Hi, I just noticed Completesavings.co.uk ha been taking £15/month from my account for 17 months! I have never heard of them, and would never agree to such an obvious scam.
I can't tell you much more, other than I never agreed to it, and a quick search on Google indicates I'm one of many scammed people:

On authorise money coming out of my account! I've just been on the phone to Halifax and you have been taking £15 a month out of my account since April I have not authorise this. The last payment came out today I want a full refund of every penny you have taken off of me I am a single parent and cannot afford to have you taking money off of me. I'm currently having problems with my health due to everything that's going on and this really isn't helping with my anxiety you need to contact me as soon as possible and refunds what you owe me this has been reported to my bank Halifax as well.

Hidden agenda
Upon checking my statement I have been charged £15.00 4 times for something I'm not aware of. I am dyslexic and autistic and I ordered a pizza for my friend from papa John's. It would not let me progress to checkout until I ticked a box. I have found out from my bank that this is what triggered all these debits. I am a vulnerable person and have been taken advantage of my disability. Please investigate and refund my £60. This has been written by my parent on my behalf.

I didn't notice that £15 was coming out of my account every month from as far back as August or that's as far as I can see! 28th August, 23rd September, 23 October and 27th of November but could possibly be further back. I am still at school and don't have that much money to be giving away so I hope that I can get a refund and for this money to stop coming out of my account as I didn't sign up for anything.

Ive just realised as i thought it was my bank taking an account fee. Tht Wly complete save have been taking £15.00 out of my bank account since at least june 2020 thats around £90. Im fuming i have not authorised this in anyway i do not give my bank account details to anyone and only use a small handful of online shops and never fill in online pop ups. So i classify this as stolen money and stolen personal details. Im out of work due to covid 19 and this has is not helping. I will be making complaint to the bank and financial ombudsman.

I have just noticed that WLY complete savings.co.uk is taking the equivalent of £15.00 of my Canadian credit card every month. I have not authorized this and would appreciate a full refund of my money ASAP.
I ordered flowers for my daughter in July if this year and this is how you got my credit card details. I did not knowingly authorize this and strongly feel that you area defrauding me. I'm not even living in the UK!
Please arrange an immediate cancellation and refund.
