Complete Savings / Complete Save Complete Savings - taken £15 from my account

Hello, I was going through my bank statements and have realised you (Complete Savings) have taken £15 from my account yesterday (18/11/2020) without my permission. I have not bought anything from you and have only signed up for cash back for a train ticket I didn't use, I have not received any cash back but instead you have taken money from me. I would like to get a full refund immediately!

I have rang up your service number and discovered you have signed me up for a membership without my consent or authorisation. I have now requested a cancellation but still have not received a refund for the £15 I never consented to.

Complete Savings / Complete Save fraud

Money have been taken out of my account without my authorisation from wly complete savings and I didnt sing up for it. My email is [protected]@icloud.com
They have taken £15 for a "saving account" which I never signed up for. Could you please contact me asap. I read on google other people have had the some problem.

Complete Savings / Complete Save They are taking money from my bank account without my permission

They are taking money from my bank account without my permission, and I didn't sign up for anything. I have never heard of complete save before, so I have no idea where it is coming from, but £15 is a lot of money, and thankfully I haven't had that much money in my account, but i'm worried about when I do because of the fact that I wouldn't be able to afford it at all.

£15 was taken from my bank account (18/11/20) and i have no understanding as to why or how this company have my information and i want to be refunded as i am a student on a low amount of money anyway

Complete Savings / Complete Save Unauthorised debits from my account

I have had 4 debits taken from this "company "? beginning back in August. I have not signed up for anything with this company!
At £15 every month there's £60 taken without authority.
I will now have my card company block any further debits and await my refund, failure to receive the refund and I will progress this to fraudulent transactions

I’m afraid I cannot provide you with the information you are requesting as I have no membership with complete savings, this is my reason for the question!...if I have no membership why am I being charged for it?

I had been taken £15 monthly from my bank account since 10/12/2021 until 09/03/2022 which I never signed up any membership with this company named WLY* COMPLETE.

I ask you stop and give the full refund to my bank account .if I do not receive full refund by tomorrow.I will inform this to fraudulent transactions.

WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my credit card for the last 5 months, totalling £75. I do a small amount of online shopping usually with the same four companies, but at no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. I have only just discovered this fraud, in part because I had a replacement credit card about a month ago and no longer have online access to previous statements, but also because the amount of £15 per month is a small enough amount not to raise alarm bells! I have now contacted my bank and had further payments stopped, but as a pensioner on a very low income I am furious that this amount of money has been stollen from my account. Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. I want my money refunded and this company investigated. Leanne mcpherson

My name is Mr T.Moore, you have been taking 15 pounds out of my bank account for the last 4 month, a total of 60 pounds. I want this money back, asap. I have no recollections of authorisation to you to take my money. I will be stopping this as of first thing tomorrow when my bank opens. How dare you. Send me an email and il send details of how you will put MY money back. . If this is not done in the next 7 days, I will make a complaint of theft.

I’ve had 5x £15 taken out my bank for a complete save subscription, that I have never clicked on. I haven’t received any purchases through the post as a monthly ‘subscription’ I have no idea what it was n neva realised it was coming out of my account until recently, as £15 is a little enough amount for it not too be realised. However, £75 is a lot of money to be spending on a subscription that I have no idea about

On 12th October and again 12th November
I have noticed you have taken a visa payment £15 from my bank account - £30 in total.

I have not given permission for this money to be taken - via a VISA payment out of my account - Please can this be stopped immediately and I would like to request a full refund and explanation how you gained access to my personal data.

I have looked at your website this morning and have no need nor desire to use your company.

I have researched on sites like this and can see a number of similar complaints

I've noticed I have had money (£15) each month taken out of my bank account and that being unauthorised? I will be calling the bank tomorrow to cancel it however if like my money back as I have no idea what it's taken it from? I haven not given my bank details to anyone or have agreed for that sum to be taken out of my bank. Absolutely appalled how companies can just scam people like that especially in this difficult time. Shame on them.

I have never signed up for this but somehow £15 has been taken out of my account without my permission. I am incredibly upset as I am a student and it's caused me a lot of stress trying to get it back. I need every penny I can get so this is very distressing. I have tried to contact my bank but I would appreciate some clarification from this company and my money back!

I am not sure why I have £15 deducted from my bank account today. I have never registered nor accepted to have this amount deducted from my account. I will be contacting my bank and I would like to have my money back ASAP as this is a scam. I am just a student in the UK and I do not even shop online, as most of the time I shop in the store to avoid getting scammed. I am not sure how or why this happened.

Complete savings have been taking money fr my account monthly. I have no idea why or what for.
As a parent on a low income I am finding this is having a dramatic impact on our family and I would like to know why the money is being taken and how I can stop it.
I am not contacting my bank however, this will not get me
My money back or answer these questions it is really unfair for people to be conned in this way.

I've just checked my monthly statement from my bank and noticed i've been charged £15!? I never agreed to this, it appears to be a common complaint you seem to have as well. I'm not very happy with any of the service, the only reason I subscribed was so I could have a discount on my next train ticket! No where did I see it say anything about a monthly charge? I haven't used any of the services you say you do so I would like to have a full refund of any payments I (unknowingly) made to you. I would also like to unsubscribe from the shady thing I regrettably signed up to with you.

WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my credit card for the last 3 months, totalling £45.
I did not realise this till now.I never completed any subscription at this company but somehow they got hold of my details.I looked online and I have seen that a lot of people had the same issue.I think this company should be investigated as it is a fraud.
I lost my job due to COVID crisis and I need my money back, please.

Hi,

I have never opted for WLY*COMPLETESAVE subscription, and never signed into these services/discounts or website. Yet I am getting £15 deductions every month since past year or so. Can someone suggest, how to stop the service & cancel the unauthorised subscription and refund the monies? Think this is happening since last year Aug2019 onwards.

You've taken £15 pound a month out of my account for the last 5 months without me knowing, I haven't registered to anything online or set up a payment plan with any company. Please can you tell me why? And how I go about getting my money back please. I've looked the website up online and it comes straight up as fraud so if it can't be resolved with you I'll be going through my bank to get it resolved.
