leads management
I just signed up last month and so far I got good conversion from the leads they had given to me. Barbie Mitchel told me to try out their program since they has just changed it. I was hesitant at first because of the reviews I had read, but she told me that the only way for me to see if what she is saying is correct is for me to give the program a shot. Since there are no contracts, I set up an account with her and before I even reach my 3rd week, I requested her to increase my weekly budget. I am happy to be a part of this awesome company.

stole my money
These people signed me up for a 25 dollar a lead for painting. I got my first charge and it was 45 dollars instead. I called and canceled right away. The next month I noticed a charge on my bill for 45 dollars and called and canceled again but once again I got charged again the 45 dollar charge. I called the bank and now I have to dispute the charges due to the fact that even thought my account was closed they are still charging my card. These people are the biggest rip off artists I have ever seen next to networks.com who do the same thing but charge you a lot more money. Don't use them either of these people. They are the same people and they use the same line on me that they used on all of you which is they just bought the business over from someone else. DO NOT SIGN with these people. Its pathetic that they are allowed to get away with ripping off so many people. I don't understand why they are still allowed to do business at all and they are not shut down already. Is there away to do this?

abusive phone call
Left messages and e-mails for one of my employees. Baram from their company called, I happened to answer. Would not say why calling, was hostile about my employee not answering up to his calls and e-mails and acted like an upset client. Continued to not say what he needs (kept saying "I need you to get your employee to return my calls" in a sarcastic tone). Finally when I identified he was from contractors.com I couldn't believe it. He's a salesman and frankly given the fact that his call was unsolicited, he has no right to call me up to chew me out about my employee choosing not to answer his calls. If he didn't want to be a salesman over the phone, he should have stayed in school past third grade and learned an actual skill.

takes money and runs
This company has been taking $1000 "security deposits" from contractors, designers & architects since summer of 2009 but they have not produced the lead generating program that they have promised. It appears that they may be out of business now. I have been trying to get my money refunded since October 2009 and they have never responded other than telling...
