Coach Order that was not received

I placed an order on October 29, 2021 for 4 wristlets. I received 1 out 4.
Then, I received a tracking number for the remaining 3 items. After 2 weeks of waiting and still my tracking number is not moving. I called customer service. And I've been calling more than 10 times and using the chat option at the same time. Still not resolved. They issued a e-merch gift that is not working. On top of that, I am supposed to received 76.20 + tax, but they are online issuing just the net amount. And God knows when I am going to get it. This is a complete waste of my time. If someone could please take a look at this for me.

Desired outcome: Refund the amount a paid for the items that I did not received.

Coach refund gift card not received

To Whom it may Concerned,

I placed the original order CCP00002647on 10th of August, 2021. They never shipped the order out. I have contacted them more than 10 times, therefore I cancalled the order.

Then the order was cancelled, they supposed to refund me right away. They did not ! I paid the the order CCP00002647 with three different gift card. They said they will refund me e-gift card. Again, I never received the refund gift card. I have called more than 20 times regarding this issue. No one solved this issue for me. The managers even don't answer my call. I really don't know who to talk with and who can help me.

They owed me $2112.67!
It is very resonable they cancelled the order and refund me the same amount.

Please help me to solve this issue and send me the e-gift card to my email.
The refund order CCVP1013722 is still "In progress".

Please respect your customers and help to solve this issue as soon as possible.

Please imagine how bad I feel . Imagine someone owes you 2112.67$ !

Coach Store return

Yes I walk In no one said a word the one worker kept following me and my husband like we where stealing no one ask did we need help them seem real racist by they acting I felt horrible but I didn't let it bring me down I continue to get what I came for I even told them to have a goodnight still no one said anything the look on there face it showed anger that I was in the store this is not ok everyone should get treated the same

Coach Item ordered not receiving more 7 days and staff not helpful

I placed an order through Coach Official Malaysia website. However item still not receiving more than 7 days. I contacted the Sales Team for help, how's they refused. The staff told me the sale team and the website warehouse is different entity, the item I purchased on the Coach official website is nothing do with them. The staff asked me to check back the website and liaise with the warehouse accordingly. I cannot believe they are still working in SILO mentality. As a customer, I hope that my item will be deliver soon and this will be the last purchase with Coach. Bye bye Coach's

Coach Exchange

My mother a 72 year old woman got a Coach bag as her birthday gift, she has had many of them as she favors the look and the brand, I drove her to the Chestnut Hill, MA location, she went by herself because I did no want her to feel like I was rushing her, big mistake, she was discriminated by her age, she went to exchange the bag she received as a gift for another one she would like better, she was accused of bringing a used bag, and when she defended herself stating that the bag was not used, the female employee said to my mom that she need it to go to the eye doctor so she could see better.
That is discriminating by age and assuming that because she is older she can no see well. My mom go out of the store so sad because she was feeling old, and accused of something that is not true, I went to the store and asked for the manager, who did not offer any apologies.
Will never go back to that store neither recommend it.

Coach Wallet

This is Robin Guthrie, I purchased this wallet a little over a year ago. This is not my only wallet so I don't carry it often I switch over to other colors. But I did notice last year which everything was closed I was unable to go to the store to show how bad this wallet is peeling on the inside. I had noticed when I was carrying it a couple of times of places peeling but didn't have no idea that it would be this bad. I am very disappointed in your product. I have wallets over 20 years old and they're not even going through any of this. When I change pocketbooks I changed my wallet as so it is not carried that often. I called your customer service number which she was no help. Most of my bags are coach my wallet I purchased from you all this has been the only wallet that looks like this. Coach Coach bag on line retailer

I ordered a coach bag from coach factory store. The item was not received. I used a service called Klarna to break up payments into 4 equal installments.
After 3 attempts with coach customer service to remedy this problem, I was told I am still responsible for 3 future payments with Klarna. This doesn't seem legal or a reasonable resolution This customer care agent is telling me I am responsible for an item that was not received.

Desired outcome: I should not pay for an item not received.

Coach Coach Repair and lack of honoring resolution

On 12/20/17 I ordered a Coach Cooper Carryall in black paying $695.00 not included tax. I recieved my purse on 12/30/17. In April 2021, 1 of my purse handles had a stitching loose I took photos of my purse and I brought it in on 4/ 25/2021 to Coach Store# [protected] see if it could be repaired, I was advised that both handles had to be replaced and paid a total of $160 for that repair and in store Coach sales woman assisted me with mailing my purse off to the Coach repair facility. On 5/6/21 Dayana Vera reached out via email to advise my purse handles could not be replaced with the same type of handles, I advised I do not want the handle to be changed and request the funds paid for the repair to be used to replacement of the metal trim pieces and zipper. That repair was agreed to and on 5/19/21 I received a severely damaged purse that was unrecognizable to the purse I sent off to be repaired. I called Coach on 5/19/21 and spoke with Bega Davis who I sent emails of before and after photos of the purse. On 5/21/21 I was advised that the resolution would be a refund of my repair fee of $160 and a replacement purse. I agreed to that resolution. I asked on 5/21/21 if needed to return the damaged purse and was advised, no. I was advised via email 5/24/21 my replacement would be expedited and asked if I WANTED to send the damaged purse back, I said yes. It was never once advise that it was required to send back to get my replacement and they will not honor to send my replacement. Its is 6/2/21 and I have yet to received my replacement and when requesting an update with Brittany Barnes they are now saying they won't send it until I mail the damaged one back. They have failed me on the repair and even now failing to abide by the resolution they suggested.

Desired outcome: I have little faith I will get my replacement and because of my lack of trust in this business I would like to receive my replacement and once received I will happily send the damaged purse.

Coach Scam coach website

I bought six bags from Coach on May 15, 2021 and my order arrived on May 29. I bought these bags which seemed real, with the actual pictures and everything. This website, https://www.belkmaillsstore.shop/ has just scammed me 130 dollars. The layout of this website is the exact same as the official coach website and seems completely legit, except for the url which I wasn't able to notice since I was using my phone. I have been buying items from coach for five years and this is the first time this has happened to me and I am outraged. I am just trying to warn everyone else of this and fix what has just happened to me

Coach Handbag

Never shipped my 1/4 order, customer service flat out refuses to cancel orders. Money has dropped from authorization otherwise I would have filed a dispute. Never got my emails from them, either. My $147 is held hostage now I am stuck wondering when these scammers are going to ship. Disgusting. Never shopping with them ever again. I can't believe a company like this would have gone so downhill. For a time like this, and in the year 2021, you think they will be able to cancel orders. Unbelievable.

Coach Cross body handbag

Hi,

I had ordered for a Coach handbag online (Order Number A70708380) for my wife on 23rd November 2020 to surprise her on our wedding anniversary which was on 4th December. She was quite to happy to receive the bag as that's something she really wanted. We were quite impressed with the packing and the gift wrapping that was done.
However, there was an issue with the zip and the bag wouldn't open or close smoothly. I raised a complaint online on 4th December evening for which I received an automated acknowledgement email. I subsequently called the Customer care on 7th / 8th December and was advised that I can either order a new product online and return this one. As the 20% discount option was no longer available I requested for an Exchange. Once again there was no communication I received from Coach on the status / exchange of the bag. I followed up once again on 14th December and was told the bag was received in Netherlands and a replacement would be sent in due course of time. We received the replacement bag yesterday and the bag once again has the same problem. We are extremely disappointed that once again we would need to go through the process and in this instance there's no return label enclosed in the box I received.
I am writing this complaint as the contact centre and not very helpful and give standard responses without actually understanding the customer issue and we generally don't get any response to online customer complaints.
Hoping to get some positive resolution to my issue.

Coach Online order

I ordered a handbag online. When it arrived I was not happy with it as there were a couple of manufacturing faults. I tried to arrange a return. I ordered another bag to replace the faulty one. Coach use DPD for their online orders which are sent from The Netherlands. DPD are not currently accepting return parcels due to the coronavirus pandemic. I contacted Coach to ask how I could return my faulty bag and they said you can't until DPD opens again. I asked if I could use another carrier and they said no. They have extended their return period from 30 to 60 days. My problem is that I paid for the bags on my credit card so the delay in returning the faulty one will incur interest each month. I understand that it is not Coach's fault that DPD are not accepting returns but if I had known that before I would not have placed any orders with Coach. There is nothing on the website about this problem with DPD and all the information about returns only states that they've extended the return period to 60 days. Nowhere does it state that they cannot accept returns at all. The customer service representative said others had complained that this should be on the website but still nothing has changed! I am now stuck with 2 bags, £700 on my credit card clocking up interest and no idea when I'll be able to return the bags.

Coach Coach gallery pouch

Son purchased this product for me when l was visiting from Ohio. It was purchased at the Coach Outlet in Petaluma, CA on February 17, 2020. Hopefully, he did not pay full retail price.

The strap was strange and didn't hang correctly. It also broke within a month. Looking online for my ‘pouch' I found other wristlets. They had properly constructed straps. The strap on the ‘pouch' is permanently attached and is improperly constructed.

I called the customer service number available online. The first CSR told me my only option was to travel across the continent to return it to the Coach store where it was purchased as this was the online purchases number only. Bad advice from anyone during a pandemic. And NO, Coach cannot possibly send out just a correctly constructed strap. It's something they just do not do.

This was terrible customer service so I called again. To my delight, I had what I thought was a wonderful CSR. She sent me a new Coach Gallery a Pouch. It arrived today.

It is exactly like the first ‘pouch' with an incorrectly constructed strap. In the product description, the strap is described as detachable. The only way to detach this strap is to break it.

I do not want or need a third ‘pouch'. Why can't you send me a correctly constructed black strap? Or pay for me to have it repaired locally?

Coach coach - online order and customer services

Order Date : Jan 10, 2020

On Jan 10, tried order a bag as gift and cant complete the payment online with my MasterCard. Called to card Center made sure my card was no issue. Card Center confirmed Coach did got the transaction approved. I contact Coach customer service and she explained the system didn't function properly sometimes and she can do manual order for me. I was happy and she did confirm inventory of the bag I purchased, delivery address and card information and all other details. Finally after an hour, order was all settled.

My bad experience not only stop at this point. I sent an email to track my order because there's no email or call advise me about shipment after 11days, but got an reply on Jan 21 saying my order was declined.

I contact customer service and a staff named Denique P (7655) helps me to check and found out my order need to verify my address only. We did it and Denique confirmed everything was settle and my order will deliver to me in 5 business after 24-48hrs after.
I mentioned To Denique I must have the bag on/before January 31 and she said it will be ok.

However, when I login and check the order again in the afternoon, the status of my order is "Backorder " which makes me confused. So I had to contact customer service again and your staff told me the order was cancelled.

It's ridiculous!

The reason caused this cancellation are out of stocks. I requested a manger to step in and hopefully find out a solution for me because this order is a gift and I need to hand carry it with my trip on 1 February!
The manager just apologized with this arrangement but there's nothing she can help.

So disappointed for the following :
1. Online order system doesn't work at all (tried 5 times)
2. No email or calls Inform me about my order needs address verification after 12days ( even you have my contact information)
3. Dishonest staff
4. No customer service at all

Coach is such a good brand with great products but absolutely disappointed me in such service and systems.

Won't consider buying Coach products anymore because this ridiculous experience!
