too, always helped me out and answered my questions.

This company is not trustworthy and does not follow ethical practices. Their salespeople are not actual employees, but independent solicitors who earn commissions by collecting your information. They don't have business cards, company ID, or a business address. They only show you information but are very evasive and shady. It took 10 minutes for the salesperson to admit that they are not affiliated with SCE, but they kept referring to SCE and wanted to know details about my bill. Be careful when dealing with them. They claim to have free upgrade programs, but you are responsible for all costs.

The enrgy asesment was a great experiance. I lernd so much about how Edison bills for electricity and how quick the rates increase, which is actually pretty shocking. They helped me set up my online account so I can track my usage and then showed me options about how I can reduce my costs. They hooked me up with insulation and a solar system for nothing out of pocket, and now I started saving money immediately. All of the employees were kind and professional. Highly recommended.

This company is awesome! There were some delays, but they kept us in the loop with everything. June Santos, the rep, was super helpful in explaining all the good and bad stuff about solar. We also needed a new roof for the project and they bundled it with the solar price. The roofers were amazing, especially the boss, Valentine. They did an amazing job with our roof. We're super happy with everything. I totally recommend June Santos, the roofers, and Clean Initiative.

I talked to some companies before going solar. I didn't feel like I knew everything, and I had a lot of questions about the system, my savings, and the benefits. After talking to Manny, I knew that Clean Initiative was the right company for me. Manny was different from the other reps I talked to. He taught me about all the good things about solar, answered all my questions, and was always there when I needed him. I think you should go with this company; you won't regret it.

I got talked into buying a solar thing from Clean Initiative, LLC. They said I had 3 days to cancel, but now they're dodging me. I talked to some guy named Manny who said he'd call me back, but I think he's just waiting for the deadline to pass. I sent him the forms to cancel, but there's no email or fax number on them. I told him I'm cancelling, but nobody's called me back. I signed the contract on 2/XX-XXXX and the deadline is 2/14, but that's only 2 business days, not 3.

This company is not good for the elderly. Be careful.

One of their sales guys threatened to put a lien on my grandma's house because she didn't want to hire Clean Initiative to put on a new roof. It was a trick to make her hire them.

When my grandma said no to their insurance claim, the sales guy didn't listen and kept pushing. It was a fake claim because her insurance company didn't give Clean Initiative any money for the work. The sales guy wanted my grandma to pay for everything.

Don't sign anything the sales guys give you for a free roof estimate. They know how to make insurance companies pay without permission. Keep your family safe from these bad guys.

I looked for solar panels for my crib for months and found them in my hood. Clean Initiative put in a dope system on my roof, and their crew was chill and down to earth with my concerns. I had a ton of questions about installation, permits, power generation, inverters, finance, and other stuff- their salesmen and installers answered all my questions and walked me through the process. Before putting in the panels, these dudes even hooked me up with a roofer who gave us the best price for a new roof. I've had my system for about a year and haven't had any issues, and my electric bill is no longer a problem. I ended up generating way more power than I used. So I copped an electric whip that runs off my panels. We're stoked we went solar and super happy we went with the right company to do it with.

I gotta say, Clean Initiative is the real deal! My grandparents, who are in their 90s, got a Solar Unit and whole house fan installed and everything is working like a charm. They keep their A/C on all the time and their bill hasn't gone up. But what really blew me away was the customer service we got from this dude named ***. He went above and beyond to help my grandparents out, even though they're not too good with technology. He set up an appointment in person to fix an issue and kept us updated every step of the way. I've never felt so respected and cared for by a business before. If you're looking for a fair and honest company with a great product, look no further than Clean Initiative. This company put in some solar panels and upgraded our breaker panel too. But after they put in the new breaker panel, we started having problems with the breakers shutting down and we had to go back and reset them. We called them a bunch of times to try and get them to fix it, but they said it wasn't their fault. We just want our outlets to work like they used to before they came and messed with everything.

I got solar panels from Clean Initiative in May . I referred two customers and was supposed to get a refund of *** per customer. I called them many times, but no one answered. I still haven't received my money. My account number is ***. I referred *** to the Anaheim office, but no one answers the phone except for HR. I've been trying to follow up for months, but no one responds. When I call customer service, it goes to marketing and no one picks up. They told me I would get *** per referral, but I haven't received anything yet. Where is my money?

I had a bad experience with Clean Initiative, LLC. My mom, who is 86, got tricked by a salesman who came to our door. She didn't really understand what she was signing up for, and the contract wasn't done right because it didn't include another family member like it's supposed to. Plus, they didn't give us all the right paperwork when they were done. It's not cool to take advantage of older people like that.

I got a bill from Clean Initiative, LLC for some solar panels they put on my house. They said they were approved by So *** but they didn't pay their partner for the stuff they used. They were supposed to pay them back in *** but they didn't. Now I have to pay or they'll take my house. I need Clean Initiative to fix this.

I bought a solar system from Clean Initiative, LLC about 5-6 months ago. They put it in and checked it out, but it's still not hooked up. I had to bug them to do all the stuff they were supposed to do after they put it in. I've tried to get in touch with them a bunch of times since 9/1, but they haven't called me back once. The loan people call us all the time though, asking for their money. They said they'd give us free upgrades to make our house more energy efficient, like putting insulation in the attic. But they sold us the solar system and said they'd do the insulation after that. Now we owe a ton of money, we don't have any insulation, and the solar isn't even hooked up. Clean Initiative, LLC won't answer our calls or texts.

I got a deal with Clean Initiative LLC -license #***, B on Dec. 1, 2020 and they started charging me $*** from that day. They put up Solar Panels on Dec. 12/19 but it ain't working yet. Clean Initiative Salesman told me on May 6 that I need a part to make it work. Even though the inspector said it was ready on April 15. They don't talk to me or their own people much. The Attic Fan blows insulation into the house, so they gotta move it to the attic wall vent to blow dust out. Loanpal finance company keeps billing me for a system that don't work and they want me to pay. They call me every day and say they'll send a collection agency after me. Clean Initiative paid the first 2 bills but they're 20 days late on the 3rd Bill. They don't answer my calls much. When they do, they just text me with a little bit of info.

I talked to a few Solar companies and I told them I wanted my electrical panel upgraded and an EV outlet in my garage, along with the solar system install. They put the panels on *** but I asked when the panel upgrade was going to happen. The project manager, *** said "you don't need it". The panel upgrade was the reason I chose this company! I am doing upgrades that will need more power *** for one). That was the agreement with *** of Clean ***. When I got the electronic agreement (via ***), I had to wait a month to sign it. When I tried to complete it, the link had expired and they sent a new one. They had to send it more than once because it kept failing to come through. I thought I was signing the same agreement I had already read, so I completed it. Now, a couple of months later, my system is dead and I can't get in touch with *** to discuss. He's become a *** and won't respond to *** or ***. The project *** has dared me to find it in the ***. I feel completely ***.
