cmg is like an hoa board, they don't manage properties well
cmg is like an hoa board, they don't manage properties well. They don't check vendors' qualifications, don't bid for jobs, and don't give information on time. You should go somewhere else.
I gotta say, I'm pretty frustrated with the Community Management Group
I gotta say, I'm pretty frustrated with the Community Management Group. Me and a bunch of other homeowners have been trying to get in touch with them about some issues at Raintree West, but we can't seem to get any answers. We're all paying our HOA fees, but we still don't know when the community pools are gonna open. And to top it off, we've been charged for security services, but there hasn't been any security for over 7 months now. It's just ridiculous. We've been trying to get some support from the company, but it's like they don't even care. The communication is terrible and the HOA leadership is just plain bad. It's really disappointing and sad, you know? When you buy a property and pay for services, you should be able to actually use them.

Me and my buddies wanna let y'all know about some shady stuff that went down with Community Management Group (CMG) back in July
Me and my buddies wanna let y'all know about some shady stuff that went down with Community Management Group (CMG) back in July . We own a crib in the *** hood and CMG took over managing it in December . But come May , we noticed our HOA assessment wasn't getting taken outta our checking account no more. We tried setting up automatic payments and even tried sorting out some possible fraud that went down in July , but CMG took forever to respond. It's been almost two years and we still ain't got this mess sorted out. CMG needs to step up their game, ya feel me?
I just talked to ComplaintsBoard.com office in Las Vegas about Community Management Group, CMG, a Home Owner Association business
I just talked to ComplaintsBoard.com office in Las Vegas about Community Management Group, CMG, a Home Owner Association business. Something weird happened today at 11:26 AM when I called their phone number (***) ***. Finally, after 6 months or more, I talked to a real person. Earlier, at 2:38 AM, I emailed Josefina at CMG to ask if there was an extra payment of $53.00 in July and if my phone number was blocked. If it was, it would be a big problem and I would stop paying monthly HOA dues. After the email, I called CMG and talked to someone for the first time in many months. It seemed like my number was blocked before. Did CMG block my number?

1. The hot water and heat were out for a long time, from November 3 to December 23. 2. The cooling tower has been broken for over 61 days, which means no air conditioning. 3. Bugs and rodents are all over the place. 4. They didn't do a good job transferring records over the past 5 years, and there are no audits or minutes. 5. The trash situation is gross and unhealthy. 6. They don't tell us what's going on, and when they do post agendas, it's too late. 7. They don't answer emails, even after months or years of following up. 8. They won't give us important documents like insurance policies or CC&Rs. 9. They won't give us documents related to voting or elections, so we have a vacant position since May .

I always gotta complain about issues and CMG never responds
I always gotta complain about issues and CMG never responds. They promise stuff in emails but never do it. I lived at *** for six years and it's been bad for two years. I keep emailing about the landscaping, trash, and graffiti but they don't do anything. Trash and graffiti are always there and landscaping only gets done when we bother them. I pay $80.00 a month for my HOA dues and my front isn't maintained like it should be. I've been emailing CMG for two months and they promised to fix it but they didn't. I've been waiting for a reply since last week and they haven't gotten back to me. I called today but only got voicemails and no call back. The HOA Board doesn't help either, they just tell us to talk to CMG and they're useless.
Community Managment Group put a lien on my property for $1395.26 because I didn't file a Residential Tracking Form for 2017
Community Managment Group put a lien on my property for $1395.26 because I didn't file a Residential Tracking Form for 2017. I didn't know about this ordinance, and I've lived at the same address for 16 years. I complained to the Ombudsman office in 2017, and the HOA Manager, Maitee T, used a board member to build a case against me. I received a letter on December 10, telling me to attend a hearing on December 6, but there was no board meeting planned for that day. The manager made up the dates and the fraudulent hearing letter, and the lien was recorded on January 3. My complaint was about a plumbing contract for $90,000, and the last mediation was on May 17. The manager couldn't produce a signed contract that was mediated with attorney Janet Trost. After that, she decided to retaliate against me by making things up and doing fraudulent mailing. No matter how many times I sent my Residential Tracking Form, it was never good.
I moved to Vegas on August 3 to start a new job, but the HOA at Community Management Group has been giving me a hard time
I moved to Vegas on August 3 to start a new job, but the HOA at Community Management Group has been giving me a hard time. They sent me two letters before I even arrived, one about an exterior light that was working fine and another about parking. I can't fit my truck in the garage, so I park it on the West side of my house on garbage and recycle pick up day. But the HOA keeps harassing me about it, even though there's no traffic on that dead-end road. I've tried to be reasonable and move my truck back in front of the garage after garbage day, but they won't listen. So now I have to put the garbage cans in the middle of the road, which is the only option they've left me. It's ridiculous that they're calling it a fire lane when it's just a curb painted red. My neighbors say the HOA loves to hassle people, and I believe them. I just want them to tell me where to park on garbage day or where to put the garbage cans so the truck can pick it up. If they can't be reasonable, I'll have to talk to an HOA lawyer.
