ClickBank clickmoney is a fraud! do not sign up with them!

A bunch of fraudsters!I hope they get retribution for what they did to me!Agreed to pay $3.88 for google starter kit but end up paying $59.95 and an unknown deduction of $60 from another bogus company which was non-existing when i googled its name. I did not even use any of their services and how the hell i got charged for so much money?Called their customer service and no one seem to be answering the calls, looks like they have made off with the victims' money!They are going to pay triple for what they cheated out of the victims and i cursed for their death!

www.clickmoneys.com used our company email address to send unsolicited email spam. the domain is registered through www.bizcn.com, why? to attempt to hide, the ip address they sent email from was 220.231.127.7, which is now blacklisted.
The domain name is also blacklisted with Norton as a scamming website. Stay away, dont give them any of your information.

www.clickmoneys.com used my email address to send and receive emails. This is unwarranted and unacceptable behaviour. I don't care what the company does but it is certainly fraudulently using my email address.
I would not go near them with a barge pole considering their absolutely disgraceful, unprofessional behaviour.

If you have received a $59.95 charge from ClickMoney, it is most likely associated with the order of one of our promotional Google CD's and I apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the services you've been receiving from our company. There are no commitments with the free product however, there are bonus free trial periods to membership websites that accompany the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated several times throughout the ordering process - on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and the thank you email. It is then also explained in the first paragraph of the Terms and Conditions of the offer. We offer the trial periods to give our clients a chance to use the services and see the value of them for themselves before they are billed. The trial periods are free for 7-30 days from the order date depending on which bonuses apply and we would not have charged you had you called customer service and canceled during the trial period as it is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer ends.

The following is the first paragraph of the Terms and Conditions of the offer (the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy links can be found on every page of the sales ad):

Bonus Material Terms and Termination.

ClickBank fraud

i had seen it on their site- some charged 6 pack building pdfs were downloaded by me and they had said that they will charge $40 in 3 weeks time with no notice. the buggers have charged me...i think this clkbankcom is exactly that. but i have not received any product. so is a fraud. i am going to block my card to protect me from any other frauds by these people.

Money was deducted from my bank account without my knowledge. How can this happen you do not even have my email registared so I can log in . How is this possible when you need it to log in to an account, it says I do not exsist matthews-janice@sbcglobal.net please contact me reguarding this fact...

ClickBank funds being withdrawn from my credit card

dear sir/madam

i believe that i misleadingly signed up to CarbonCopy Pro and another unitentified website which are currently withdrawing monthly amounts from my credit card. I have been assualted 18 months ago which has left me paralysed from waist down. I am on the verge of bankrupsy and therefore foolishly signed up the these websites. Since commencement of my membership, I have not ben able to sign on as it contnously requests more funds which i do not have.

Please adise how i can stop these amounts being withdrawn from my account as i have discussed it with my bank who advised i need to contact the people themselves.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have had 2 payments taken from my credit card, one on 1st September, one on 10th October, both with the reference CLKBANK*VENUS [protected] GBR, but different amounts. Please advise what these payments relate to. Thanks Karen Gamble

ClickBank unfunctional and suspicious program

This program(Driver Robot) appears to be free, (no charge) and recomended by HP. After I was asked to pay $39 in order to install the program.When I bought it, I saw that HP has nothing to do with this program and furthermore with the ClickBank company.The program was installed but wasn't functional for my computer.I tried to open some of the links that where provided for help and nothing.Then, I started thinking that something is wrong.So, i did a recearch about this product and the company, and found many articles with complaints and warnings from different people claiming that is a ###.I will try to contact this company for a refound and if that doesn't work, I will dispute the amount.

ClickBank miss-selling and unathorised deduction of monies from credit cards

Downloaded a book with a revolutionary new approach to loosing weight in supposedly 15 mins exercise a week and with no mention of gym equipment needed. Turned out exercise regime is 30 min several days a week and with weights - usual stuff in other words. Also billing statement shows payment as one-off charge but are now attempting to take the same 'one-off' charge on a recurring monthly basis. Have lodged complaint with both clkbank and my credit card company. Both these companies are a major rip off and should be shut down. I have been buying things over the internet for years and have never had an experience like this.

ClickBank scam - fraud

Totally ripoff. You are in a hurry for info, so you rely on their banner information. You pay 20 bucks for direct searches and an "extra" 4 bucks for unlimited searches. Your direct searches yield nothing. Your free searches find info, but now you are out of money and they want 20 more bucks to give you the info. Hey what a great business plan, why didn't I think of that? I want my money refunded. They do not respond to any emails demanding a refunds. Don't waste your money! After reading the fine print you will find out you are paying $20 for "access to their members area" and running about 4 searches that surprise surprise, come back "no information."

Googled "Best Criminal Background Check Service" and found that "Background Check 360" was 5 star. Paid $30 for a detailed report... even watched a video as to what to expect. I went through Pay Pal for payment and as SOON as I clicked "Search Now" it immediately jumped to CIS Nationwide and in desperation, I followed the prompts. I got nothing. They are both total ripoffs. Don't waste your money, folks. I feel like an idiot with $30 that WON'T be spent on groceries this week.

putting stop payment on this, this site is a scam, linked to through cellphoneregistry.com I am glad I only used a temporary credit card because if you pay them the 14.95 (which ends up being 19.40) you get nothing, no info, just a link to a page where they tell you to pay 30$ for unlimited access. Total scam, emailed them and have not heard back.

I feel this website is such a scam!
I kept on purchasing $39.95 worth of credit and run a $5.00 background check and at the end just have maybe if I was lucky $15.00 worth on my account for one search. No, I did not press any back buttons or anything. If you can, PLEASE stay away from this site!

I just put in a complaint with the BBB. After I contacted them with a complaint about false advertising. I only needed them to look up numbers and search numbers by people names. After my complaint is when they let me know that I can only look up landline numbers, that was never mentioned anywhere on their site. I was first on the http://www.cellphoneregistry.com site which claim to have found the number i was looking for. The ClickBank appears foryou to pay to see the numbers. I went on to pay for the year because I thought well I could use it for business too. Then I was directed to the website for complete investigation services: http://www.cellphoneregistry.com. They are the scammers. I never got any useful information for my 44 dollars. Now I am going through my credit card company to get my money back.

I have also fell for this on line service with cis. and found it is not as useful as I expected it to be as a landlord. I expected to use these services to protect my neighbor hood and our selves from non respectable tenants. Found it leading me to other links for a payment$$$$$.. after you pay for all the services to get some where which has cost $80.
I could go to the police dept for $5.00 for the same report. when i checked with the corrections dept on immates. currection dept. I found several people on the site and when I used this service the reported I recieved, that this person has no history...I thought for few more dollars I could get more details with out of course violating any one privacy act and the convince of not driving in to town... I could not even get to the basic with out spending $$$$$$
I ' am totally dissatisfied with this company . after my time is up I will not renew my subscibtion.

I have never been scammed this badly before and I've made somewhere in the hundreds of online purchases. I was trying to call and looked for a contact number but only found link after link to complaint sites. I do believe the general public is getting more and more clueless, but this site takes chicanery and fraud to a new level! After I press the submit button here, I'll be calling my credit card company to withhold payment.

I was doing a search for on how to screen tenants when I saw a link to: www.civilrecords.org to get a free report and then it ask $9.95 for the full year membership for unlimited search. I fell for it and signed then once logged I did a search and it ask for another additional $14.95.

Thanks to this site I called Discover and explained the issue and put a dispute and the amount was not yet posted to my account.

ClickBank money taken for a scam company

I paid £16.84 english pounds through CLKbank.com for onlinepublicrecordssearch.com to be able to check a couple of things, now i can not log onto publicrecordssearchonline.com, to search for the things i paid for, and also i have tried to contact CLKBank to see if they can help me locate the company but CLKBank keep asking me for an order no ref Which is HEVS6C and a ref noo which is 1892394075610BCC but they keep telling me it should be 17 digits long, well thats the number they gave me, i have tried to get email addresses for both companies but they just fob me off with rubbish.Im disabled and live in England so i cant even go looking for them. I have two charges on my VISA one dated Feb.6 2009 for $49.42 and one dated May 29, 2009, for $45.15. I have no idea what these charges are for and what I could have purchased! For the Feb Charge there is the #H6FEN86N and the # after the May date is 4T3ED8XN. I hope you will find out what this is all about! Dear sirs,
As you can see from the data above i paid $63. 16usd for paltalk software but you charged me $89. 22usd in error. I contacted paltalk with my complaint and they told me to write to you and you would promptly return the $26. 06usd overcharge to my visa account because, as they told me, yours is a firm with unquestioned integrity and would remedy any financial mistake almost immediately.
I regret that i have taken so long to write to you but i had a computer crash due to a power outage and it has taken me some time to get compensation from the company so that i could buy a new computer. I have now done this (And turned 70 in the meantime!) and i hope you will be sympathetic to my situation as i have been told you always have been in the past.

Gentlemen, i see problems here in that i believe the error is actually involved with a purchase of "pctools" and that the total sum of $89. 22usd should be refunded in $aus. . . I think this because if there was an error with "paltalk" then there would not be a visa transaction listed to that firm and i can find not reference to "pctools" in my banking data. However, before my system crashed, i do remember receiving an email from "pctools" telling me to contact yyou and ask for a refund as i no longer have pctools downloaded onto my system and cannot do so until you make the obligated refund and allow me to again install the software in question along with the activation code.
Please forgive me for being such an idiot, gentlemen, but i'm sure your records are more reliable than mine and you will be able to resolve this situation speedily and that, gentlemen, deserves my most sincere gratitude. In appreciation and anticipation, i continue to remain, faithfully your's,

I paid for a year's membership to themoviedownloads.com website. The transaction was handled by Clickbank.com. On the last page of registration (after paying) I was cut off and never provided with a user name, password, or software that I paid for. I sent complaints via email and was instructed to click on links that Internet explorer could not open. I've contacted them again and will file a complaint with PayPal if my money isn't returned.

ClickBank fraud

I discovered today that someone got my credit card number and used it to purchase items on CLK Bank.com. CLK Bank gave me an email address associated with my credit card number. There is over $60.00 worth of charges on my account that was not authorized. I am being told that I will receive a refund in 3-5 business days. You can guarantee I will be checking my account to see that I am refunded. I had to close my credit card account. This has been a total nightmare! And to top it all off the CLK Bank associated told me that "it's not a big deal someone used my card without my permission, it happens all the time". I was pissed because he was not being sympathetic and very cooky. I asked him "has your credit card been stolen before"? he said "No" so, I said until it is "don't say its not a big deal". This company is a TOTAL scam, please beware!

I am Disabled and I went on line to get Norton and this add showed up and I filled it out thinking it was Norton and before I knew it they have taken not just once but twice money off of my card, at first it seemed to have not gone throw so I did it again but with my government card, to make a sure it did go throw, after I read it all that is when I seen it was not what I won't do I got on the phone asap to fix it, but they got the money before I could do anything, I got there number from my bank and I called them to tell them it was wrong and please put my money back on my card's, They treated me like a kid and was so mean and rude with me on the phone, they said that they would do it but I have to wait till Sunday, I had asked them why so long a wait when it took them only a min to take it from me and he said I was in the wrong and they where in the right, Well I learned a BIG lesson never ever give out info to anyone, So you all can learn from me on people like that, That is NO way to run a company, I was a Mgr for ten year's and one thing you do is make sure that the customer is happy and they are right even if they are not, I don't even treat my friend's or family the way they did me, To all the people who deal with them all I have to say is God be with you when it comes to them and God help the one's who work for them, I thank you all for your time to listen to what I went throw with CLK.

all I recieved was a cd, no reciept or shipping lable,

so I PAID 59.00 WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO 49.00 TAX AND SHIPPING INCLUDED THEY SAY

SO I PAID 59 FOR 1 DVD, i COLLECT DVD AND FOR ONE OF THE RAREST ONS BEGING AT 50 BUCKS

I DO NOT FEEL SECURE WITH cc INFO AFTER READING THE COMPLAINT ABOVE WATCHING ACCOUNT AND WILL HUNT DOWN THE PERSON IF IT HAPPENS TO ME, I HAVE THE RESOURSES AND TIME AND $ TO FIND YOU.

ClickBank awful experience

Upon receiving my credit card statement this month (March 2009) I discovered there was a fraudulent charge of $29.95. I have no idea who this company is nor do I know what services they provide. I have never heard of Clkbank. There were several other letters of the alphabet as well as numbers following their names. They are: KXCE88FN.

I also found another charge of $29.95 from selfhelpffcoo which after a little investigation I determined this was a Internet weight loss program that supposedly came with an order of Acaiberry Supplement. I did not authorized this charge and have demanded this my credit card be credited with the full amount. I suspect that both companies are one company but going under different names.

BEWARE, THIS HAS ALL THE TRAPPINGS OF A SCAM!

I just received my visa card statement which has a charge for $34.95 from CLKBANK.COM_EHVPQ67S. As I did not recognize this charge I called my credit card company. They told me it was for a software download. I have never heard of this company! I have not make any software downloads for months, and did not authorize Click Bank to make any charge on my account so I'm disputing this charge with the credit card company. It seems my credit card info has been somehow stolen or gotten into the wrong hands, I don't know how! Reading comments from others on this site leads me to believe there is a big scam going on right now by Click Bank or someone affiliate. I would suggest that anyone who is seeing this type of activity on their cards should immediately call their cc company and dispute the charges.

ClickBank no service after payment

Set up account to log in to criminal background checks, with Govcourtsrecords.com. paid $39.94 for one payment only to clickbank. Since payment cannot get any access or find any information that i paid for. Notified company and was told engineers working of better access. Realized this was a scam, called bank was advised to cancel cr card. Bank gave me phone number of clickbank to cancel payment. [protected] if this helps anyone else.

Ditto! Ditto! Ditto! Paid $34.92 on my Discovercard on 10/6/2010 and have been trying to get a response from them ever since! They repeated my e-mail address on their so-called "receipt" and now claim the address is "invalid" and refuse me access to the website called "govregistry.com"! Please don't give these outfits anymore MILLIONS of our dollars--they have probably pocketed enough money to last numerous lifetimes already! The only access to a phone number for them came from the credit card company, (there was NO phone number on their phoney "receipt" and that number, [protected]), gives you a constant "busy signal 24 hours a day!

I paid £28.80 via PayPal to Error Expert on 28 July 2009
This promised a big improvement in my computer performance by cleaning up the registry
There has been no detectable difference. They ignore my messages
This was £28.80 thrown down the drain, and I would like it refunded.

ClickBank claiming to be sun computer

My wife and I have decided to make our move away from Office to Open Office. We simply cannot afford to continue to pay the costs. However, we do agree to help support the development of Open Office. This is where the problem comes. I went to Google to link to Open Office. I wasn't reading close enough and click on www.openoffice-software.com. It is totally my fault, I was repeated told that what was happening was WRONG but I jumped because I am willing to pay my share. The above rip-off has taken forty dollars from both you and me and gives absolutely nothing. It doesn't even link to download the actual software.

You good name and product is getting a serious black-eye from both Google for allowing this flim-flam to rip off customers seeking your quality product AND because of the traps that misleads customers from getting to your product.

I'm upset - not with you or really Google. It was totally my stupid. I'm really ticked with the www.openoffice-software.com. I really want my money back and I intend on writing to both Google and www.openoffice-software.com - your help would be greatly appreciated.

ClickBank scam charges

I am glad I checked out Clickbank on this website before I set up an account with them. Too many people buy first and check later when it's too late and they have already lost their money. I did it the other way around.

I was trying to get a website setup to sell online. The online website provider suggested I sign up with ClickBank to receive my money from the sales on my website as that was the only processing center they used.

The ClickBank account costs $49.95 to set up. That's a red flag right there. I thought, 'Why should anyone have to pay to set up a payment processing account? Paypal offers free account set up and has a bonafide creditable reputation for doing business honestly.' I decided to check it out.

When I came here to the [redacted] page, I saw all of these bad stories about people who had lost money with ClickBank and I decided not to set up an account with ClickBank and probably saved myself a big headache and saved my money too!

I can totally agree with the previous comments. Clickbank should be wound up and shut down. they are dealing unfairly with other people's money which in everyday terms is called "fraud". they certainly dont have the integrity to provide the type of customer service and attention one would expect of an escrow or brokerage type business where trust and reliabililty is paramount, regardless of how hot under the collar a frustrated customer may get. This online operation is making reputable sites look bad. Does anyone know which government agency consumers report their complaints to in the USA?

ClickBank scam and lies

I purchased a Sony walkman for my 8 yrs old daughter as a Christmas present. The walkman allowed her to download movies, music, or videos. I landed on the clickbank website through one of the disney channel websites and thought the price $29.88 was quite reasonable. Therefore, I decided to make the purchase using my mastercard. There were so many softwares to download prior to being able to have access to download the movies, music, or videos. So many steps to follow to the point where it became time consuming and confusing for my 8 yrs old and I. I finally decided to get my refund after trying to figure out the damn thing for 2 days. They continued twice to send me the 11 steps that I had to follow instead of refunding my money to the mastercard as I requested in 2 separate emails I sent. Then, they just stop responding. I was never sent an email as most honest professionals do, apologizing to the customer, trying to fix the issue to make things more efficient or fast and if it's not possible then they'll just refund the customer's money.

ClickBank overcharged

On January 18th I signed on to criminal check.com and ordered a membership for 1 year and access to civil information for 1 year. The charge was $25.94 I received a confirmation of my order but could not acces the site. They give a customer service web site for help of http//www.recordsarea.com/support/ I have tried to contact this site but it does not come up. They also make note of the software publisher to email for help at [protected]@recordsaarea.com I cannot get anything at this site either. I think I have just been ripped off. My concern is for the fact they have my credit card information. Please let me know if you can help.

I wondered how I was going to download movies by paying a one time fee but I still foolishly paid the money. Then they sent me an email which told me to go to a website to download movies which was in torrent format. So it's basically file sharing over the internet. I'm sure that there is some sort of copyright infringement going on here.

I told them I wanted a refund and all I got was (it seemed to me to be ) an automated response giving another way to download the movies with more instructions. This occurred four times. I have not gotten a response from the help link in the emails. I have directly gone to clickbank.com and left them an email there telling them I want a refund. On their website they do not have contact by phone which annoyed me even more. I am waiting to see if I get a response from them. In the meantime I contacted my credit card company which promptly told me that they would credit back my money to my account and deal with click bank themselves . Go Amex!
If there is anything positive to report on my dealings with this company I will update my comments.

Nevertheless, my opinion is that this company is doing some real shady business. For me it was making me pay for something I can most likely get free (if i want to ) and most likely encouraging me to infringe on copyright laws. That's more than shame on them. That's criminal shame and blame on them.

I can help, go to http://www.clickbank.com/csinquiry.html and request a refund from click bank, if it was a scam they will refund your money if its within the 60 day guaratee. i just done it and it took them maybe 10 minutes to send me confirmation that i was getting my refund in 5 buisness days
