I got CopyTrans and I was thinking it would work forever, but it turns out I only got a 2 year license. That's not cool, man. I don't think it's worth it to buy a program that only lasts for 2 years. I mean, what's the point? It's like buying a car that only runs for 2 years and then you have to buy a new one. That's just not right.

But, I will say that the program itself is pretty good. It does what it's supposed to do and it does it well. I was able to transfer all my music from my iPhone to my computer without any problems. It was pretty easy to use too. I didn't have to be a computer genius to figure it out.

One thing I didn't like was that it took a long time to transfer all my music. I have a lot of songs on my phone and it took a few hours to transfer everything. That's a long time to wait, especially if you're in a hurry. But, I guess that's just the way it is.

So, I got this CopyTrans thingy to help me restore my iTunes library from my iPod. I was pretty excited to get started, but it didn't take long for things to go south. Like, almost immediately. The software stopped working and claimed there was some kind of corruption problem. I mean, I didn't notice anything weird with my iPod before I started using their software, so I don't know what the heck was going on.

Anyway, the software suggested that I buy even more of their stuff to fix the problem. Like, seriously? I already paid for this thing and now they want me to buy more stuff just to make it work? It felt like I was being strong-armed or something. I half expected some tough guy to show up and say, "You got a nice music device here. It would be a shame, if anything were to happen to it."

But the worst part was the customer service. These people had no clue what they were doing. They only had the most basic and obvious suggestions for fixing anything. And when those suggestions didn't work (which, let's be real, they never do), they just shrugged and said, "Well, that's just how things go." Like, what kind of attitude is that? It was beyond infuriating.

So, yeah. Long story short, I would not recommend CopyTrans to anyone. Unless you enjoy wasting your time and money on software that doesn't work and customer service that doesn't care.
