Coast To Coast Carports review: Terrible business

It has been a nightmare working with this company. They lie, steal your money and have no idea how to build a garage. It was so poorly built that we had to have it inspected. The back wall is not plum, the roof doesn't cover the entire roof, metal is not attached to the frame, missing screws, it was not sealed and so many other issues. We notified them ASAP and sent pictures then ghosted us refusing to do anything about the issues. We had to have a building inspector inspect it costing up $200. We finally had to turn them into the BBB. They said they would take the structure down, but said nothing about returning our money. We requested they give us detailed information of the return of our money and when they would be retrieving their building and now they will not communicate with us. We have now turned it into the Attorney Generals office. We spent over $27,00.00 and have no garage.
