My complaint is strictly about the conyers, ga bath and body works store. I usually order online and have delivered to hm but did a store pickup. I got my husband to pick up my order for me and when pulling out my order to add to gift bags I noticed 2 missing items: 1 hand soap and my free gift.. A soap holder.
I called the store thinking a bag was left. The associate that answered checked and said my order was the 1 bag. I explained I was missing 2 items from order and she said the order was checked before released. I explained again we checked car nothing fell out and 2 items were missing from order. She again said the manager checked order before releasing it. I explained to associate I was not lying and she again said mam your order was correct. Now keep in mind this a $2.95 hand soap and my free item.. A soap holder so instead of insinuating I am lying about 2 cheap items the associate or manager (who never bothered to get on the ph) could have said you can pick up missing items or call customer service and they will refund or I am sorry that happened. It was the worst customer service experience I think I have ever received. I felt so strongly about the terrible conyers store experience I decided to post a complaint for the first time.
Desired outcome: Bath and Body corporate should work with Conyers, GA location manager/ employees on better customer service.
