I requested service but before the equipment arrived I had already charged for the first month. Once the equipment arrived I wasn't able to get it to work nor was the number transfered as I was assured would happen. I called and canceled service since I could not make or receive phone calls I was refused a refund of the service charge. I understand it cost to ship equipment so I understand owing something for the equipment and that's fine however I never had service and should have been refunded at least a portion of that fee. I was told they wouldn't cancel until the end of the month so that they can keep the monthly charge when I can't use the service. VERY DISHONEST!

My conversation with the young lady was pleasent but the company charged me a full month even though I never fully had service. I asked to cancel the service on the 16th of Jan and she informed me that it wouldn't be canceled until Feb 16th thus being charged for a month of service I didn't have service. I am not looking for anything free and understood being charged for the equipment they sent however I should have been refunded money from unused service. Very dishonest!
