Mixed Experiences on eBid
As a potential customer considering eBid, it's important to note the mixed experiences shared by users. While some appreciate the lower fees and ease of use, others have faced challenges with customer service and account suspensions. It seems that eBid offers a platform for both buyers and sellers, but it may require some patience and understanding of its unique features. If you value affordability and are willing to navigate potential issues, eBid could be worth exploring for your online auction needs.
I have been using this site for 2 years, and I have
I have been using this site for 2 years, and I have nothing but praise for the way it is run, the support staff are quick and friendly. The whole way the site is run and the members I have had contact with have been some of the most positive experience of all the selling sites.
By far much less hassle than others.
I have made quite a few sales traffic is good, although recently since google change the way it displays search results, all ebid listings get clumped in with all feebays listings and get lost and traffic has dropped a lot.
Ebid needs to focus on getting more traffic to the site.
As for all these people who are pleating on about Paypal payments, the buyer never loses with Paypal and ALL ways gets there money back.
Just like life there are bad apples every where.
I have never had any issues
Back with eBid after years of making eBay even richer
Lets look at the facts:
OK you get more traffic at eBay and you may sell more at eBay but you also make eBay even richer.
My reason for returning to eBid was when I was told that eBay was cutting ties completely with PayPal and all your earnings will be paid directly into your bank account 2-3 days after payment. The majority of the items I sell have a purchase price of ?1.99. Imagine my bank statement. And even worse if some customer is nor happy eBay will take it automatically out of your account and you may not be able to pay your rent because of it.
But back to eBid. I wanted to change my username and eBid was very helpful. The forum community is kind and helpful.
But don't expect sales without doing the legwork. You have to promote your store yourself and that's how you get sales. Talking of traffic. I only just moved back less than a month ago and I do have views as high as eBay. (See highlighted in one picture)
-
Pros
- Low listing fees
- Wide global reach
- Diverse product categories
- User-friendly interface
- Free basic membership
-
Cons
- Limited market presence compared to eBay
- Lower traffic and user base
- Fewer product categories and listings
- Less advanced search and filter options
A real joy to use. Just list your items buy it now with make an offer. Go out to work and just wait
Superb easy and cheap to use, no rip off ebay fees. No silly restrictions on your adverts and pictures. If you list at a fair price people will offer or buy outright, you just have to be patient. No good if you need to earn a weekly wage, but fantastic to list all your stuff and just wait.
I have been on there about eighteen months and sold over 70 items total about ?1500 that's ?80 a month. Won't pay the mortgage that's why I have a job but it's a nice bonus income.
I have nearly 500 items listed now. All the works done, just a case of checking your emails daily, easy money. None of the feebay rat race rush.
The only thing that all the bad reviewers rant on about is how many visits they get, don't expect so many and you won't be disappointed you idiots.
Also if you put an item up as an auction knowing you won't get many visits your also an idiot.
If you list an item at silly money don't expect it to sell you idiots.
I suggest all the idiots should just stick together and carry on making a mess of ebay.
Leave all the decent relaxed folk to enjoy the freedom and ease of eBid.:-)
After dreadful experience of ebay and paypal, I am
After dreadful experience of ebay and paypal, I am pleased to find this alternative listing website. Better website, better organised, not bloated with hidden pit fall traps, easy to communicate with sellers, easy to customise transactions, more interesting range of quality from special interest collectors
GOOD RIDDANCE EBAY
----------------------
I'm leaving a second review having noticed what appears to be bogus reviews, probably from ebay employees at a guess. I would have little doubt ebay managers would be so dishonest as to do fraud.
On ebid, Sellers do not have to pay an upfront fee to list, at all. That is an up front option for no future seller fees and some sort of seller privileges.
New sellers can join free and pay nominal seller fees, 3% (?) which is vastly superior terms than the 15% or so which ebay gouges
As its possible to run a listing for 90 days on ebid (A SUPERIOR FEATURE TO EBAY) there is the obvious problem which could occur, bidding and paying for an item and the seller is unavailable in which case a refund would be done with paypal
As a seller can run a listing for 90 days on ebid, that is a great advantage to seasonal sellers who don't have the time to mess around with those bloated sucky ebay relisting forms when peak demand is time consuming
I have been a seller (and occasional buyer) on eBid.net
I have been a seller (and occasional buyer) on eBid.net for the last two years and haven't had any difficulties whatsoever. The folks on the forums are extremely helpful & friendly and whenever I have contacted Gazza (the big boss) over a concern, I've received a reply within day (most often within a few hours). I feel bad for those folks who have had issues using the site. If you simply utilize the forums, most problems can be resolved.
Sure, it would be better if sales could be more brisk, but I can understand if the casual shopper doesn't want to give them a chance, after coming here and seeing the bile-fueled-hate-rants against eBid.net. Kinda makes you wonder who would gain from all that fear mongering... maybe a faceless behemoth that doesn't give a rat's rear about it's members (the sellers OR the buyers) and ONLY cares about squeezing every last dime out of it's members? But I digress...
Bottom line, for those who have had problems with sellers on eBid in the past (and this goes for ALL buying sites, e.g., ebay, amazon marketplace, etc), PLEASE check your seller's activity record and/or feedback. If the person hasn't been doing SOMETHING on there in say, the last 3 months, it might be a good sign they've forgotten about it and moved on. That's how our short attention span society seems to work (or not work, as is the case here). Do your homework. Find the good sellers. There's lots of us on there and we'd be more than happy to prove to you that eBid.net is a great alternative!
I am a new seller on both Ebay and Ebid
I am a new seller on both Ebay and Ebid.
I started off with Ebay about a week ago, and found it to be far far too expensive to sell on! And with so many scammers (both buying and selling), and with people creating shilling accounts to bid on their own items, I decided to look for other options.
After searching extensively I came across a hub page recommending Ebid and read through all the comments highly recommending them.
I signed up, and now I will never sell on Ebay again!
The website is user friendly, the prices are very fair on the seller, and the security is top notch. The strict rules around selling and buying, and all the checks they do, very effectively weeds out all the dodgy buyers and sellers.
And because you are limited to only one account, this instantly stops shillers in their tracks.
The atmosphere is also very friendly and helpful. In general, the people selling and buying are nicer to each other. It's a wonderful and drastic difference to Ebay!
When I came on here, I was surprised to see them with anything less than a 5 star rating... and then I read through all the reviews.
Many of the reviews here, on closer inspection, seem to from people who are either too stupid to read the rules before they sign up, selling goods that are not allowed to be sold on Ebid (for good reason), or are just straight up taking bad with it being so much more secure than Ebay is.
The only people who could have a problem with Ebid, are people who are too used to getting their scam on at Ebay, regular shillers, or people who are too institutionalised with Ebay to adapt to something different.
But for us honest sellers and buyers out there, I highly recommend Ebid, and will be spreading the word to my friends and family:)
No review extortion from bad buyers, no more scamming, no more low rate sellers.
Long may it continue!
Ebid.net Complaints 19
MOOVING from eBay ALL TOGETHER at the same time- BUYERS WILL FOLLOW US
Hundred Thousands of unhappy sellers, who fed up with eBay, goes to different sites like ebid, or other websites which exists and are trying to sell there, but with no perspective they cameback to eBay and using friend's, or partner's accounts if their own account is suspended or restricted when they lost a privilege to sell- for nothing, often without explanation from eBay, often for trying to find a justice, often for confrontation of unhonest buyers: My account was closed after I sold PRADA purse with authentication card but buyer requested a return saying it is not authentic. I offered a return under a reason "changed my mind" but buyer did not wanted to pay return postage and contacted to eBay. Ebay closed the case "not authentic" and sent a decision only under "not as described" (all 12 pictures presented with a full description of the item), but what is important- here was no such case open, at all, but a decision came on never existed case! By eBay rules a buyer can not open a second case for the same item but eBay sent a refund and closed my seller's account- my account is restricted to sell! Nightmare- this decision is final, could not be appealed! But till this moment on eBay I made over hundred sales per six months. On ebid I sold nothing- lowered prices for some items up to half (Samsung note3 unlocked 32gb I listed for ?120!) but no even 1 question never came!
I am sure, that if all these sellers, who fed up with eBay, like me,- cames together and all of them leaves eBay but moves to the one but same oneline selling site- no doubt eBay will loose not thousents, but hundred thousands sellers (every second seller has had an expierence when eBay took a wrong decision by supporting a buyer even if he/she is wrong). If all the unhappy sellers will leave eBay together, at the same time- eBay will loose millions listings... NO DOUBT-BUYERS WILL FALLOW...
All what we need is- A PERSON, WHO COULD ORGANISE IT!
MAYBE THE PERSON IS- YOU?

If you value your privacy and want to protect your identity from theft
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO EBID!
My Fellow citizens, as an internet salesman I recently subscribed to an online auction site known as eBid.
I purchased the lifetime membership for $49.99,
Set up my web page and listed one Item. The next day I signed into my account to list more items. I was denied access to my sellers account until I provided the site with a photo copy of my drivers license and a recent copy of a utility bill. The site did not specify that this information would be secure from identity theft. In this request they did not give a creditable reason as to why they were asking for this sensitive information. Most people know that you should never send this kind of information over the internet. After my wife and I have been victims of on-line identity theft I cannot allow myself to be victimized again by on-line hackers and thieves.
I was unable to cancel my subscription and cannot cancel my subscription until I provide a copy of my driver license and utility bill. Now is that not a load of crap or what!?
The onemore disturbing issue I have with this subscription is that while enrolling into their program they did not request this information nor did they inform me that they would at a later date. I was not aware of this potentially fraudulent request of private information till the next day after they deducted the
$49.99 from my PayPal account. Had I known that they would request this information on line I would not have subscribed to the website, I believe that they know this and that most people will do the same as I would have, in order to protect their selves from on-line identity theft.
In my experience with online sales and banks such as with eBay, Skooch, the Toy peddler, Amazon.com, PayPal, CitiBank, and Wells Fargo, I have not once been asked to send a photo copy of my drivers license and utility billing information to these companies.
My disgust with this companys policies led me to do some market research and fond that they misrepresented their selves in areas of potential customer flow, a user friendly program and they charged me. 15 cents to list the photo of the product I was selling. The membership agreement with eBid clearly states that there would be no sellers fees ever with this subscription.
Is it a user friendly program?
I am an on line ecommerce salesman with over three years of experience, I found that their program was rather difficult to use for setting up an on-line auction.
My positive feedback transfer from my eBay website was impossible to do. I was unable to complete this action.
Note that eBid is an online market website based in the U. K. So if theres an issue of fraud and or identity theft and you live in the USA, you will not be able to recover lost or stolen funds nor will you be able to stop your identity from being exploited by on-line pirates.
There is no way to guarantee that eBid will not disclose your personal information to foreign governments and marketing agencies.
Furthermore, as this $49.99 fee is a membership, PayPal cannot reimburse my lost funds from this scandalous on-line company for services that this website did not provide as they claimed to do.
This company encourages people to sign on with a $49.99 lifetime membership and claims that they are a better on-line sales website than eBay, yet eBay does not ask for a membership fee and does not request sensitive private and personal information.
Membership services
If I have a problem with my site, I can call eBay and get one-on- one help with any issue 7 days a week.
This is not the case with eBid, They offer no help outside of their incomplete and vague Help Forum.
The bottom line is this; if you care about protecting yourself from potential identity theft and fraud DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS OFFSHORE On-Line Market Place.
Scam by ebid admins
Ebid tricked me into paying them $50 for a Platinum Lifetime subscription.
A VIP Lifetime premium subscription means the UNCONDITIONAL right to trade on their useless and worthless E-commerce platform, even if I should wish to sell firearms, prescription drugs or kidporn.
A few days later they suspended my seller account:
https://www.ebid.net/nl/users/Private.Collection/all-about-me
They are claiming that my seller account is associated with some other account. It is none or their effing business how many accounts I wish to run.
They are claiming I do not own the goods which I offer for sale on their platform. It's none of their flogging business what I own and do not have in stock because I bought a Platinum Lifetime subscription and the UNCONDITIONAL right to trade on their useless and worthless E-commerce platform whatever I want.
EBID are THIEVES! They STEAL users' personal and financial data, EBID steal credit cards! I want my subscription fee back from the filthy [censored] that run EBID.
They are filthy liars and SCAMMERS, so I will continue to post my review of the scam site Ebid on HUNDREDS of consumer rewiew sites.
Desired outcome: Unconditional refund of my $50 subscription fee.
OMG i had the same issue but i only have an account they said i do not own the item i am selling...and than i was a sospicious person...even if i sent them my documents ..including my american passport...but nothing till today i am not getting any answer from them..they do not have any phone number to call, how they are in businness is a mistery to me..and why google is promoting them too...EBAY can be more expensive but is all worthed.
Is Ebid.net Legit?
Ebid.net earns a trustworthiness rating of 91%
Highly recommended, but caution will not hurt.
Ebid.net has received 6 positive reviews on our site. This is a good sign and indicates a safe and reliable experience for customers who choose to work with the company.
Ebid.net has a valid SSL certificate, which indicates that the website is secure and trustworthy. Look for the padlock icon in the browser and the "https" prefix in the URL to confirm that the website is using SSL.
Several positive reviews for Ebid.net have been found on various review sites. While this may be a good sign, it is important to approach these reviews with caution and consider the possibility of fake or biased reviews.
We looked up Ebid.net and found that the website is receiving a high amount of traffic. This could be a sign of a popular and trustworthy website, but it is still important to exercise caution and verify the legitimacy of the site before sharing any personal or financial information
However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:
- While Ebid.net has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 5% of 19 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
- Ebid.net protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.

The Book of Boba Fett season 1 dvds
I'm Pabstman114 (Scott Haney)
My complaint is about Howboutthat
#:[protected]
I ordered The Book of Boba Fett dvds, I received both dvds but the 2nd dvd just said Blu-ray on the opening page of the format and that was all there was on the disc no episodes. So basically I had only the first disc. I asked in the question section of the site a few times what I needed to do to fix the situation, I was never answered.
Desired outcome: All I want is either the fully recorded disc 2 or my money refunded.

I received Star Trek Discovery season 4, half of episode 5 & all of episode 6 had no sound. I messaged him to send me those episodes, he said I need to send him the disc. I sent it immediately. I explained that I had to send it like a letter because I'm handicapped and can't get out to mail it as a package from the post office. He messaged me said he would send it out. 3 weeks going on 4, I messaged him to ask if he sent it or not, and he won't answer me.
Trying to sign up
I have provided all the information and still cannot get paid up or on the site. I am getting frustrated.
ebid.net = scam
They will bill you every month even if you don’t sell anything. They refuse to delete your account and personal information (have requested four times already).
BEWARE OF THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM
Desired outcome: an apology and refund of the money you stole
No help for auction payments
Long time seller on ebay now new seller on ebid:
As a new to ebid, former ebay seller fo 10+ years seller. Awful auction site.
Little to no customer support in setting up payments; which I did according to ALL instructions. Not even sure if your customer service understands English. No one to call, but you get the most absurd answers from them that have nothing to do with problem.
Customer service keeps insisting problem is on my end with paypal, I can assure you it is not! My 2 ending auctions state that payment pending because my email address is not correct. I can assure you it is and there is no problem on paypal end.(this has been back and forth since auction end with your awful customer service)
Desired outcome: I can bring in my customers from ebay, tried it out with one. I sold 2 items and cannot get payment nor ship. FIX this problem
seller fees and discriminatory, scam, criminal attitude
This is total scam, criminal company - after Paid for Seller lifetime membership - them suspended my account 3 days ago without any explanation and refund - only received a vague e-mail say: "you account dont accepted" ?
Until today no any refund or compensation - we open a legal claim in the Court about this discrimination, criminal company! Save you time and money and avoid the Ebid.net at all cost! This is scam, rip off company...
Wallmart Win
I don't believe this person. He offered no proof as Who, What, Where, When and Why. He is high on accusations, but offers no real attempt at being honest.
Sellers and Ebid support
I made a bid on this site and won an item. Seller said that I'll get my item within 7-14 business days, but nothing arrived. When I contacted the seller he said that my item was on its way, but weeks passed and there was no sign of it. Seller stopped replying to my messages and then I decided to ask Ebid for help. I told them that there was a fraudulent seller on their website, but they did absolutely nothing! They simply did not care and did not bother to reply.
I asked for a refund many times but just wasted my time because these scammer ignored me. I will not use this service ever again and will warn my friends and family.
No way to return!!
I decided to try www.ebid.net and I actually won something!
I was so excited and really happy because that was the first time I've ever won anything!
When my item finally arrived I was shocked to find out it was a completely wrong thing!
I contacted the seller and was told that he accidentally sent me the incorrect item. When I asked for a replacement he refused and said that there is no such thing as replacement on www.ebid.net!
So he actually did admit that it was his mistake but still refused to exchange for the correct item!
Ridiculous!
Consumer protection (lack of)
Every complaint I see about ebid.net mentions how few sales sellers get. As a buyer on ebid.net, I think the reason is that there are few buyers because there is no consumer protection. For example, if a seller sends the wrong item, on Ebay or Amazon, the process goes like this: Hit the return button -> print the return label -> post -> receive refund. Whereas on ebid.net, the process would be more like: Send message to seller -> Receive message that seller does not monitor this inbox -> look for seller email and send message -> Send another message threatening small claims action -> either give up as waste of time or pursue small claims, depending on the amount -> go to court etc... An ebid buyer is only going to last until they have had to return an item, whereupon they are going to realise they are much better off at Ebay. In my case, I only made 1 purchase, received the wrong item and decided to give up and delete my ebid account.
This site now that I did a little investigation is a complete rip off
This site now that I did a little investigation is a complete rip off. Stoopid should have done this 1st MY BAD! These guys have inflated all their reviews and posted fake reviews on this site. Notice all the positve answers are never logged in with FB or a pic. STAY FAR AWAY. They cost me $12 of my social security check for nothing. I put 3 highly marketable items on there site for way less than I do on ebay and didn't get a view. This is hypebeast stuff not junk. The same items sell on ebay within a day. Who cares if you pay nearly 15% by the time you are done. at least you sell something. I would have been very happy to have had 1 bid. I should report them to Dade county crimes against the elderly for real. I now see they have locked me out of my account, GOOD hope they don't keep billing me.
refund
Ebid.net is the biggest scam out there. I first joined them thinking it would be a great alternative to ebay, I was very very wrong. Basically someone bid on and won my laptop I had for sale. Yet they never paid. I sent several messages to them including through the ebid system to remind them to pay. Finally, after no payment and no contact, I processed this in the ebid system to close the transaction. Ebid charged me a final value fee from my credit card of almost 30 dollars, even though their own system showed non payment from the buyer and that the transaction never completed. Even when the transaction closed, all they did was "refund" my money to my ebid account as credits. I also found out the buyer had his account closed. This is beyond ridiculous, where someone can just bid on and win as many auctions as they want, never pay, and then Ebid gets to collect the final value fees, and issue "refunds" as credits the the person's account.
My biggest issue is that, even if it is their policy to refund as credits (which is not cool to begin with) they should have NEVER CHARGED me in THE FIRST PLACE, because my transaction never went through, the buyer never paid me or sent any payment whatsoever, so ebid had no right to charge me a final value fee for an incomplete transaction. Their system even showed non payment and that I had requested payment from the buyer.
EVEN WORSE, I have sent over 4 messages to ebid about this issue, requesting refund to my credit card, and have never recieved a single reply. They force you to contact them through their website, instead of being able to email or call them, to have some kind of record of contact. So after your message is sent, it's like it went to a black hole, and you never hear about it or hear a response from them at all. I even got desperate enough where I sent a private message to them through complaints board, with (surprise) no response.
Yeah this company is pretty much as bad as it gets. They are a scam and a rip off. I'm having my prepaid legal team send them a letter. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, NOT YOUR WORTHLESS CREDITS!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
USA SELLERS beware of ebid.net auction site, they are scam
We are sellers in ebid.net located in USA, we subscribe to ebid but they charged us sales tax. Sales tax is only for local to UK not USA seller subscriber.
Also, they scam us with their sellers+ lifetime upgrade, we pay 49$ and avail the upgrade promo, they intentionally did not upgrade our account so they can charged us 25$ yearly.
How did they do it, very easy, they will charged you international sales tax!so it will cause a setting problem in your seller subscription page. At the end of your first year, they will charged you 25$ even you have upgraded your account to seller+ lifetime at the time you avail the 49$ promo.
So again, USA SELLERS beware of ebid.net auction site, they are scam, WORSE THAN EBAY. With ebay, they will scam you in front, in ebid.net, ebid will scam you by system problem and behind the scene charges. Plus this folks are not a member of BBB (www.bbb.org) and no telephone number. So there is no way you can complain this scam site to state regulating body.
Ebid.net has branch in Florida, but can be dummy address as its possible not a member of BBB.
I have been a seller on ebid.net for five years. I live and sell from Calfornia, a state that never misses a chance to collect taxes.
eBid.net has NEVER collected or tried to collect taxes of any kind for anything I have sold.
This kind of totally unverified accusation should not be believed. There have been rumors that eBay has people (we call them trolls) who put out this kind of accusation, trying to keep other sites from competing.
Worst auction site ever
Worst auction site ever. No buyers at all and gave up. I've looked up my own items and found them unsold since last year...
This is not Ebay or Amazon these auction sites take time and a little more work for a sale to be made. eBid is slowly catching up and it takes time. We now have Addoway decent auction site but still new on the auction scene. On Ebay you pay for that advertising and Ebay fee rates are too high or as it is being called now Feebay. Patience is a virtue but people are just out to make money with very little effort as possible to help earn it.
Items I have previously been able to sell on Ebay in a week have not been sold on EBID for 3 months
Ok. So, Let's start:The counter sometimes goes up sometimes goes down. One Day I have 100 people who looked at my auction the other day there after it was only 97.Someone of the support forum said "the counter is a bit dodgy" Similar .Items I have previously been able to sell on Ebay in a week have not been sold on EBID for 3 months. No real customer service ( same for EABY) and yes...I also paid the lifetime payment...Why? as i predicted my items will sell, so comparing to ebay I would have gained a few bob.In the mean time I have sold all items on EBAY!
SO in a nutshell: No user friendly alternative to the EBAY rip-off.
They just take your money and run
I own an online supplement business and I have to agree, they are the absolute worst choice ever! Ebid has no phone support and they will not return my emails. They charged me for 2 memberships fees of $19.99 per membership, than closed both of my accounts. I can't even get a response back. Come monday I will just file a chargeback. I sell on 30 different venues throughout the internet, and ebid is the absolute worst. Period. I only found this review forum here because I was searching google for a phone number to call them. Wanna know who is great, BONANZA and WEBSTORE. They get you some awesome google traffic and are just so easy to use. Bonanza's customer service is just awesome. If they ask who referre you, tell them MuscleLabsUSA (maybe I get something free? LOL) As far as EBID.net... STAY AWAY. They just take your money and run.
A bunch of charges to my credit card and I've never heard of this company... filing a complaint with my bank possibly a criminal charges through miami police dept.
Please refund all of my money to my PayPal acct. and if you know how it's ProRite Welding. I do think this is the biggest rib-off on the net...I CAN'T LOG IN ANYMORE... Thanks
This is a shame to the human race.
I paid for seller account. I gave them all the documents.
They did not answer me.
They blocked me from entering my own account at their site.
VERY VERY BAD.
A dog gets better life.
It seems that the major requirement for sellers is their ability to produce a utility bill. They don't check out sellers at all. Buyers beware!
Thank you very very much
This site is horrible. No contact number at all. They said I need to send in things to verify my account which I did and they are still saying that its not verified its been 2 weeks and nothing. They have stolen $50 from me. So now I have no choice but to sue them.
@ eBid, it was good you replied, it's always nice to get a clarification so people see both sides.
Could you please sort out my issue, ticket IDs: 120985 and then 121359.
I know it's only been 3 days since I contacted support, but I'd really like this resolved. Thanks.
Your account on eBid was closed due to you selling items that are banned on eBid. Your second account was closed as we allow only one account to be opened without permission from us. Your SELLER+ fees were both refunded to your card. Please be accurate when posting reviews of companies online. To contact our support team please click the HELP link on the top of every page or our site and then the CONTACT US link. Feel free to contact us now if you have further questions.
I agree EBID sucks, i have sent them all the documents they wanted and their reply was..you seems to be a lier so we closed your account...who does that? no phone number...no one answers my emails...very very rude..i have a profile on Ebay, have good sales there and yes is more expensive but i must say they have a good cusotmer service they answer and always try to help you...this Ebid...no answer no help...why should i support their businness?
stay away they are horrible
Thanks for stealing my money and providing terrible customer service
Terrible, terrible site. I bought the Seller+ Lifetime membership so I could sell for free. Was "selling" (if you can say that) items for a bit. Then I "randomly" got chosen to submit my passport/utility bill. I did both. In fact, I actually submitted 2, not 1, utility bills. My electric and gas bill, both of which have my name and address clearly printed on the FIRST page. BOTH of which I had received not but 3 days prior.
I wake up the next morning to get an email saying "Please submit a valid utility bill that has your name and address and is within 30 days". What a joke! I email them back and tell them "look at the front of the page". HAH! I wake up again the next morning and my account is disabled! Emailed them again and haven't gotten a response.
Thanks for stealing my money and providing terrible customer service. You should try hiring people who have at least graduated from elementary school, because apparently they have no idea how to read.
I agree with you, they have responded to me. I ordered the Seller + for the lifetime membership and ran into problems also. I requested a refund and stuck to my guns. They are all full of bs even E bay . Your best just setting up your own website through Zencart or Magento anybody and do a major marketing solution. Good luck
