Hi you have been taking money out me account for 2 months of 15 pound can you refund my account, I didn’t Say that use taken money out of my account, I didn’t authorise you is taking money out of my account so can you please put the money back into my account!

Complete savings services
For one month I am trying to get promissed refunds. I send them receipts, fill forms over and over again. After one month I didn`t receive any refund, and I was shopping alot. They had no problem to charge services which they don`t provide. I hope this will stop with me and noone else will have to experience that again. I bought goods from Debenhams and offered -completesavings.co.uk- services for a fee. I accepted, even I didn`t see well that it will be charged after 30 days, since it is written with such a small, almost invisible letters. Anyway, my shopping was big enough to cover costs of their services through refund they should provide, but they didn`t.
I send several refund requests to -https://www.completesavings.co.uk/-, some even month ago. I write before to customer support, get no answer or an answer that my request is wrong (something like this).
Desired outcome: I request -completesavings.co.uk- to make refunds. I hope that noone ever will experience what I did

Fraud money being removed from my account
£15 has been removed from my account wiythout my autorisation. A previous £15 was also removed a few days earlier by Mytimerewards which is abviously the same company as their names both begin with the same WLY*
This is not the first time this has happened. How is it allowed to go unchecked and how has my details got into the hands of this company?

You say that i entered my bank details and agreed to your terms of service! That is complete nonsense. I've subsequently discovered that this isn't the first time you've done this. All that I was doing was paying for train tickets and at no time did i come across your website and agree to anything in regard to joining you! I can only then suggest you are using a mirror site that looks like the Trainline or a hidden link and therefore fraudulently extracting a mothly payment from me!

Money coming out of my bank monthly it's fraud I've not consented to any off this and want my money back it's disgraceful don't know how to rectify as when you go in there website there's no details, phone numbers to contact anyone you reach a dead end. I assume they are about to charge my credit card again in a day or so this month according to the pattern of charges.
I do not know who this company is and how they obtained my credit card in USA. I do not know what these purported services or products are. I have no record of conducting business with this organization nor have I ever heard of them.
This is fraudulent and I request that the funds be returned immediately.

3 payments not authorised were taken from my account
Hi
On 16 jannury 2022, a sum of £15.00 was taken from my bank account. Another £15.00 was taken on16 December and 17 November 2021. These three payments were not authorised by me. I do not know this service / company and I have not signed up to any contract or "membership" with it.
Please refund my money £ 45.00 as soon as possible. I'll inform my back of this as I belive this is a fraud, and to make sure to refuse future payments and arrange for a refund.

I have just checked my bank statement and £15 had been taken out of my account. I have no idea why and do not remember using this website at all. I would like an explanation as to why and a refund of my £15. WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my credit card for the last 2 months, totalling £30. I do a small amount of online shopping usually with the same four companies, but at no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. I have only just discovered this fraud, in part because I had a replacement credit card about a month ago and no longer have online access to previous statements, but also because the amount of £15 per month is a small enough amount not to raise alarm bells! I have now contacted my bank and had further payments stopped, but as a pensioner on a very low income I am furious that this amount of money has been stollen from my account. Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. I want my money refunded and this company investigated.
