Hi iv noticed on my last couple of bank statements that use have been taking £15 out of my acount every mounth I don’t know what that was for as I can remember singing up yiu to ti take the money as I signed up for a cash back off my boohoo orders. I am a 19 working two jobs 15 is alot of money to be losing for nothing when trying to make ends meet. I would like to be refunded for the money that use have took off me as I never singed up for that knowly and I woukd use to take my bank details off your datebasr so this dosnt happen again

This company has taken the £15 membership fee from my bank account without any permission.
when ordering from another company, Complete savings came up offering a cash back system, however it is unlcear at the time that you are signing up to a membership system and I certainly did not give them permission to use my bank account, they have taken my bank account details from another website and used them to steal money from my account.

WLY* Complete Save have been taking money from my credit card (£15 in total) . I do a small amount of online shopping usually with the same companies, but at no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. I have now contacted my bank and had further payments stopped, but as a student on a very low income I am furious that this amount of money has been stollen from my account. Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. I want my money refunded and this company investigated.

Unnecessary charges to my account
I have never used this company for anything, nor had I ever heard of them. However, in March 2022 I noticed this company had been charging my account every month, since January 2022.
I contacted the company and eventually they reimbursed me and said they had stopped my “subscription” (that I did not make).
Now the following month, April 2022, I have been charged again and I am having to go through the whole rigmarole of giving all my personal details, bank details, screenshots, emails etc again, and it’s not right.

Unauthorized credit card charge on the 19th April 2022 from what I believe is scam website.
Hi, I've had a charge of £15 from WLY*COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK on Tuesday the 19th April, without my permission. I have never signed up with them nor did I know they existed until they unlawfully took money from my bank account. I want it refunded immediately!
The proof of them withdrawing money is in a screenshot I have taken. Again I'd like to point out I have never signed up for anything in regards to them.

Unauthorised regular payments taken from bank
When checking our bank account this morning we have found that four unauthorised payments of £15 have been taken from our bank account without our knowledge, amounting to £60. We have never signed up to this, never given our bank details to them and not agreed to any free trials. We would like our money back from them as it was fraudulently taken.

Hi,
I have been unable to cancel the Complete savings payments and did not realise i was still paying for this.
I have recently discovered that i am still being charged £15 per months for this which i have never used.
there have been a total of 18 payments dating from the 15/11/2020 to the sum of £270 for something that should have been correctly stopped months ago.

Apartment Booking
I made a booking on The Cooper Apartment via booking.com on 13th of April 2022 and I filled an online application that The Cooper Apartments sent me.
