Fraud/cheat
The detailed issue was :
When I purchased the membership I have been told that you can change your payment plan into 24instalments and there will be zero percent interest but when i ask bank to change the payment into instalment then I came to know that its not zero percent. I called again to abudhabi country club office to check, so they told me that the club will pay interest amount by cash or cheque. Just submit your credit card statement then will process interest amount based on that.
I am asking why i have been misguided, why wrong information have been passed.
My concern is only that if i have been informed zero percent interest then why i am not getting it.
Why i need to follow up, why i need to call you guys? Why should i wait for 2-3months for my own money? This interest amount Money is not the favour i am asking for. This is the amount which your company has to give me back.
when I called up to abudhabi branch relationship manager MR GOPAL for follow up then he started shouting and talking rudely saying that why you are calling here again, its not bank, don't call me, talk to the person who sold you the plan (plan has been sold to me in your office by your sales agent), and now it will take 3-4 months? I mean seriously? Is it the way they should treating their customers?
Further when i said i will complaint about your rude and bad behaviour so he said that OK GO AHEAD, you are threatening us by publishing/defaming the company through Social media.
Now see, i was talking to him about his bad behaviour and he was trying to save him by changing the topic into the threat of defaming the company. I even didn't said anything about the country club.
After writing complaint on complaintsboard.com i called up country club very same day on 7th nov on the number which they updated in their reply and briefed them all the problem and forwarded them whole email conversation on [protected]@countryclubdubai.com as per their request, she spoke to me very nicely and tried to help me out but after a week's wait when i called them again about follow up then they said they can't do anything as they want approval from abudhabi branch for interest part payment and they will call abudhabi office to call me back but i haven't received any call from anyone.
After that i called to abudhabi office by myself, giving them the reference of their dubai head office customer care and told them to at least send them email about the commitment of their sales team to me about interest part but they said dubai has nothing to do with this we will handle it at our end and we will call you whenever we will get the cheque and it may take 3-4 months.
Now i don't know what to do, its the stranded situation for me as i am struggling to get my own money. I paid 7000 in one time and now i am paying 1092 aed extra just for nothing. They committed me that they will pay me 1092 aed (interest part) and now they don't bother anything. Its like they just want to sell their membership at any cost whether it is wrong informations or fake promises, and as soon as you pay them you are trapped. You cant do anything and they will react like they don't even know you.
Now its been more than 3months and i am constantly following up with them but no use, even now they are saying it will take 3 months more as no cheque will be issue before march2018. I mean is there any sense?
I am writing all these not to defame the club, i don't have to do anything with that but yes its the matter or wrong commitments and bad/worst customer relationship managers like Mr. Gopal who don't bother to do anything for their customers. I just want my money back.

Reimbursement of flight ticket money as agreed in the contract.
My Membership No: ESCVSHJ82CLUB30LW308 and as per the contract it was told that Two & fro tickets flight ticket will be refunded and i have submitted the bill on the month of October 2017 and still now there is no update and i receive false promises from the team for the refund money.I have paid an amount of AED 25000/- and i feel the service from your side is very bad with no response.Please note daily i am sending emails to the team and i do not see any response in my case .Appreciate your support for getting my agreed benefits .

we are extremely unhappy and afraid of one of your previous manager Mr. Akther. (who was sitting under the office in Al-Nahda) .
We started the membership in last December 2016, and paid an amount of 31, 500 aed. after few days things got a little bit tight on our end and we request to discontinue the service. we went to al nahda office in person and move the request directly to Mr. Akter. as per the conversation he suggest us to continue the service for 6 months and he can proceed the cancellation easily. as per his direction, after 6 months on august last we went again in the office personally and proceed the request verbally. ( anyhow we had the full conversation record in our phone). and he promise also within 3 months the procedure will finish and we will get back the full refund as if we dont use any of the services .
after 3 months, we didn't get any follow ups or updates so we call Mr.Akter and we got the answer that he is in vacation. as per his direction we contact with Mr. Fahim, Mr. Predeep And Mr. Rauf for the same. Even Mr. Rauf promise us the same thing.
After his re-joining he is not properly responding to our calls or messages.if we are calling from any unknown number then only he is answering the call. as per the conversation he gave us December-15th as deadline. and till yesterday he is not answering the calls. today morning we call him from an unknown number and he accept the call around 9.00 am -9.30 am, and answer that one Mr.Shafiq/Shaheen or Shameem (name was not clear to me ) from accounts will call you in tomorrow morning.
The most suspected action from his side is he did not inform us that he is not working with country club hotels any more ! we are completely afraid and suspected from his action throughout these incidents and we want to complaint officially. we have all the call records, conversation records and message details with us what we mentioned above.

I have taken country vacation membership from abudhabi branch for 7000aed. There is an issue regarding wrong informations nd money return for which i spoke to their staff but they responded very rudely and its been more than a month i am following up with them but all in vein.

Property investment fraud deal
Country Club Dubai office have been selling a scam deal since more than 2years now. You pay only AED 20, 000 and they'll give you a lifetime membership and a plot in one of their projects in India. The then Sales Manager (Sumish Sunny) had promised a guaranteed money-back if in case I changed my mind due to some reason. He also promised to arrange a tour of the place somewhere near Goa. I had paid them the money assuming all of this was correct. They didn't provide me any receipt or any formal document to state their claim. Later on, I decided to withdraw from this deal and ask for a refund, and they have just been playing around making different stories. Its been 11 months chasing them for the refund amount but they haven't done anything about it. The manager, Akbar, has stopped answering my calls and on emails he only says, 'I'll call you soon'. No action has been taken yet.
Kindly help if this is the right forum else I'll approach the relevant authorities.

I had taken this country club membership last year August (2016).
I was promised many things, but not even a single thing happened. Immediately after booking I wanted to travel to Oman for a holiday, I tried to call Farook, the agent who booked me with false promises.
Then I tried calling your Karama office, came and met your staff but didn’t materialize. All they said was now they can’t book there and they instead offered me in country club hotel at BurDubai. For your kind information, I am staying in Shaik Zayed road in a fully loaded building, with all facilities.
Later I tried to book for umrah trip, then during another break, tried to use the complimentary stay voucher, nothing materialized.
Then when I visited karama, they asked me to meet one staff in al nahda office. When I visited, he offered me to exchange timeshare with land. In spite of my request he didn’t provide his phone number. Later when I went he was not there in al nahda office.
Then during last may I tried to book for Munnar, which also didn’t happen. After I came back from my summer vacation, I again came down to your office requesting for refund, they asked me to check the land in virudunagar. I asked my brother in Tamilnadu to physically go to the site and check the location etc. the location was very far away from my native and it was in a very remote location from town.
As mentioned above, I tried to book in several occasions and I couldn’t take advantage of my memberships.
As all the promises made during my booking was not kept, I request you to kindly refund the amount which I paid, at the earliest.
Further to earlier discussions and agreed settlement, the persons who discussed are no more available in Dubai office.
When contacted the current staffs they are urging me to use the one week stay /year in their mankhool hotel, whereas my current home is far better than that hotel.

Country club membership to be cancelled
Today is Wednesday, September 27, 2017 and I am writing is to understand my problem for a resolution as soon as possible.
I got the membership on Friday Night, September 22, 2017 in Capthrone Hotel Sharjah, but due to mis-communication, uncertain behavior and un-professional attitude towards commitment the very next day evening I requested for the cancellation of the membership i.e. September 23, 2017. Please note within a day I requested for the cancellation but no one is giving a response to my request. I tried many times on the given no's [protected] and [protected] but, no one in picking up the phone.
I also wrote to customer Support in detail the matter that was happened to me but still I am waiting for the response.
I would request you to please consider my case, as this is my right to cancel the membership within a time of 7-days and claim for the refund.

I came on Friday on Capthrone hotel and Mr. Sameer has explained the concept to avail the offer of 22000/- with a offer price of AED-16000 (Excluding One Iphone7, 2000 travel Voucher and 1000 gold Voucher- it costed AED-6000 for all that ) with a life time membership (25to 40% on Fare, Pick and drop, side sceen etc). Firstly, due to my financial problem I refused but later he told me to book by paying 1000/ for 5-Years Plan - and become a member and thereafter you can pay the amount gradually. I like the offer - just book with minimum amount and Pay time to time depending on my ease.
Any how I was hesitating to go with the offer that Mr. Sameer told me. Due to the situation Mr. Sameer told me if you don't want to continue after paying this amount AED-1000/ company has a policy to refund the amount if you raise a complaint within 7-days. Meanwhile Mr. Khaja interrupt us and finally I paid 1000/- just on the behalf of paper working in front of me. I was given a form to fill with the Name of My family. I was not aware of the terms and conditions.
Then Again Mr. Khaja Came and told me if you paid AED-2500 more it will be beneficial for you. I ask him what benefit; so he told me leave on me I will do some thing good. Making long story short I agreed to Pay AED-2500/- more but he put AED-3000/- instead of AED-2500/- I resist to pay suddenly he told me I will give you a Voucher of AED-250 for Magic Planet for your Kid and some thing more so that will be free for you. I told him ok deduct AED-3000/- but what are you giving is not clear. He told Leave on me and he deducted AED-3000/-
After I insist he told me you paid AED-4000/- that benefits you will get with this price of AED-16000/ is Iphone7, 2000 dh travel Voucher and 1000 dh Gold Voucher is now also attached to your deal. I told him please bring these thing on Paper and because give it to me so that I can assure.
Suddenly, A Call came from India on my wife Mobile no, The voice was very low, she was unable to hear and forwarded the mobile to me to talk; Voice was very Low I put the Phone on speaker. Mr. Khaja told me say yes to every thing. I did that but the Person suddenly ask are you aware there is an AMC attached before I said any thing Mr. Khaja told me say Yes I was astonished but in confusion I said 'Yes'. BELIEVE ME NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT AMC THAT I HEARD OVER PHONE. I was confused by Mr. Khaja - I was speechless. Moreover, Person calling from India told me the cost of the Package is AED-17000/- because I was on phone suddenly Mr. Khaja told me say 'Yes' you have to pay only 16000/- I will compensate AED-1000/-
I was having no choice to say 'YES' on AMC and Cost-17000/- a reply to the person calling from India; because I already Paid AED-4000/-.
Finally, Mr. khaja told me you have Paid AED-4000/- for 5-years Plan with a cost of AED-16000/-along with Iphone7, 2000 dh travel Voucher and 1000 dh Gold Voucher. I ask him the person from India was saying AED-17000/- and you are saying AED-16000/- he told no I will do some thing - Still I was not clear to me.
I asked him why you didn't told me about the AMC, so he replied sorry I forgot to tell you. and more over he told me not to pay if you don't want - That person misguide me a lot I was unable to understand.
Sir, he took our snap and give us a welcome bag and finally left the office.
Through out my way to home I was very much confused just because of Mr. Khaja. I reached home and saw 3- booklet inside that - there was no voucher of Fatima super market inside for what It was told to me at the time of invitation. Since the form that was given to me I believe it was not completed; I call Mr. khaja to enter the name of my Parents also and my details are also not completed. He told me send the name of your Parents and your Marriage anniversary date. I whatsapp him. I asked for the Receipt, Invoice for the apid amount and the agreement between us, he told me I will send tomorrow.
Tomorrow I whatapp him for the details, and he told me I already send you. Any how after some time I got the receipts only. I emailed him telling that whatever you discussed with me last night bring all the thing on Paper and send it to me, he told me ok. In the meanwhile I went to countryclub website to see the membership detail and saw over there that I have to Pay AED-17000/- I wait for 2/3 hours and call Mr. Khaja for that in the evening asking him please send me the details that we agreed because on the website Balance to Pay is AED13000/- however as per the agreement I have to Pay AED-12000/-. He told me you have to Pay only 12000 because you have already paid ADE-4000/- I ask for the relevant document stating the same also my form that was partially filled so he told me it will take two days to send the information we discussed and finalized last night. SIR, that was the turning point for me, because his every statement is just a statement. He told me it is difficult to send and scan and this and that. I told him you break my trust I am not interested in the membership any more. You are treating me like this how will I trust you that you will take care of your Customers in future. Please cancel my membership and send the money back to me. I told him I am going to send an email for the cancellation, he told me ok send an email. The incident was happened last evening just within a day from when I obtained the membership.
I tried to explain each and every thing with honesty. Infact my trust has ruined and now I don't want to continue. I would request you to pay back Amount. If Mr. khaja would have been clear to me this was not happened.
But, Sir please help me to obtain my money back. From Saturday evening time to time I am emailing to the below but no one responding to me, although Mr. Somasundaram told me I will help you but still I am waiting from september 24 for his reply.

I paid AED-4000 in initial for Membership but the very next day I put a cancellation request. As per the policy of Country club they have deducted AED-1000/- and finally I got my AED-3000/- back.

Before going through the below email, I want you to know i was excited and delighted to be a part of COUNTRY CLUB as i knew its a a big company and a reputed from with a good number of years of experience in the INDIAN MARKET, but all went down the drain due to MR MOHAMED MUBEEN, maybe he wanted to complete his sales target for the month and he trapped us to sell his target and achieve the same, so that he gets his incentive on time but we loose our AED 7000 to COUNTRY CLUB ABU DHABI.

I have enrolled with a 5 years membership of the Country Club on June 13, 2017 for AED 14, 000 after signing their contract and they promised me the following in addition to the 6 nights 7 days holiday vacation every year for the membership period;
1.) The membership fee amount will be converted to interest free 24 equal monthly installments since I have used my Citi Bank credit card.
2.) l will be given an iPhone 7.
3.) 1 overnight stay in Cove Rotana + complimentary breakfast.
4.) 1 free additional 3 nights 4 days voucher to Malaysia
(I have attached the "Whats app" messages herewith for the proof)
On June 22 I went and signed the EMI paper for the interest free conversion but they did not convert the membership fee for interest free installments. I informed about this on July 11 (Email trial) and one of their representative (Ms. Jamie) informed me that the amount I paid now expired for the conversion and I have to come again to swipe my credit card to do the conversion for the new purchase. I did not have limit to swipe AED 14, 000 in my card at that time and I informed them if the old balance is not converted the bank will charge interest. They agreed to pay the interest that is charged by the bank on providing the credit card statement proof.
In between this, I received the overnight stay voucher but they refused to give me complimentary breakfast.
Apart from the above voucher none of the other promised things were done / given till June 22.
On June 22 I sent them an email regarding the remaining items I have to receive (with the credit card statement proof), about the interest on my credit card and the dissatisfaction of the services and asked for a refund.
I was called upon for a meeting on July 27 and told the fee is not refundable and I was asked to come and collect the iPhone 7, cheque for the flight ticket+credit card interest on July 30. Further I was informed that the confirmation for the balance conversion from bank will be received on the same day.
After more than a month from the enrolled date on July 30 I was given only the iPhone 7 but neither a cheque for the flight ticket and interest, additional holiday voucher for Malaysia nor confirmation from bank was received.
In between July 30 and August 7 I tried to contact Mr. Douglas (Senior Manager) several times on his mobile number but purposely he did not pick up my call. on August 02, 2017 I sent them a reminder on the above and many till I receive a response from Ms. Jamie on August 13, mentioning that they are still waiting for the approval from the Management.
After that I have not received any update from them till date and also the membership fee is also not converted to EMI.
I have received the credit card statement on August 17 and the bank has charged interest again due to not settling the full balance. (Statement is attached - Aug 17)
I am really tired of sending emails and trying calling them to resolve my problem and I cannot get or see any positive feedback.
In addition to the mentioned things above, Also the rate of INR 7, 000 + Breakfast INR 2, 418 which they request us to pay for the free holiday voucher outside India as administration fees are 30% more than the actual property price, so its not a free voucher but a fake promise. (proof attached)
It is very much appreciated your involvement in this case and I am really happy if I can get a refund as its really a hassle to go through this way to avail benefits.
I still have the iPhone 7 in the same condition and did not even open the original polythene cover and I am ready to pay for the overnight stay voucher I used in the event of refund.

I am highly dissatisfied by your so called luxury membership. I bought your membership under a condition that my current membership which is from RCB (unused) will be sold to someone else, if i buy your membership.
I Trusted u people and bought your membership under a prime condition that my RCB membership will be sold. Now one year passed and the person from your company who promised to sell it, is not responding. He is not picking a phone.
I am stuck in between now i have two memberships and my money is stuck in this whole matter. If u can't fulfil a promise then dont make promises. Now your staff told that he did the promise personally and the company is not responsible but let me make it clear that guy is your employee he gave a guarantee. buying your membership was on prime condition that my unused RCB membership will be sold.
Instead of forcing that person to fulfill his promise your company is advising me to buy your plot in your township and transfer money there.
I was told that if i don't use my yearly holidays then i can use them next year they will get added but now i am seeing that my unused holidays are expired and not added up.

False promises which made to take, membership need cancellation
Country club sarjapur executives Mr Toshiq and Abdul promised me endless things on march 25 2017, and took my hard earned money (50k) from debit card wth promising 0% EMI/ECS with 850 rs monthly for 5 years and anytime after year i can get it cancelled and even they will get it selled for me if im not happy with services. End result thy debited by 50 k money and promised for EMI/ECS and remaining amount will get refunded to me within some days.
Which is still not happened and everytime i reach out then they used to avoid me and delay with again some false things.
Now they asking me to bring credit card as ECS is not happening due to their some issues. ( which i enquired with my bank they never recevied any such requests from them - Another fraud /Lie )
I want to cancel this membership and want my entire money back as they failed to fulfil their promises.
All promises they maid verbally are no were written in Agreement.

Beware of country club vacations
On 01/03/2015 while returning from a Lulu shopping Mall with my family in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, I was approached by a person who claims to work for some tourist club and asked me to fill my details in a form. I filled the form and returned to the person. After that I started receiving calls almost every day from M/s Country Club, Riyadh saying that I have won a free vacation trip to any tourist attractions in India or to Sri Lanka, UAE, or Malaysia. They also informed that I have won a free gift and invited me & my family to attend a “presentation” about their company. We decided not to go for this first and they also stopped calling us. I have been called many times to attend their presentation and collect my free gift and free tour package from new office in Country Club Fitness Building Ajja Near Mubarak Hospital, Murabba-King faisal Street, Riyadh KSA.
Though reluctant, I and my family decided to go to their office on 06/03/2015 and see what they have to offer. What we saw there was a very nice office and very well dressed executives. We saw also few families like us who have been called. We were taken to a hall and were made to sit for a presentation and in the background loud music was played because we cannot record any audio recording of their fake promises. It was a one-to –one meeting/presentation by one of the salesman named Mr. Aiyaz Mob: + 966 [protected] (same scenario for all other families) Mr.Sameer from Banglore and Mr. Mohammed Rizwan Line Manager Mob:+966 [protected] from Hyderabad .
These salesmen started talking about M/s Country Club, its offices, resorts, etc.. And they showed lots of pictures, some reference letters etc.. We were made to sit for two and half hours and mind washed to accept the offer. Their offer is something like this,
1. Free accommodation (only) for 4 days & 3 Nights for family in any of their hotels/ resorts across the world and all over India, for five years
2. A 150sq ft plot in somewhere in Fareway, will be registered in my name.
4. Free membership for lifetime for me.
After a marathon presentation of two and half hours, I decided (sort of forced) to take the membership and pay the money. Now third person don’t remember his name from customer care dept came with a contract and asked me to sign it. and they took 4, 00.00 SAR, they are forcing me to pay 8, 000.as first payment but due to lack of no balance in my credit card i was not agreed but then they got agreed to take for this amount. They gave me the receipt and contract to me and we came back to our home after few minutes.
I have signed the contract with M/s Country vacations International Limited, Dubai.
They asked me to pay SAR 3, 000 within 2 days so, I paid this amount, and the total contract was SAR 19, 000 they have informed me that we can be able to pay the remaining amount as an instalment and after that they asked me pay INR 50, 000. in Indian currency in the form of Cheque/CASH at the time of registration on the Land.
After we came back to India for emergency and checked land which they shown me in the layout papers it’s not developed and after analyzing all these things, I have decided to cancel my membership and took my money back. So I went back to Saudi Arabia their office and informed them about my intention. Mr. Mohammed Rizwan told me they can never refund the money and offered me for new plot in new area sagar pushpa vanam Near chintapally in 20600SAR with Registration. So, I paid complete amount on in instalment.
On 07-09-2016 I went to office to inform that I am going to india and may be will not come back to Saudi Arabia for my family issues, asked him to provide Registration doc. Mr.Rizwan and Mr.Suman Mari (from Warangal) take a signature in the docs. And informed me that, we will get Original documents in Hyderabad office within 90 days.
After I come back to india I called Mr.Rizwan more than 20 times he provided Mr.Raghu ([protected]) contact no and informed me to contact him. I follow up with Raghu more than one month later he provided Mr.Prasad Number([protected]) I called him and informed him complete story from staring, He said he don’t have direct contact with Saudi office so, he send email to Mr.Akbar([protected]@countryclubdubai.com) [protected])on 3/6/216.
Again I follow up with email and call with Mr.akber from india since 3 month now is also not responding. Again I called to country club Riyadh office [protected] talk with Mr.Suman(https://www.facebook.com/suman.raj.1800) he said Mr.Rizwan on vacation.
22-4-217 His come back from vacation so, I called and text in whatsapp but not responding…
So I am planning to go back to Saudi Arabia and take legal actions against these fraudsters. Whoever reads this please be careful about these cheaters.

Hi I have membership in country club dubai.
In last year october 2016, country club sales staff was canvased me by offering free food voucher and collected aed11100 for a plot in varna bhoomi project in palakkad kerala with the following commitments.
Approximate 1350 square feet plot will be provided in upcoming country club resort, varna bhoomi project in kerala, india.
•country club will develop the land with electricity, water, sewage, etc and handover to me in two year.
•country club will contact me within 10 days from the payment for signing the agreement for 2 year and plot selection.
•country club will construct resort over there and my investment will be multiple within five year
•if I am not interested after 2 year, country club will take back the plot.
• if the plot and location is not satisfied after visiting the site, the money will be returned
•if I construct a resort over there, the country club will take care of the same and it can be rent out to country club in profit sharing basis.
Unfortunately no one contacted from country club till now. I tried to contact country club dubai with available numbers and emails. But no response received. I sent mail to central customer care. They forwarded the the mail to dubai counter part and the response was same as before.
I don't o to whom should I contact further.
Country club is cheating their own members and I do not understand how the members can trust this company in long term basis for the hospitality services.

i became member on nov 2015, and paid 14900 aed and was told you will get 10 years of holiday package that time they didnt told we have to pay AMC every year.
then they said if you dont want to pay AMC we will transfer your holiday money to plot and pay another 15000 and get a raj bhoomi ratnagiri plot
so i paid another 15000 so total i paid 30000 aed.
and after paying 2 months still i didnt get registry done and to my shock they put my property as peacock feather, as they said raj bhoomi is sold out
if you want we will arrange but you have to pay more 12000 as it is of 27000
and transfer of holiday is not possible, so see total twist of their promise
so now i demand my money back 30000 aed asap or else i will complain to DED
