I have recently found that this company have been taking £15 monthly from my account. Reading all these complaints I can see I am not the only one, this is disgusting! They hide the fact that they automatically sign you up to their subscription through the terms and conditions (that no one reads) from another website. Like someone else said, legal action take place!
I'd like a refund and my subscription cancelled!

Money taken from my credit card monthly without authorisation
I have just noticed for the last 4 months WLY*COMPLET had been taking £15 out of my account each month. I have contacted my back to stop any further payments but I have no idea what this even is.
I do shop occasionally online especially at the moment with COVID19 around as I am a carer and limit my exposure outside work and home. I am extra vigilant with what I sign up to and know I have never signed up to this.

Amount totalling £45 - £60 has been taken from my bank without permission.
I have idea what service if any I get from this company can you investigate and arrange appropriate refund please

Hello,
I'm filing a complaint about yourselves as I never signed up for anything to be charged £15 a month, I would like to cancel it as these £15 I would rather spend on my baby than for something I don't use, please resolve this issue ASAP or I will take it further.

Hello,
I have had £15 come out of my account without knowing why.
I would just like to know if I can get this money back. I am a student and need it to eat otherwise I cannot do my food shop this week.

I have only just noticed that there has been transactions of £15 each month coming out from my bank account? I did not sign up for this so please can I have a full refund? Yeah have attached my bank statement to prove this but that's not the only month it's been every month !

On the 6th October I have had £15 taken out of my account from you even though I have never agreed or given my bank details. Deducting money
Today I checked my bank account and saw that Completesave deducted £15 from my bank account without any authorisation! How am I supposed to stop this from happening and get my £15 back?
I will not accept it to continue this way as it may keep deducting £15 or who knows even more from now on! That is unacceptable. I really need to tackle this problem as soon as possible as I am only a student and I do not need this kind of things to happen to me!

I have never even heard of this company before and I have just figured out that £15 has been removed from my account today for the first time!
