Called on/about 3/12/25 to request cancellation at end of billing period (3/27/25). 3/13/25 had, still have no phone service. Contacted them by email on 3/13 and 3/14, told they would resolve. Never happened, lost job 1/6/25, 50+ resumes submitted and 5 days now without a phone. Community Phone worst choice I've ever made in my life ! Contacted them again today, waste of time.
Desired outcome: Get phone working and keep my original number activated for transfer to a different carrier.

Besides more expensive than others also more incompetent. Called to have service cancelled at end of billing period (3/27/25) instead they cancelled the next day. Opened account with different carrier but my 18+ year phone number not transferred because Community Phone cancelled my account on 3/13 instead of 3/26. Now been without phone (including 911) service for 4 full days along with being recently unemployed and dozens of work resumes out Community Phone turned out to be a bad nightmare !
Called today to request cancellation on 3/25/25, cut off today with 12 days left. Have NO phone service 911 or otherwise !
