ClickBank online fraud

I am fairly new to online downloading and purchases. i wanted to download Limewire to my computer, since I'd purchased an MP3 player for my son. I wanted him to be able to download music to it. As I was trying to do so, up pops this message stating for $ 49.90, iI could have 'lifetime unlimited access 'to download music and video. So, I say 'OK' and click 'yes'. Then in jumps Clickbank, I give them my info and make the payment. They direct me to something called members area and give me a username and password, which were unusable. Nothing happened when I tried to use those numbers. I later found out from more computer savvy friends that Limewire is a FREE service. When I checked out 'the [redacted]' site, I found out this was a common practice by Clickbank. I e-mailed several rather nastily worded, yet polite, emails to [protected]@thememberarea. After 2 or 3 e-mails, clickbank sent me an e-mail telling me how to get a refund. I got an e-mail today saying my $ 49.90 would be returned. i haven't checked my bank account yet today, but of course it may take ' up to 5 business days' to return the money. it took them like, 30 seconds to take the money, but I'll have to wait 5 days to get it back. What I have learned is READ things closely before you press'yes' or 'ok'. These outside companies somehow access legitimate sites and steal from you. I was lucky. They 'say' they will give me back my money. others haven't been so fortunate. Will update, If the cash doesn't 'reappear'.

About 5 weeks ago i paid $59 for a download for ED . but becaue of the fact that when i ordred your advertising swamped the screen and i couldnt find out how to pay. . When i did pay using paypal i couldnt find out where to download. I inadvertantly paid again . still no download. Could you please remit to my paypal a/c the econd payment and make avaiable the download. . It really stinks to have to tell you about the problem so much.. I will tell the Choice Magazine and put it on facebook and twitter if I dont here back soon.

I ordered after just about being forced to, "FAT BURNING FURNANCE TRIAL OFFER" I received confirmation from ClickBank that the amount had been paid, but come time for the digital product to be downloaded:

ClickBank wrongfully charged account to my credit card

I was charged for a 1 year membership to mp3downloadbox.com for 29.88 I have never even been to that website. clkbank.com charged me for the acount I didnt order so I decided to atleast make the best of it and use the account I didnt order, but when I tried to gain access to mp3downloadbox.com it said I needed a membership so I was charged for something I didnt order and can't use

ClickBank took money out of account

I dont know if im supposed to b writing to you or limewire.com so im doin both, I was tryin to get music for my sons ipod and it said for 4 yrs. unlimited it was .95 cents a mon. but after i puit in all my info including my credi card # it said it was $49.95 so i didnt confirm the buy i exited out of lime wire and i went to my email and had a mess. saying that you took 49.95 out of my checking acct. well i dont have it and now im gonna get an overdraft fee if you dont take it off . i really need someone to take care of this cause im broke and cannot afford this.it should never have been seen by anyone if i didnt confirm it!

ClickBank suspicious site

This site appears to offer film downloads when in reality it offers programmes for downloading films and torrent programmes that can be obtained free on the internet. Any question put to them receives and email which appears to be automatically generated and more often than not no relation to the question asked. They do not respond to requests for refunds apart from sending another automated email detailing access to their member area.
Payment is made through Clickbank and therefore go to the clickbank site and request a refund here is the link https://www.clickbank.com/csinquiry.html choose refund from the list.

I used pay pal last nigh and made a payment to clickbankmv@ulimitied.com for £36.92 for a subscription to watching tv and movies online, and the website doesn't even exist! Is there any way i can get a refund from this so called company, I am furious, especially as i am a single parent who has 2 kids to pay for christmas presents for! I am disgusted that these sites are running, and making money off of innocent people like myself.

I have now had the service for about a week and have had pretty good luck with it. I also contacted customer service and got back what seemed to be a real person response. The only reason I contacted them was because I needed more instructions on how to download and they promptly responded back to me. In other words.. "So far so good"

be careful ordering omnipc tv. i ordered this and can't figure out how to use it. isn't working. i have contacted them numorous and keep sending me the same email to send ticket number which i did everytime. they won't respond. i want my money back. good luck. i'm goig to try to notify paypal. what do you suggest?

i want to cancel my membership as i dont know why they deducted and i have no idea why .i am sorry i did not understand this kind of site andi just egisterde w/o realising they will deduct automatically in my debit card witout me purchasing anything which i never purchased anything at all.

ClickBank no service/product for payment

I bought a subscription to a search company...investigate
and background checks, etc...2 or 3 years for $39.94...never
got a receipt and never have used the service, as I don't even
know the name of the company nor the website...total
scam..I want my money back! I have reported CLKBank
to my own bank.

I too, signed up with clickbank.net, and now I feel stupid for giving them my credit card information, to which they charged 39.95 without notification. I'm not sure about what anyone else thinks, but isn't that stealing? Just saying. DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH CLICKBANK.NET, oh and i hope they get sued for everything they have and will have.

I agree that the search capability of government-reports.com does not work. From my perspective it is entirely useless. After searching for some information that presumably is standard in their databases and receiving no results, I searched simple things for which I have a known result. Examples: reverse phone for my own phone number and others, my address, residents for addresses, military records, etc. No Results. Their tech service did so of the same searches and also did not receive usable results.

I have requested a refund. They do not make it easy.

On 02/06/09 Friday, I subscribed to the above for $34.95 for indepth information not normaly accessible on search engines and was immediatly pissed off, I used the sites "contact us" page and told them that they are a scam, that they have set their internet site "META TAGS" to answer any call's in "Google search engine" related to tax, personal, ect ect to answer up on these searches. What I got was crap after paying in my money to these theives, I threatend to report them to Google.com and stop my payment.

02/08/09 Sunday, My check card was bilked for $2, 400.00 worth of merchandise from fraudulent internet transactions and locked out by my bank (thankfully) when they noticed something wrong going on.

I had made a payment of UD$39.95 in July 08. Until now, I'm still not able to locate my lost sister in Canada. Each time I get into the website, the whole computer system will just get "hang". Note sure whether am I a fool to make such payment? Please tell me... are you a fraud organisation cheating my money? FRUSTRATED

I should have checked this out before, I sign up. I agree the postings, they took my credit card, charged me $29.95. When checking my account they had me charged with $80.00. I have taken action so this want happen again. I don't know if I will be able to get my money back, but I am doing everything I can for this to happen.

ClickBank online scam

Signed up for a lifetime membership to a web based movie download site. CLKBANK immediately billed my credit card. I was unable to proceed to next screen to set up account information and access movies. I sent a email message the same day I gave the information to the website.

I had to wait two days before I got an email back explaining what my assigned login name and password were. I tried for a second time to login. The webpage that I was directed to in the email was not available. I had to go to the original website to access the members sign-in page. After entering the given login and password again was forwarded to a 'not available' webpage. I then sent a second email explain the current delema.

The next day I get an email that explains the procedures on how to download and select my movies for viewing/downloading. I sent a third email that explained exactly what I was doing and where I was being sent and what I was seeing. I also added that I was considering disputing and halting payment on the credit card transaction.

I was sent another email the same day explaining how to lower the internet security options of my computer to better see the websites and gain access to them. I temporarily set them to the suggested setting and tried one last time to access the webpage with no success.

I immediately called my bank and credit card company to start a disputed claim against CLKBANK. From what I can see it is a completed fraud as the promised goods (Movies for a price) was not delivered. My advice is to NOT subscribe to this or the other two sister sites that this company appears to have. They are members-site.net/? area=Movies or members-site.net/sharedmovies/index. htm.

I was scammed by clkbank.com through megavideos.com. I ordered 1 mo of free downloads of tv for 9.95 the first time and it was ok. I got my 1 mo. So I wanted to order 3 mos for 19.95 but this time I got scammed. Megavideos did not give me my free downloads and clkbank.com took 29.95 out of my bank acct. I'm calling the Better Business Bureau on them and I suggest that all of you do the same, so they can shut down the site before others get scammed like us. Every state has a BBB so PLEASE CALL and get these scabs off the net.

ClickBank scam charges

A charge by CLKbank.com for $39.90 appeared on my Orchard Bank/HSBC Mastercard for an alleged online purchase I never made! I called their [protected] number on my statement; received a recording; was directed to their website CLKbank.com, and read the same thing as the recording, that someone in my household or I made an online purchase! Not true!

Don't know how they got my credit card number but am investigating with my bank and demanding charge to be reversed.

ADIVCE: Be sure to ask your creditor for a Federal Regulation E Form to remove/reverse the charge - my understanding is the creditor must do so if you dispute it. Creditor may try to say you waited too long to call, if over 60 days, but don't fall for it. Don't take no for an answer.

BEWARE: CLKbank.com is an online FRAUD business!

All you people are talking about losing small amounts of money compared to what I lost. They ripped me off for ten thousand dollars!

I've tried to stop a charge of $14.95 for months (12) and get now place.. it started july 2018.. they started with my usaa bank card.. the bank helped but needed a new bank card.. now I see my usaa credit card has charges on it for 12 months.. just got off the phone after the bank called them again (I can't get thru) (they answer the bank, not me), woman tried to refund 2 (two) charges only.. after talking with much language!@#$%^&* ()_+ the woman shut up so I could tell her federal regulation e form request.. oh wow new world.. now they will refund in two parts.. first part is refund 2 charges then the other 10.. she even tried 2 refunds the said 9.. yes she was corrected again.. stand your ground with this bunch-o-[censored]heals...

Report it to my Bank Capital One, They didn't do anything, but charge didn't post yet on my account, when I take action to my Bank
Look's to me like Bank support Fraud.

i too was ripped off by these people for $47.00 twice I never even heard of this outfit much less gave them any credit card info I AM SO TIRED OF PEOPLE TAKING WHAT IS MINE NOT THEIRS! I WANT MY MONIES BACK AND FOR THEM TO CEASE AND DESIST ACCESSING MY ACCOUNT AT THEIR WHIM! I ordered The Internet TV. on PC. on 3/2/12, after seeing their advertizment on my pc. They made it look really good. So of course because of what they offered, I went for it. For 3 days, I tried getting all the channels from the United States and Mexico and nothing. I sent them e-mails twice asking for my refund back, and all I kept getting were e-mails telling me how to download the product, which I had already did. I seen the phone number for ClkBank.Com, and I gave them a call, I spoke to a young man, he asked for my zip code, which I gave him, and he knew my e-mail address. I explained my situation, and he informed me that I would receive the full refund of $37.00 within 5 business days. He also sent me a conformation number to my e-mail address as soon as I hung up with him. So, I was like "that sure was a little to easy". Hopefully they will be true to their words..."Not satisfied within 60 days, get a full refund back".

ClickBank unauthorized billing

Payed for unlimited access, couldn't complete order but payment was taken. Contacted cust service and got a reply with a couple direct member links and my username and password. Links don't even start the browser looking for the page.

Instructions said if the links don't work to cut and paste the links into browser, but still does nothing. Linked to the site the way I found it to begin with and went to members page. It asked for username and password, so I think finally getting somewhere, but after I input the information, it takes me to the page that I signed up to begin with, and asks me to pay to join site. Continuous loop.

The only thing that seems to work is the page that takes your money. This is the second transaction i've made with this company. I use paypal, so I was able to get my money back, but without that I don't believe I would have a chance. The customer service seems automated responses, just to keep you trying.

ClickBank unauthorized debit

I visited this link http://www.campusist.com/ after typing in free movie down loads and was checking it out. They charged a fee of $14.95 if you wanted to copy the free movies onto your own DVD. They said they only charged $1.37 a month for the privledge, but on the next page when entering my info, the price came up as almost $50.00. I said no way! and I clicked out of the web page without ever submitting my order. A few hours later when checking my email, I received one telling me I had purchased the movies and they had charged me $48.33 or so. I was shocked! I never submitted my order. I exited out of the offer when I saw the price. Now I have to wait til Monday 8-18-08 to speak with their customer service people who just happened to go off duty soon after charging my Visa. I do not understand how that was done when I NEVER submitted the order. My bank tells me it may fall off, but if not I have to dispute it meanwhile my account is short the money and I'm left sending their clickbank customer service people demands for returning my money.

I am having the same problem with this company. I tried to cancel the same day that I subscribed, suddenly, today, I was immediately told that I should just try it and wait. I declined to accept their offer and told them to cancel now. Suddenly today, I have received a response to indicated that I did not cancel "correctly" so I have another month before I can try again! Click Bank is in cahoots with FOREX AUTOMONEY. I was charged $143.00, something I did not authorize. I've contacted FOREX AUTOMONEY for my refund, and received no answer. I contacted Click Bank, oh they opened their so-called ticket, but then immediately closed it stating that the refund was denied.
FOREX AUTOMONEY is a scam. The video you play is nothing like how it really works. But you don't find out out until you put money out. Plus when you try to get help, you can't seem to get an honest answer from anyone. The chat room is a joke, I think VICTOR is the only person that works there, because when I couldn't get my emails answered from the so-called brokers, I would contact the chat room, and I would always end up with VICTOR. They state it's only $4.95, but what they don't tell you is that they charge your account for what ever they want, and CLICK BANK backs them up.

i had same problem i made ticket in click bank same day when i buied .i never opened acount, after my transaction $4.95 i never click-complet to order! but forex charged my money without click -complet your order! i tried cancel myn order no answer, first after 2days and than was like no 24hours before expir...date.i he want me charge other $99.90 monthly.YOU DONT HAVE CHANCE CANCEL IN 3 TRIAL DAYS ITS SCAM----BUT THIRD DAY MY LOGIN DOESNT WORK, MY ACOUNT WAS CANCELED BUT SAME I GOT E-MAIL LIKE FOREX WILL CHARGE ME! I was also charged $39.85 I have know ideal why I looked at my statements and I was not happy there were a few charges I was so mad I call my credit card company and I got to go through this red tape to try and get them of my bill I think i'm going to cancel my card and never put anything on the internet again

I'm sorry to hear of your negative experience. If you feel the product or service was unsatisfactory, I would try to resolve it with the publisher first. It costs the publisher much less to make you happy or refund your money than to go through the pain of a chargeback.

ClickBank corrupt companies

On 25 April 2008, I paid $47.83 with my Visa to get unlimited free DVD movie downloads, music ad TV shows to my PC. It directed me to another page that gave me 'step by step instructions to download movies, music, TV shows and more.' I could not complete the download of UTorrent. It directed me to another page that gave me 'step by step instructions to download movies, music, TV shows and more. I got back to my original clickbank.com page and sent a message to the support site. I did get an email stating my payment but did not include a link in case I didn't receive my product after payment. I noticed there was NO phone number or address. I clicked on the email link to send an email and have heard nothing so far.

I'm sorry but it sounds like people need to learn to do their research. I have ordered something through them also and I've had no problems I got exactly what I payed for and it was worth the price and then some. From what I gather all they really do is collect money for the (for lack of a better term) vendors selling their products. Do you blame paypal if your ebay seller is a crook? If you do you shouldn't.

It's too bad you got scammed I empathize but you might be pointing your finger at the wrong culprit. I would seek an attorney's advice on who to seek restitution from and how to go about it. I'd also see if clickbank has a way to report fraudulence so that they can remove these sellers.

We all need to get together and find out where their located and take action. also take action against those people who scammed us into sending them our money for some stupid ###. The company reimbursed me $17.00 but still owe me another $67.00. they said if I answer 4 simple questions they would give me my money back. so far no deal. so lets kick some butt. legally of course.

ClickBank scam charges!

6 March, I was on Apple website, joining Itunes. I was asked to join with a lifetime membership at 58.63$ Not having visited their site before, I thought that was how Apple did business. On checking my emails, I discovered that my money had been taken twice, on 6, and 7 March. Apple disown all responsibility, and say I must contact Clickbank-easier said than done, as I cannot find a way of complaining to them all they want is to tell you how great they are. (Last posting 2004!)

7/3/23 Tech support open a refund,

7/12/23 CBSYSTEM CLOSED due to inactivity.

All I got is the 6 bottles, which I really did'nt want, only because I just need the one since this is new for me.
