The Coricroft store in Richardsbay both misled me and showed incompetence.
I ordered a couch through this store, and in three months, they have yet to manage to communicate with me. It was then delivered to the incorrect address, and I have been told I will have to wait for the factory to make a new item. I was promised a couch in January, and now it looks like it may arrive in April.
In these three months, I felt misled by the sales representative, who promised me delivery in mid to early Jan. I only found out about these issues and delays through contacting Coricraft myself. Only the manager I complained to was helpful, and I believe I am due compensation for this delay.
I would hesitate to shop at any Coricroft again, knowing that a sales consultant may make a mistake. Their system will send my purchase somewhere else in the country, and then I will have to wait for that item to be remade.
This is truly unacceptable, and you would expect better from a supposedly high-end store like Coricroft.
Desired outcome: I would like financial recompense for being promised deliver on a certain date and the company not being able to fulfill it, at the very least I expect my shipping fee to re-imbursed.
