Just noticed same $83.88 charged to my credit card and all i did was VISIT their website...I definitely did NOT fill anything out so how scary is that!
Google: CMG Free Shipping to see numerous complaints about same company affiliated with many others doing same thing!

Demand that they not only refund the FULL amount of $83.88 and NOT pro-rated amount of $81.58 by having a Supervisor call you.
ALSO, contact BBB.com and all your local news TV stations to conduct a full investigation and see if they won't air it!
Let's all be pro-active and shut them down!

I never order anything or applied for anything and I am being charged 83.88 or higher on my credit card. I would like to know how to stop them for trying to take money from my credit card.
i too was rkristen nickeliped off by cmg. i ordered from new port news and was charged 83.88 from my checking account.
The same thing just happened to me. I was charged $95.88 on my card which I had no idea what's the charge was for until I googled the CMG FREESHIPPING.COM. Boy...tons of complaints popped out. I bought 2 movie tickets online last summer and was asked to take a tour of this website. That was all I did and now I am being charged $95.88
for what? I called the credit card company to dispute the charge and evidently they received a lot of calls regarding this company. They need to be shut down and wipe off the earth. It paid off to get into a habit of checking your banking activities every week.
Thanks for the help you guys, i'm never going to order from proflowers again it cost me 62.00 for my mom's mothers day flowers and it was only supposed to be 20.00 and now a month later they charge an additional 12.97 to my account. i called after i read your guys posts. and they said it will be back in my account in two to five business days... thats [censor]ing ridiculous that company needs to be closed.
I too was charged $12.97 on my credit card for 3 months. I never used their service.
I called them and complained. Customer service was very friendly and the girl gave me a cancellation #.
However, when I asked for a refund of the 3 unauthorized charges I was told that she was not able to do that.
When I asked for her manager she changed her mind and said she would give me a refund within 3-5 business days.

I got stuck with this too...my husband keeps the check book balanced and had said something about it and so now he sent me a link to this web site...I too called and again Customer Service was great...but she refunded my whole amount charged to my account...$ 90.79...
But this is still a SCAM...i will never order from Pro Flowers.com again.
Same thing happened to me. They kept charging me every month. You need to cancel your account and call them and DEMAND your money back. Scam company! I urge you to call and get a cancellation number. [protected]
