I ordered the brown 12" mega landscape border from Conserv-A-Store, Inc. on August 16, 2022, and paid $247.50 with my credit card. My order number is ***. Unfortunately, there were some problems due to covid and other issues, which caused a delay. I was fine with the delay at first. However, it is now April 2023, and I still haven't received anything from the company. They have also stopped responding to my messages.

I paid and on December 12, 2022, I received an email saying that they had received my order and it was being processed. I haven't heard from them since. I've sent emails, called and texted without a reply. I paid $54.00 for the light bulbs with free shipping. Thank you.

In December 2022, we had our last phone call about the delivery and I decided to cancel the order and get my money back, which James (the guy from the business) said he understood. But now it's the end of January and I still haven't gotten my refund. I called, left a voicemail, and emailed Conserv-a-store asking about the refund, but I haven't heard anything back or gotten my money back. All I want is a full refund for a product that the business knew they couldn't deliver.

Everything started out okay with this company. I bought from them in late February and after a few phone calls with James, we agreed on a mid-March 2023 delivery. But that didn't happen. I emailed and called James. He said sorry and gave me the whole spiel about how they're a small family company and they were too busy to get my order out on time. He said it should ship in another 2 weeks. Well, that time passed and now it's the first week of April 2023. So, I called and emailed again and got the same excuse about them being too busy. He then said he had to take care of his local customers in Florida before his online customers. They charged my credit card back in February 2023. Now, I'm starting to question the integrity of both James and Conserv-a-Store. He apologized again and promised that my order would ship out at the beginning of May 2023. Well... that didn't happen either. I just want what I paid for as promised! Or my money back!
