poor service
I have lodge an complaint against Clicks Mountain Mill Mall Worcester. I have not been contacted by the relevant people regarding the outburst of one of your employees yest. I find this totally unacceptable as the person shouted at me in front of clients in the shop and felt so embarrassed leaving the store as everyone was looking at me as if i was the wrong one. How can you just let this complaint fly past without contacting me?It seems like you don't care about my business the same as your employee treated me.my phone number is [protected]. poor customer service @ ballito junction branch
My nam is Sindisiwe Cynthia Khumalo clicks club car number [protected] i would like to lodhe a complaint on poor customer experience at Ballito junction branch. I bought a lipstick from the Essence range, i i was paying the security tag pin pokes my finegr and i started to bleed prefusely... The Cashier Mr. S Sibiya asked for the manager to come over when I asked for assistance. The managers nam is Sphumelele / Sphumlile and i couldn't get her full name form other staff members. To my suprise the "Manager" from cosmetics department came and told me " its NOT MY FAULT ". I asked her about 3 times if she was being serious with a confused look and she BOLDLY she said yes. She said its the customers who must have dislocated the pin which poked my finger. I then asked how i could be assisted and she said i cant ne assisted in any way. She was very ruse and shifted the blame. As i was about to leave the shop she sent someone to give me a lousy elastoplast. I was really disappointed with this. I have been a clocks customer for as long as i remember and this was the first incident at this New branch where u have been mistreated. I really hope this email will not fall on deaf ears... I really want justice here im a paying customer and am NOT expecting such form a person of management. incorrect medication dispensed and a no care attitude from pharmacist when I went back to complain
To whom it may concern,
On Sunday 12 Nov 2017 I went to the Clicks - Shop 30, at Edenmeadow, to collect my husband's DuoTrav eye drops, chronic medicine, for his Glaucoma condition.
Wonderboy Mahlangu, the pharmacist /dispenser, supplied me with a product called Duolin HFA, the incorrect medication.
I went back to change it on the Monday (day after). Monday Wonderboy was not there. He was off because he worked on the Sunday.
I was told by the pharmacist, "Do you realize how busy we were on Sunday?" The boxes look the same, he told me further, excusing Wonderboy from this error, which had my husband taken, could have caused blindness. In my mind, the pharmacist on the Monday (I don't have his name unfortunately), was more in error, in the way that he dismissed my complaint, and the seriousness of possible implications had my husband trusted the pharmacist, and taken the meds, maybe thinking that it was a generic - which is certainly was not.
My questions are:
Is it ok when you are busy to give the incorrect meds?
What if it was a child?
Are these people qualified?

clicks pedi roller
1st Nov 2017 I purchased a Clicks Pedi Roller from the Rustenburg branch. I paid R249.00 and bought 2 x extra rollers. When I got home the Pedi roller did not work. However I went to the Clicks Thabazimbi branch on 11 Nov 2017and the people there were wonderful. Had 100% service from them. They exchanged and tested the new Pedi Roller with zero problems. My question is. Thabazimbi sells the Pedi Roller for R179.00 and Clicks Rustenburg sell it for R249.00 - a R70.00 difference, but yet all the CLICKS stores are linked and carry the same VAT number? How is this possible. I have the receipt in front of me. Even the manager of the Thaba branch couldnt believe the price was different? I need some explanation here please or a refund of R70.00
poor security
my purse was stole inside Clicks Vaal gate...no one bothered to assist me when i reported...i was told the manager is busy and wont be able to assist me anyway . ..
2minutes to rewind camera wouldnt have stoped production... its clear that the stuff at Vaal gate stole my wallet as non of the had the time to assist and refused to let me check the cameras...
it cost more to hv to go do bank cards and id and drivers licence and to loose money then to assist a customer.

My name is Marius Thysse. I went to Clicks Pharmacy this morning to fetch medication for my wife. Johan Rossouw assisted me with the script. I received 6 pills yesterday because I wanted to get the rest of the script today. I asked him to take the six pills out of the container as I already got them yesterday and then I can pay cash for them. It seemed liked he couldn't understand what I was trying to say and got so frustrated and with a attitude and asked other Pharmacist to attend to me as he don't want to struggle with people that cant make up their mind. I said to him that he cant just stop assisting me and must please carry on. He started screaming at me in front of all the other customers. I was so shocked that I couldn't even get a word out of my mouth. I said to him that I am a business man myself and even if a client of me were wrong in any way that nether my employees nor me will ever speak to a client like you just did. I said to him that I moved my busyness from Checkers to Clicks as my wife does shopping at Clicks on a regular basis and that it is convenient for us and that after what happend today that I will take my business elsewhere after he replied "so go then if you want to". As I walked towards the pay point lots of people stared at me and I felt so embarrassed as I know that some of them doesn't even know what happend and just heard the Pharmacist screaming at me and thinks I am an idiot or something? I have never ever in my life felt so embarrassed. I will be able to express myself better in Afrikaans as I am not English. I hope you will understand this complaint. thank you so much. Kind Regards.
placed an order online which now is not being located even though
On the 19th Oct I placed an order online for "over the counter" medication. I then received an order confirmation email which gave this ref "Hi Wendy We would like to confirm that we have received your pharmacy order. An SMS will be sent to you in 4 hours or less, to confirm that your order is ready for collection at your chosen Clicks Pharmacy You may be contacted by our Pharmacy Call Centre to verify your details. Your order reference number is: RFM: [protected] ". Today when I called Randfontein Pharmacy which is supposed to be my collection pharmacy, I was then told that they dont have the capacity for online orders. Which is baffling as the system should have given me a list of pharmacies which have the "capacity"for this. I was then told that I would get a call to confirm what is happening with the order. I did and was told my order cant be located and was given a number to call.
I then did and my ref number couldnt be located still, I then logged online to check this order and got an order number, still after providing this order number my order could still not be located, after an 11min call ( ref # : [protected]). I was told I would be called back by the online dept. Mind you the satus of this order online is "completed " but when it seem there order is non existent.
If this order is proving to be so much of a complication, kindly refund my medical aid and I will never be seen in any clicks store. For future reference, do not use systems that have not been tested because clearly the order over the counter online is not working for you guys! Your service is appalling to say the least and am definitely not impressed
cashier attitude
On 2017-10-10 at 12:30, me, my wife and kid were purchasing at Clicks Checkers complex Kroonstad. When it was my turn to move to the cashier, the specific cashier namely Lucky Khumalo first had to have a chat with the last customer he serviced. Eventually when he finished, I asked him why we had to wait while he was evidently preoccupied with his private conversation. He rudely replied that "that is none of your business who I chat with". I immediately lost my temper because clearly he does not know who pays his salary - the customers, not Clicks, because without customers Clicks wont exist.
He also did not have any manners towards me as customer, did not even request if I need a plastic bag neither my Clubcard.
He also loudly told me that I can complain wherever I want to... and "there is my manager, talk to him". He even said "my name is Lucky Khumalo, complain anywhere you want to"
Clicks need to realize that in the current economic climate, no business can afford to lose even 1 customer.
It will be appreciated if Clicks can render positive training to employees and ensure that customers are treated in the way they deserveit. Also refer to the Consumer Act regarding consumers' rights

I would like to start this mail by saying that I am a huge Clicks supporter and I often purchase goods from various stores. Service is generally good and stores always have what I am looking for. That is why I am feeling that I have to inform you about my experience on Saturday.
I was standing in the pharmacy queue on Saturday morning and had a script for medication from the clicks pharmacy as Clicks is my designated pharmacy according to my Medical aid. I am 7 months pregnant and was given the script for use during my pregnancy. The store was busy and the lines were long so I patiently waited in the queue to be served.
When I reached the front of the queue I had to sit down as I waited for a while to get to the front and service was very slow. As I approached the till to be served the lady at the counter walks away without explaining that she is also serving someone else at the drop-off and collection counter.
I waited another 5 minutes while every other till was being served, even people behind me that were called forward to be served while simply ignoring me as I waited to be served. I had to ask one of the ladies behind the counter if I was ever going to be served and then it was explained that the appointed pharmacist was signing off medication.
When this appointed pharmacist walked pass the counter while constantly ignoring me, I asked her if she could please serve me. She turned around and said that she was busy and I just had to wait. At this point I felt ignored, humiliated and frustrated at the poor service and communication from the Clicks staff.
I walked out of the store and was utterly disappointed in the experience I had. I went to get my medication from Dischem and from now onward I will use Dischem as my designated pharmacy instead of Clicks.
I seriously hope that the Blue Route mall staff will adjust their attitudes and remember that they are there to do their jobs and be pleasant and fair to all customers.

clicks made for baby nappies
On Friday the 15th of September I purchased a jumbo pack of clicks made for baby nappies. I usually buy huggies gold and never had problems with it so I tried the clicks nappies because it has more nappies in a pack. To my astonishment on sunday my baby had a rash on a bum I continued the whole day using this nappies so on monday it was worse. I took her to the doctor who confirmed it was a nappy rash and I explained the situation. He advised mecto go back to the huggies gold that I have been using. So now I am sitting with a 3 quarter pack nappies which I cannot take baxk coz its already opened. What do I do now? Because I need to buy nappies again.

I waisted my time and petrol after been told that there's a special on toilet rolls by a friend. I went today the 7th September at Horizon View and Westgate mall only to be told the special on toilet rolls ended on the 4th. There are two dates on one page 24 August to 20 September and 24 August to 4 September, how are we supposed to know which product ends when. Very disappointing indeed.
treatment at pharmacy by assistant, and getting my profile wrong
I handed in my prescription at Savannah mall clicks which apparently lost my prescription. I normally go to clicks Cycad as it is close to me and it was fine when Wimpie was working there but now its chaos your staff cant spell read or assist a customer. I suffer from the early stages of Alzeimers and not good with dates and this lady at cycad Misha Rhemtula for the last 3 months has been giving me a very rude arrogant attitude when I go to fetch my pills as my doctor made a mistake and put my and my sons sleeping pills under my name. She never bothered to assist me always being rude and talking down at me like I'm doing something dodgy. This is not acceptable at all then to top everything they messed up my profile with someone else and when I phoned and gave them my card number they insisted that I was l Veneer I had to go to clicks mall of the north and proof that I'm SELMA GEDDES and had my card for years. I have been dealing with clicks for years but this Mishka Rhemtula has no customer service skills and no empathy for people she should not work with customers at all. On 29 June 2017 I went to Clicks Saveways in Witbank to collect my chronic medication. I received an sms that my medication is ready for collection and went to the express counter. The lady that worked there, just ignored me and kept on helping other customers that were standing in the que .
This month, I haven't received an sms to let me know that my prescription is ready for collection, I only received an email from my medical aid to let me know that they received a claim from Clicks saveways. That's exactly the amount of my chronic medication... till now, I still haven't receive an sms to let me know that I must collect my medication.
Isn't it unethical and against the law to claim for my medication if I haven't received it yet?

My name is [removed] and I have been a clicks customer for a very long time, purchasing many products in the beauty line. Recently my visits to the Clicks stores are completely aggravating.
Getting consulted but a beautician who seemed to not know her products that well and also not that neatly presented might I add and she ended up giving me a foundation that I bought for R180.00 that she recommended at the N1 City branch. When I used it, it was not at all my skin tone I ended up looking orange! And I absolutely hate wasting money on something that ends up being given away, left very disappointed.
Also, purchasing clicks false eye lashes of R54.00 at the Vangate branch. dumb of me throwing away the receipt thinking I would not return lashes. As I opened the package I noticed the one lash was completely messed up and unusable and once again had to be thrown away. It is extremely frustrating. I am not happy at all about throwing money away.
I would appreciate if my complaints are seen to as I would like to continue being a Clicks customer.

I'm a doctor, I went to clicks pharmacy to get an antibiotic. And this time and only this time I was asked to provide my HPCSA card which I informed then that we now use electronic card. I further explained that I have been to clicks and other pharmacies before and all I do is give my Reg Number and ID. They insisted I show my card which I did and only to find out they don't have the antibiotic. So they wasted my time for nothing.
I asked from the other clicks what is this new rule that we have to provide the HPCSA card. He said there is no such thing.
I mean, most of the time we are helped by students and they take for ever. I'm not complaining about that, I understand.
I feel that was unacceptable. All I'm asking for is consistency, and could you pleases respect our time. Why wud I wait for close to 50mib for an antibiotic

I purchased 3 items at this location and I did not have my 10% discount coupon with me, which was emailed to me. So the girl says she will make a note on my receipt so I could go the calvin klein nearest to me and they will honour the 10% after I show my coupon. So the next day I printed my coupon which was still valid and took to the Heartland location which is close to me and the supervisor was rude and she did not want to honour the coupon saying i should bring all my 3 items along than only she would. This is very unfair to me, because I was told to take my receipt and valid coupon. Now I will have to make a third trip just to get the 10%, I would have spend more on gas to travel 3 times. I am very unhappy with the service provide my Heartland Calvin Klein and would never go to this location again.The Supervisor is courteney Riley have no customer service. I she wants to take and do not hear the customer at all. I feel very insulted.
purchasing 3 for 2 promotional products
On 25 feb. I went to clicks somerset mall and purchased (Among other things) 3 smart bite foods taking advantage of the 3 for 2 promotion. I did not check my slip until I was home and found they had charged me for all three. This is not the first time I have had this problem at somerset mall. They never seem to have the promotional items loaded on the system and I have twice before gone back for a refund or to have my purchase corrected.

I really think you need to ensure that your stores have the promotional items loaded or the staff are knowledgeable on what is happening in the store. I work in cape town city so getting back to somerset will only be on the weekend but it is also inconvenient to have to go back every time. I am a regular clicks shopper and will continue to shop there but I will certainly avoid that store in particular and these type of promotions!

prescriptions at the pharmacy
Clicks most certainly feels nothing for customers!. I went to clicks sasol burg on 28.01.2017 to pick up my mothers prescription from the pharmacy desk. There was a long queue and I had to wait for nearly 45 minutes before I was served. When I was served eventually it took another 30 to 45 minutes for the medication just to find that some of the medication was out of stock. After about 3 days I was sms'd to come and pick up the medication short supplied. This was still in order with me. On this day I have made arrangements to get my mothers prescription made up for collection the next month, so I don't have to stand in a queue so long any more. The lady who served me at the time took all my details and it was set for collection on the weekend of 25, 26 february 2017. The morning of 25 february 2017, I phoned and required about the parcell for collection and no one at the pharmacy could find the prescription parcel for my mother. I am so disgusted in the customer service at clicks sasolburg. I don't want to go there anymore. The medical aid that my mother is on is forcing me to get her medication from a clicks pharmacy. Is there a clicks pharmacy in parys, free state. If so I want to move my business over to that clicks department or to the clicks department in vaal mall vanderbijlpark. very bad customer service at the clicks pharmacy
I just had the most disappointing experience at Clicks N1 City (Thursday 29 December 2016).
I have a standing prescription and went to fill it. I waited 25 minutes in the queue before I was helped and only after I complained. What was absolutely dispicable is that an old lady, who was before me in the queue, had to leave without her precription as her time ran out. We all know that some elderly folks are being taken to the malls with busses from the various old age homes and villages and they only have so much time before the bus leaves again.
I complained to the only assistant behind the long counter who conveniently told me that all the assistants are busy in the back with something that was more important. I asked him whether that means that we as customers (including the elderly folks for whom there wasn't even enough seating as one of the benches are broken) aren't important enough to be helped. His answer to me was... they are busy in the back with something more important, please wait.
I cannot tell you how outraged I am that Clicks would put exactly two staff members on self medication and two staff members on prescription... at the end of the month... right before public holidays... when anyone can see that it is going to be busy. Customers, especially the elderly, are treated with such disdain and disrespect.
The staff there, except for the one who indicated that customers are not important enough, tried their best to help customers as quickly as they could but they were only so many who could do only so much.
I have no idea how this matter can be resolved as I have scrolled through the complaints and it is the same thing, complaint after complaint, coming on for years. Nothing has changed and I do not foresee that Clicks, as a group, will change now. It is evident that the bottom line is much more important than what customers will ever be. If a person looks at how the company treats their staff, from the pharmacists to their assistants to the cashiers, one can not be surprised at the disdain and disrespect for the customer base.
I am not looking for a particular solution as I am not disillusioned in believing that a solution will be offered, no, I am writing this to tell others, and the world if I could, how exactly Clicks thinks of the elderly, their staff and customers. I cannot, in good conscience, give my business and my money to a company who so openly treats people, especially the elderly, with such disrespect. The solution I have for myself, and for anybody else who is interested in knowing, is to not do business with them at all, period.

No fixodent adhesive (which is the only fixodent product you stock) has a price by you of r99.95. You have priced them on your shelves for r110.00
This is false advertising and I am taking this further in the media and the consumer board.
