Malaysia customer care manager not responding
I joined Country Club on Jan, 2016. When I joined they said there will be a get together time to time with members and also during festivals. So far even single time didn't happened.
Free ticket for live shows like music concert or any events. They given only one time in 2018.
Initially I paid some amount in 2016, then in 2017 they keep on call to pay the remaining, at last they made me to pay like saying your account will be closed if you didn't pay remaining amount. And also promised that I will receive 1 gram gold coin. After I paid on last November, 2017, still I following them to collect the coin. but no responsive.
Recently I was trying to call Malaysia Country Club Manager (Mr.ByReddy), his phone was not reachable. I tried for several days, but its in not reachable mode. Then send a mail to India office. After some time they replied that to contact Dubai office.
I was keep on asking when I joined in Malaysia office, why i have to conduct Dubai office. Is the Malaysia office is closed.
I did a mistake, before joining if would have went through their review i will be saved. but what to do now.
So I am requesting your help to cancel my member ship and refund my payment.

Hi, I am one of the member in country club too. I have also receive calls from them before and before I go to collect, I went through all the reviews on social media.
Despite, I wanted to know what is all this about and I decided to go there. When I go there, I attended to their 45 min presentation and it was very interesting.
I've sign up for their package and I'm happy with their service. They have given me the voucher as they promised even though I've signed up.

This is to bring to your notice the utmost displeasure and dissatisfaction with your services and lack of responses. We have been Country Club members since Mar 2015 and have paid for plots at Suvarnabhoomi project in Feb 2017 (totaling 4610 KD+ renewal fees). Ever since payment was taken for both, your services have been nowhere near your commitments or promises (elaborated in our previous emails). In spite of multiple visits to your office, repeated phone calls and emails there has been no prompt or proper reply from your side. So far nothing constructive has happened in the deal. Considering the above facts, we are NOT interested anymore to deal with you and we demand an urgent refund of all payments we have made with due interest. There is no whereabouts of your good office in Kuwait. Many managers and staffs changed in this time and all their numbers are out of reach.
An email stating our dissatisfaction and claiming refund was also sent on 9th Oct 2017.

False commitments

I stay in ras al khaimah.. I took membership of country club 3 years back and marketing people gave all false commitments that they have tie up with gym in ras al khaimah. Events will be provided there and summer camps will be there.. But no such things are provided. Then why should I pay the AMC every year when I don't get any facilities.. Help me to refund my amount.. I spoke with the customer service in karama branch.. No respect for customer. They are behaving very rudely with us. This is not what I expected..

Country club bahrain/dubai are cheaters
On November 10 2015, I received a call from Country Vacations / Country Club Bahrain. The caller, whose name was Imran, introduced himself as a representative of the club, asked me to contact Mr. Afroz Alam (another representative) in order to collect a gift and a voucher for 6 nights and 7 days free stay in country club properties. Later same day, I met Afroz at Baisan Hotel Bahrain where the club was promoting their services and offering membership. Afroz offered below if I purchase the membership immediately.
1. Lifetime free use of gym, swimming pools and clubbing in Ramee Hotels
2. 6 nights and 7 days free stay in country club properties (he gave me a voucher same time)
3. 3 nights and 4 days free stay and air tickets to Singapore for family
In a couple of hours, Afroz and his team convinced me to buy the membership and I paid BHD 1350 immediately in order to get the Singapore trip. Later these offers were exposed as fraud commitments as Afroz went back to Dubai or India and the company refuses to fulfill the promises he made. They discontinued the agreement with Ramee Hotels lately and we were left with nothing except the annual stay of 6 days in Dubai only if we pay BHD 80 as an annual fee.
In 2016, we started hearing the similar complaints against the club. Meanwhile, the club kept changing their staff and office location and at-last, on August 03 2018, I received an email from the club saying that they have moved their back office operations of Bahrain to their central hub in Dubai with immediate effect.
I requested to refund the membership fee but no reply. I hereby advise everyone in GCC to be careful this trap. The Country Vacations and Country Club Dubai / Bahrain is a fraudulent company.

Country club / membership - false claims
This seems to be a fraud company. I took the membership and made whole membership payment. I was told that I will have to pay ONLY Rs. 10, 000 when i will go for vacation. Immediately after 1 month I got email from AMRIN demanding Rs 12705 against annual maintenance. When I reply that I won;t be paying this as it was not discussed and called Takeover manager Sudhir P Khilare. He didn't pick the call initially then once he picked the call and said you don't have to pay I will tell the billing team which never happened. Now he is not responding to calls, email or sms.
Air conditioning
My air has been out for two days... I've made a work order and no one has came to check it out... I stay on the third floor of country club 4308 304... Its extremely hot in this apartment for my kids and i. I pray to god this message reach someone that has integrity and honesty... I spoke with the new office worker june 27 and she said she was sending someone... Its a new day so I called again today and she didn't even remember that I called yesterday about the same work order but she said today she would send someone unfortunately I just got off work (I do not get section 8 I pay rent) my kids and I or hot
Membership - false claims

myself biju (membership no. CCDXB80KL30L13493). I had a very bad experience with country club membership. They have offered 10 years membership with 7 days international trip every year for 10 years without annual maintenance fee. Even the sales manager named Sreekanth has confirmed me over mail. Also they mentioned that the package on discounted rate and no further payment than the given aed 10000. I insisted him to write in the filling form as " balance payment - nil' and to sign to confirm his verbal offer. He did the same and I took photo. Later I got call asking to pay remaining 18000 aed. Up on checking I came to know that this guy has over written in the form and striked out the word ‘nil'. But I have the original pic and while showing to the customer care team they are not responding. Also instead of the offerd 10 years package, they are saying they can't offer but to adjust with 5 years. I have upfront payed 10k and offered 10 years package. At this moment I don't want any service form there and wanted my money back.
Country club not responding

I have become meber of country club in last year from ABu Dhabi branch, However Abu Dhabi branch is closed. I tried calling Dubai branches and other branches but no phone number is working. I have below concerns.
1. I want to transfer my membership to Mumbai
2. I have paid AED210 bank charges for paying country club installments which country club promised to refund. Same is not one yet.
3. I want to transfer my this year's vacation to next year as was agreed by country club but none of country club number is working hence it is becoming very difficult to understand what is going on.

Don't ever take any membership, recently I have visited the branch in west of chord they nicely managed to get membership and now not even providing for cancellation if I visit the west of chord road branch there Mr Roshan and Mr srinath biggest cheaters .these ppls are worst enough not even for God sake there r working, this is happened in 27th may 2018, if I go to cancellation also No one are ready for my closure, hence decide to go consumer court and raise a FIR on these company ...all other members who have lost the money please go and get back u r money and fight for it ..

5 days back while returning from shopping mall with family in Riyadh Saudi Arabia
I was approached by a person who claims to work for some tourist club . And ask me to fill the details in a form . I filled the form and return to him . After that next day I received a call from country club they said they are calling from fitness club . Located in Murabba Riyadh Saudi Arabia . They said I have won the free gifts and vacation trip to any tourist attraction in India or to international Malaysia - Thailand . And they invited me with my family to collect the free gifts and vouchers and attend the Presentation about their comepany . I and my family decided to go and see what they have to offer . We saw there was a nice office and well dressed executives we saw also some families who have been called like us . We were taken to a hall and made to sit for a peresentaion by one the Salesman name TAHIR mobile # [protected] . IT was one to one meeting Presentaion same scenario for all other families like us. .They started talking about m/s country club it's office resorts etc. They show us lots of picture and some refrence letter . We were made to sit for 03 hours and Mind wash to accept the offer . Their offer is something like this 1- free accomodation (only) for 4 days for family in any of their hotels / resorts across all over the India for 05 years . 2- free insurance coverage for myself and my family . 4- free life time membersship and pay the money I said give me some time I will come tomorrow they didn't give me time to think they started showing contracts see how many people have purchased only few remaining and what's up messages and mind wash to accept the offer. One person came with the contract and ask me to sign he gave me last page not given time to read contract.Before I sign Mr Tahir took my credit card and took 2000 riyal and .we came back home after analyzing all these I decided to cancel contract and called to Tahir Salesman within 30 minutes after signing contract .Tahir said I will check with Pankaj and let you know . Next day I went to their office and met pankaj he said I Will try to cancel your contract come after few days . Now after few days they are saying they will not cancel contact and they will not return my money. False promises and threatening from country club/country vacation - saudi arabia/dubai

Dear All,
I am writing again with Deep grief and concern, as the country club / country vacation has put me in this condition with no choice but to write my pain again and pumped me to escalate this matter further, as I have been threatened again (i.e. They Uttered these words "Money is with us and we will not refund even if I call all Indians or Saudis for help") again by country club/country vacation through the interpretation of one Respectful Saudi Citizen (claims to be employed by Country club Saudi Arabia).
With due respect I am doing my best to help country club / country vacation to resolve my query without any conflict (as everybody can see how much patience I would have showing towards them since 2015... just because I respect my fellow citizens and unfortunately I have been victimized by our fellow citizen only).
Let me explain categorically in detail that what actually happened in the due course of 46 days with me (after posting my first complain):
1. Before posting my complain over here, I have been a victim of their dishonesty and falsification.
After posting the complaint I have been called by Country Club / Country vacation to discuss regarding to the approval of my refund from Dubai office (they claims that the Country Club / Country Vacationn Saudi Arabia under Dubai office).
2. Then I immediately approach them again to get updates. Unfortunately I have been made to return without any news and I have been told that they are gong to email me their commitment /promise / approval officially through email.
3. Next day an Email of approval and commitment from country Club / Country Vacation Reaches my inbox and I was little relaxed (I am copying as received email below):

4. I was waiting for 25th of April 2018 to get my hard earned money back and in the due time I have received several calls from the new and old customers of country club / country vacation who ever saw my comments over this platform.
5. As country Club has already given me the commitment / promise and my intention is not at all to hurt or disturb anyone's business and upon request from the country club / country vacation, I used to give positive responses to all customers whoever called for clarification. Country club / country vacation was also happy and praise me for my extended help. (I have and can share their customer's details who called me, But I strictly believe that it is not ethical to mention or disclose anyone's personnel details. therefore, if the same people are reading my concern again then they will known me for sure)
6. I do extend help country club/country vacation by giving positive responses till 25-04-2018 and at last once I call them on 25th April 2018, their response was totally different and said that responsible person is not available please come on 26-04-2018.
7. Ohh My God! Literally I was shocked to see that their way of behaving was totally changed (as if, I am due for them and they are the victim) and introduce me to one respectful Saudi Citizen. I said that, as per their official commitment (above email), I am here to take my money and go. But they forced me to sit in front of that respectful man (to whom I really value and have full respect as a citizen of Saudi Arabia).
8. He again started the same stories and at the end he ask me "why you have wrote on complaint board, because of that country club / country vacation is loosing business and so many people are now asking for refunds" I said listen sir, they are the one who escalate and pushed me (said me to do whatever I can), if the country club /country vacation is loosing business and suffering then why cant they solve my matter at once? please counter them instead of me, as I have already suffered a lot. Then I have been told that, "Money is with us and we will not refund even if I call all Indians or Saudis for help"
9. I will do best in my capacity to knock the door of justice both in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia an in India to get my hardly earned money back.
Indeed I have full confidence in judiciary system of both the countries (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and India) to get justice from such corrupted activities.
What ever I have written over here are the genuine facts and ground reality. Bearing in mind that I am an ordinary Indian Citizen and struggling to earn bread to support my family and provide better education to my children and to make them Good Citizen of our great Nation i.e. INDIA).
Hence I would humbly request the Government bodies and NGOs from UAE, Saudi Arabia and India to come forward and help not only me but to many of such victims of their corruption activities.
Frankly speaking, I have nothing to do with the business of Country club/country vacation. But just to take my money back and wish them all the best.
Note: At last, I should mention that, after exposing them over here. I may be man-handled or may get threatening calls or may be tortured (both mentally and physically) or may be abused (to me or may be to my family/kids) or they may try to derail or disturb me at my Job (professionalism) etc or may be frame me under false charges.

All the promises of my services has been provided and I am pleased to continuing the membership of Country Club. To be Honest, The problem was just raised and pumped due to some kind of misunderstanding and miscommunication between me some outsiders, Now everything is being clarified and my case has been satisfactorily resolved by the professional team of Country Club / Country Vacation Saudi Arabia. I could write alot to say that everything Country Club is doing is legal and no doubt that their business inshallh will grow with you or out.
Mr. Shareef, when you came yestrday to my office and talked, even on your last post which you right it's not whats really happend. For example, first post you said you already paid 27, 000 . But now saying 22, 000 ? Please tell which amount you are asking so people can understand you.
Also, with big font Size. Nobody force you, Nobody threatening you.
I am not perfect and will never be, but I can understand laws and humanity we always leads with Quran and Suna nobody will take something Haram.
I asked you to sit down and talk to resolve the problem, but you do not want to.
And always saying things like I am Indian and weak infront of you as Saudi?
As Saudi and I already told you in office that no matter who you are ? No matter whats your religon ?

Regarding my previous complain in same forum (ref. 18 April 2017).
Previously I complain about my refund amount along with pending vouchers.
Gragory Soly mail me to visit Karama office and meet Rajesh from customer relation dept.
At that time I was out of country, when I came back I visited to see Rajesh for my pending vouchers and refund amt.
That time Rajesh and his senior convince and promise me that we will deliver your vouchers within next two weeks of time, on that basis I agreed on adjustment of my refund amount of 1667 AED. to be viewed off in my AMC which starts from 2018.
That time they both ask me to update complain section that my concern has resolved, but I refuse and said once I will receive my vouchers I will update.
After nine months of time still there is no answer, in fact I visited last month and see customer relationship manager she also denied by saying that I don't have anything in writing so we will not give, If such thing country club has to say than why they wait for three years, in these three years I visited 12 to 14 times and never I found same customer relationship executive, So every time I explain every thing from beginning and he/she goes to management and the same story your concern forward to management.
If so than why last time Rajesh and his senior made false promise, just to save their vouchers or to prove that how they are making their customers fool.
Now after this incident I strongly fell that in country vacation Dubai, nobody interested in service to customer after sales. They think to put the same effort in finding a new customer but these people might have forget that if existing customer happy than that is the best mode of advertisement free of cost and if unhappy the same thing but for competitors.

Plot / holiday packages

I have invested BD 1800/- in January'2013 for Holiday packages with the Country Club - India through Country Club - Bahrain represtative office and Manager Mr. Sridhar Krishnaswamy.
They promise every year free holiday stay at any of their own resorts and associated property for 30 Years every year 6 night free stay. How ever we happened to use thier Bengaluru and Bandipur property in 2016 which was filthy and not worth of money we had faced lot of problems such as no hot water, bed bug and no current etc. Every year on top of the above amount they are taking BD 80/- as maintenance charges for what we dont know since the properties are not maintained properly. I have paid BHD 241/- tIll now.
Also in October'2014 they told they have good land in Andra Pradesh and by Paying BD 1700/- for land we will get 3400 Sq. Ft. of land in thier SwarnaBhoomi Project. I paid the same amount throught NRE Cheque
After 4 Months they asked for BD 600/- for Registration of the Land. Meanwhile I lost my Job in Bahrain and asked for the money to be returned since October'2015 however they are not reuring any money.in Between they have confirmed they will return the money.
So in Total I need all the deals with them cancelled and return all my money with interest as soon as possible

1] Holiday packages - BD 1800/- in Jan'2013
2] Maintanance of resorts - BD 241/- Every year BD 80/- each
3] Land Deal - BD 1700/- in Oct'2014

Unauthorized credit card charges due to negligence in conversion to emi.

we took membership in June-2017 during country club 's 25 the anniversary celebration offer in Bangalore, kormangala office.But unfortunately we could not enjoy any vacation due to the very bad experience in conversion of payment to EMI. The club representative has agreed in purchase document and took the forms signed to convert the bill payment through credit card into EMI but failed in doing that. We have reached office in person and trying to reach the epresentative from past 8 months, but still its not done .Now the credit card bill is exceeding with financial charges and it is affecting my Cibil score.I have told the person to to clear the credit card charges levied for this mistake.Still we are not getting any solution. Frustrated by this bad response we thought its high time before 3 months and we decided to cancel the membership as we no longer in mood to enjoy any vacation . We have conveyed that also to the representatives of the club, again no response till now .
Hidden charges which appears from time to time
I have taken a membership for me and my wife and Kids.
year 2014 i received a call from Country club that i have won a prize and to come and collect the voucher from the country club hotel.
Once i reached there, i was briefed about the country club services by one of the sales man (whose name i cant remember) but there was another gentleman by the name of Sumish who was the manager. They promised many services and one is 20 years i could have services with a one time payment of 16000 AED . initially i was told about 250 destinations but later theyve given the option of selecting few destinations of which majority is in India. i received the contract only after 2-3 months and the contract was showing different service period and added AMC charges as a mandatory fee which they never told me at the time of taking the membership.
later after 2-3 months discussion they agreed to provide 15 years and 50% waiver on AMC fee. thereafter i used there facility twice and all utility charges were taken care by Country club Dubai.one trip was to Kandy and the other was to Malaysia. the third i booked to India but could not make it as i couldnt get visa . for that trip too the utility charges were absorbed by country club Dubai. this year i wanted to visit Singapore and now they say i need to pay utility charges . when i said that it wasnt charged to me ever then the customer service desk lady (Ms.Uma) saying that its not possible to book any vacation until i pay those charges. I requested to speak to her Manager Ms.Angel and she says that the staff of country club Dubai has been paying for my charges and they are unable to waive this charge anymore. My question is, would some one pay for anothers vacation if there isnt any mistake from the Hotel? This is purely cheating ... I want this to be solved immediately.

I jointed with Country Club in 12th Aug 2010, while we were in Abu Dhabi, during the meeting in Abu Dhabi they promised / convinced us that they are going to have a tie up with ISC ( India social club) and all the facilities in the ISC will be made available for the members of the country club, this motivated us to join the Country club, we left Abu Dhabi in 2011 to Dubai till date they haven't made any sort of arrangements with ISC, it was a false promise, later I tried to contact many times to get the money refunded unfortunately I did not get any positive response, it's good that I found this site and I am posting my concerns here or else can someone advise me how to take it up legally or with DED, me and my family never used their facilities or health club for the last seven years, waste of my investment, I want to get my money back

i have joined to country club member ship in 2016, now initially they told to check on the service of there club etc, well during that period i was planning to go to home country and wanted to check on the option from the country club so i thought of booking the hotel through them, so i had inquired them on the option which i had given to them earlier and till the end the booking was not made and i had to make the hotel booking on myself,
i had to keep contacting the staff on the follow up each and every time, but they tell we will do we are busy and all stories
in the beginning they had promised us they will book the hotel room where we want but when we want that location where we want they say they dont have any tie up with that particular hotel
even for booking they promised there will be fees for $ 20 which we need to pay at hotel but when we ask them to confirm on the booking they are telling to book the $ 20 fee in advance
am contacting them for the reimbursement but the cell phone are switch off
kindly do the needful for this issue as soon as possible

Hi Friends... We are totally gathered 5 in number facing the same issues from country club. its already more than a year, we are not getting proper solution from country club, finally we are blank and we dont know how to communicate, and whom to contact.
We have strongly decided to fight aganist this corruption and fight the injustice. We have formed a group already and have a plan of taking this to appropriate authorities and log a compliants.
