computeruniverse Computeruniverse Review: Fast Shipping, Great Deals, and No VAT for Non-EU Orders!

This store is the bomb! I'm so stoked I stumbled upon it. They shipped my order super fast, like within a week, and the packaging was on point. Plus, they don't charge VAT when shipping outside the EU, which is a sweet way to save some cash.
They have a ton of products on sale, and you can even use a coupon code to save an extra 5 euro on your first order. I used the code FWN1CWF and it totally worked.
I'd definitely tell all my homies to check out computeruniverse. They've got everything you need and more.

computeruniverse Disappointing Experience with computeruniverse.net: Unreliable Business Practices and Lack of Transparency

So, I was looking for a NAS and I stumbled upon computeruniverse.net. I saw that they had a "pay after delivery" option, which was great for me. I went ahead and placed my order and received a confirmation email. However, to my surprise, I received another email stating that I couldn't use the "pay after delivery" option. I was confused and frustrated, especially since I was a new customer. They didn't give me a reason why, which was even more frustrating.

They asked me to pay in advance, which I did. Then, I received another email saying that the price was not correct and that it should be 20% higher. I was shocked! The price was already about the same as their competitor, so why the sudden increase? It seemed like they were trying to take advantage of me. But, to my surprise, a day later, they sent me another email with a lower price. I couldn't believe it! It was obviously another mistake on their part.

At this point, I was fed up with their unreliable business practices. They offered me a refund, which I accepted. However, it's been days and I'm still waiting for my refund. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't seem to care about their customers. It's a shame because I was really excited about my purchase, but now I'm not sure if I'll ever shop with them again.

Overall, my experience with computeruniverse.net was disappointing. Their lack of transparency and reliability left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they can improve their business practices in the future, but for now, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

computeruniverse Terrible Experience with computeruniverse.net - Do Not Buy From Them!

I had a really bad experience with computeruniverse.net. I bought a 3080 on December 15th, but it was sent to the wrong country via DHL. I contacted them and they said they would investigate it, but that was in December. It is now July and I still haven't received any money back. I am down 1044 euro and they seem to have stopped writing back to me. They told me they had asked DHL to investigate and would get back to me, but nothing has changed.

When I called them, they were really rude to me on the phone and made me feel stupid for wanting my money back. It was a really frustrating experience. The only thing I can do now is spread the word about how bad this company is. I just hope they will refund me at least, but I am not holding my breath.

If you're thinking about buying from computeruniverse.net, I would strongly advise against it. They don't seem to care about their customers and their customer service is terrible. I wish I had read reviews before buying from them. Don't make the same mistake I did.

computeruniverse Terrible Customer Support and Delivery Issues: My Experience with computeruniverse.net

This website, computeruniverse.net, is not the best place to shop. I had a really bad experience with them. I wanted to buy some computer equipment and I thought this website would be a good place to do it. But I was wrong.

First of all, they delayed my orders. I was waiting for my stuff for weeks and they didn't even tell me why it was taking so long. Then, when I finally got my orders, they were shipped in parts on different days. This was really inconvenient for me because I had to keep track of everything and make sure I got everything I ordered.

But the worst thing that happened was when they delivered a 5000eur equipment to the wrong address! Can you believe it? I was so angry and frustrated. And to make things worse, they got paid for the purchase of an iPhone, but then cancelled our order and did not refund us either! They didn't even bother to let us know what was going on.

Another problem with this website is that it is impossible to find their contact details. I had to call them so many times, but they only answered one out of my 20 call attempts. And when they did answer, they put me on hold for hours! And when I finally got through to someone, all they had to say was "NO ENGLISH". It was really frustrating because I couldn't communicate with them properly.

I also emailed them countless times in the past 6 months, but I still haven't received any reply. It's like they don't care about their customers at all.

Overall, I would not recommend this website to anyone. The customer support is terrible and they don't seem to care about their customers. If you want to buy computer equipment, I suggest you look somewhere else.

computeruniverse Disappointing Experience with Computeruniverse: Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service

So, I decided to give computeruniverse a try and placed an order on December 15th, 2019. I was really excited to receive my order before the end of the year, so I made sure to select products that were marked as "READY TO SHIP". However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when my order didn't arrive until January 23rd, 2020 - almost a month later than I had expected.

To make matters worse, when I went to pick up my parcel at the post office, I noticed that the box had been opened. I was really upset about this and decided to write a statement of refusal to receive the parcel. I sent it back and waited for a response from computeruniverse.

However, it's now June 9th, 2020 and I still haven't received any response from them. I sent the parcel back on February 28th, 2020 and have been waiting for my return ever since. I've tried emailing them and calling them, but I haven't received any response. It's really frustrating because I've read on forums that other people have had similar experiences with computeruniverse.

I was really looking forward to building a top PC with all the latest components, like the new socket and the thermaltake core v51 case, an MSI MEG Z390 ACE motherboard, and all sorts of other little things. But it's been almost a year now and I still haven't been able to do that.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience with computeruniverse. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the fact that they haven't responded to my emails or calls is really frustrating. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future so that other people don't have to go through the same experience that I did.

computeruniverse Disappointing Experience with Computeruniverse: Slow Customer Service and Extra Charges

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with computeruniverse. I ordered a laptop on March 16th and they shipped it out via DHL. But then, a whole week later, they realized that they couldn't deliver it because it had batteries included. Like, come on guys, you couldn't have figured that out before you shipped it out? So then I had to wait for it to come back to them before they could send it out again, this time via UPS.

I was calling and emailing them every day, but their responses were slow and not very helpful. They kept telling me that they had sent it out on May 23rd, but when I checked the tracking status on May 26th, there was no update. So I called them again and they insisted that they had sent it out already. But I didn't believe them, so I called UPS and they told me that computeruniverse had not arranged a delivery with that tracking number!

After many more calls and emails, they finally sent it out the next day and gave me a new tracking number. But get this, I had to pay an extra 55 euros for the UPS charge! Like, what the heck? It wasn't even my mistake that it couldn't be delivered by DHL, and at first they were asking for even more money than what was listed on their website!

Honestly, I would recommend avoiding computeruniverse. Their customer service was slow and unhelpful, and I ended up having to pay extra for their mistake. Not cool.

computeruniverse Terrible Experience with computeruniverse.net: Late Delivery, Poor Customer Service, and No Refund

I had a pretty bad experience with computeruniverse.net. I ordered a laptop and some accessories on October 23, 2022, and I specifically asked them to send it as quickly as possible because I had plans to travel to another country on December 14, 2022. However, they didn't seem to care about my request and only sent the parcel on November 3, 2022, after I asked them again.

To make matters worse, the parcel was no longer tracked on November 11, 2022, but the store representatives assured me that it would arrive within 4-5 weeks and that it would definitely arrive before my departure. However, on December 14, 2022, the day of my departure, the parcel had just arrived in Kazakhstan. I contacted them to see if I could cancel the order or have it forwarded to another address, but they started blaming me for everything! They said that it was my fault that I ordered from them even though I knew it wouldn't arrive on time, even though they had been telling me for two months that it would arrive before my departure.

To add insult to injury, computeruniverse.net decided not to refund my money! It's now April 03, 2023, and they still haven't returned my money, and they're not responding to my emails. I would advise against buying anything from them! They stole my money even though they received all the goods back a long time ago! I haven't received anything in return!

computeruniverse Horrible Experience with computeruniverse.net: Scammers and Cheaters!

I recently made a purchase from computeruniverse.net for a TV mount. The website indicated that the item was in stock and would be delivered within 2 to 4 working days. I was pleased with this and proceeded to make the payment. However, my experience with this company quickly turned into a horror story.

After a week had passed, I decided to reach out to the company to inquire about the status of my order. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response. I waited for another four days and checked again, only to find out that they were just getting ready to send the item. If they had responded to my emails, I would have simply canceled the order.

Finally, after almost three weeks, the item arrived. However, I waited for a few more days for my friend to come and install it, only to realize that I had received a lower quality item for 21 euros instead of the better model that cost 84 euros. I tried to contact the company to express my dissatisfaction, but I never received any response.

Now, they are asking me to return the faulty item and they will send me the right one. However, I do not want it, even if it is for free. I want my money back and for them to leave me alone. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, and I have bought a lot of stuff online. I have never experienced anything remotely like this.

They claim that they will contact you in case of any problems with your purchase. However, nobody ever contacted me, even after 12 days when they still had not even sent the item. And when they finally did, they sent me a crappy and wrong item.

In conclusion, for all the time and nerves I lost waiting for their response and the wrong item, they think they can take another shot? No way! I want my money back and for them to go away. I will never buy anything from them again, even if they give it to me for free. I strongly advise others to avoid this company. They are scammers and cheaters who deserve to be shut down. Some inspection of how they treat their customers and a big fine or permanent shutdown would help people to avoid bad experiences and losing their nerves from such a company. It's a shame they can call themselves a business.

computeruniverse Terrible Experience with computeruniverse.net: Missing RAM, Delayed Refund, and Poor Customer Service

So, I wanted to buy some PC parts and decided to order from computeruniverse.net on 28/12/2022. I spent around 1800 euro on my order and was excited to receive it. However, I didn't receive my order until 10/01/2023 and to my surprise, the RAM that I had ordered was missing. I tried to contact them to report the issue, but had some trouble with international calls. Finally, on 14/01/2023, I was able to report the missing RAM to them.

They told me that they needed to investigate what happened to the RAM and I informed them that I no longer needed it and wanted my money back. I called them again on 3/02/2023 to check on the status of my refund. They told me that they needed more time and that they would send me a report by email. However, I never received anything from them.

I called them again on 14/03/2023 and found out that they had sent me the RAM that I no longer needed. I immediately reported this to their call center and they told me that I would have to wait for the parcel to be delivered to Bulgaria and then returned to Germany before I could receive my refund.

On 20/03/2023, I called them again because the parcel had already arrived in Germany, but I still hadn't received my refund. They told me that they needed more time and that they would send me all the information by email. However, I never received anything from them.

Today is 31/03/2023 and I still haven't received my refund. I called them again to ask about the situation and was shocked to hear that they weren't planning to give me my money back because I had reported my intentions to get my money back instead of the RAM on 13/02/2023, more than a month after my initial order. This was despite the fact that I had reported the issue twice before that date and had been told four times that I would receive my refund. I also never received any emails from them and wasted four hours waiting on hold.

To make matters worse, they had a different date of invoice in their system for my order. I asked the man on the phone if this was a scam and if the shop was a scam. He didn't give me a clear answer and ended the call. I don't think I will ever use this shop again and I definitely don't recommend it to anyone else.

computeruniverse.net is a website that I would not recommend to any English speaker. The support team is not very responsive and they never reply to any emails. So, I had a pretty bad experience with computeruniverse. I was supposed to get my order delivered in 2 days, but they cancelled it without asking me. And now, I'm still waiting for my money back. I had a really bad experience with computeruniverse.net. I spent 290 euro on a product and it turned out to be faulty. I tried to contact their customer service team multiple times, but they never responded to my messages. It's been 45 days now and I still haven't received a refund. This is unacceptable. I'm really disappointed with the service I received from computeruniverse.net. It's really frustrating when you spend your hard-earned money on a product and it doesn't work properly. computeruniverse Discrimination and Unreliable Service: My Experience with computeruniverse.net

So, I had a really bad experience with computeruniverse.net. I placed an order for some computer parts, but they cancelled it for no reason at all. And to make matters worse, they banned my account too! I was so confused and frustrated, so I decided to call them up and ask what was going on. And you know what they told me? They said it was because I'm Russian! But that's not even true - I'm Armenian and I'm from Armenia. It's not the same thing at all!

So, I was looking for a new computer and stumbled upon computeruniverse.net. The website looked pretty good and they promised a quick delivery of 1-2 days. I was excited to get my new computer and eagerly placed my order.

However, things didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. The delivery took a whopping 10 days, which was a huge disappointment. And to make matters worse, when the item finally arrived, it was damaged. I was so frustrated and disappointed.

I contacted the customer service team and they promised to replace the damaged item. But it's been more than 20 days now and I'm still waiting for the replacement. This has been the worst buying experience of my life. I'm so disappointed with the terrible customer service.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience at computeruniverse.net. I shelled out my hard-earned cash for a product and it's been three whole weeks and I still haven't received it. What's worse is that I've tried reaching out to their customer support team multiple times and I haven't gotten a single response. It's like they don't even care about their customers!

To make matters even worse, I noticed that they've been deleting negative comments on their website. I mean, come on! If you're going to run a business, you need to be able to handle criticism and feedback. It's not fair to your customers to silence their voices like that.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this shop. They seem more interested in taking your money than actually providing good customer service. And if you do end up having an issue with your order, good luck getting any help from them. I've sent over 20 emails and haven't received a single response. I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with computeruniverse. I ordered something way back on April 14th, and it's been over 50 days and I still haven't received it. Can you believe that? The tracking says it's been in Frankfurt for over 45 days, but I haven't gotten any help or refund or anything. It's like they don't even care about their customers. I even tried reaching out to them on social media, but they couldn't give me any answers. Like, come on, how do you not know where you sent my package? It's either lost or they just don't care enough to figure it out. Either way, it's pretty frustrating.
