False Advertising
False Advertising. I saw the sticker on a car at their lot that said it was $45,710. But then they told me it was actually $16,000 more because they added a service truck bed. They said the sticker price was before they did that. That's not right.
Customer beware if you purchase a vehicle from them
Customer beware if you purchase a vehicle from them. I liked the service I received on my purchase, but the LoJack program is a scam. Beware, it's only good for one year. To continue with it, you have to remove the old one and add a new one. You can't add more airtime. It's a total rip-off, so be careful. The cost to continue the service is outrageous.
Sadly, they sold me a vehicle that was missin items listed on the window sticker
Sadly, they sold me a vehicle that was missin items listed on the window sticker. They told me when I bought the truck that they would take care of it, but they ain't doin nothin to replace the missin items. I've given 'em weeks to fix it, but nothin's been resolved, so I'm filin a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com. It's just the floor mats, but still, if you're spendin thousands on a new vehicle, it should come with all the stuff listed on the *** of sale.
This place don't even deserve 1 star
This place don't even deserve 1 star. I bought my car brand new in 2017. When I got it, they told me I had a bumper to bumper warranty. But every time I need something fixed, it's a big hassle. I've been waiting for 2 years for a recall part to be replaced. Recently, my engine light came on and they said I have oil leaking problems and they had to take apart my motor. So whatever is wrong with my car, it's not covered by the warranty. Another hassle, you know? We talked to a service guy who said he'd call us back in a couple hours, but it's been a week and a half and no call. Today we went to talk to the service manager and he didn't even give us the time of day. This place is a joke and they straight up lie to your face. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else. This place ain't honest for buying or getting service done. I'm a really unhappy customer.
I went to talk to the finance manager at Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Superstition Springs after shaking hands with a sales rep
I went to talk to the finance manager at Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Superstition Springs after shaking hands with a sales rep. I ended up leaving with a $65,000 loan after putting $5,000 down. They didn't show me anything except the total amount. They made me buy a one-year low*** for $700 and a $600 theft code. The finance manager told me it would cost $4,432 for low ***, wheel protection extended warranty, and key protection for six years. I thought it was a good deal, but when I reviewed these purchases, they added up to almost $8,000.
The sales rep told me that the car had remote start, but it turned out it didn't. I went back to the dealership, but they said they had a no return policy, even though I had just bought the car two days ago and only drove it for 30 miles. I was stuck with the purchase, so I asked them to remove the low *** and theft protection, which would save me almost $3,000. However, they said I couldn't do that either. They also charged me $53,000 MSRP because they removed a rebate to give me a better interest rate.
On 8/01, I thought I bought a 2020 *** at the dealership in Mesa, AZ on Test drive
On 8/01, I thought I bought a 2020 *** at the dealership in Mesa, AZ on Test drive. After having the vehicle for 6 days, I was told they could not get financing for me. I assumed I was approved for financing on the day I got the keys to the vehicle and took it home. I feel that this is dishonest and sort of scamming. It was the weekend, but most all places can check credit and have some online cerifcation process that takes less than 10 minutes. I am very frustrated, anfry, disappointed and if course embarrassed. The biggest thing is lack of trust. There is a thing called, the rule of 250. I will tell 50 people of my negative experience, and they will tell 50 people about it and so on. At least 250 people will know within a week or so, but then more will eventually know as word gets around. Just be honest with people. Don't try and be greedy. It really causes lots of negativity in the end. I will be taking my new car back to the dealership now.
I had a really tough time with this dealership over the years
I had a really tough time with this dealership over the years. I bought my Mazda from here in 2017, and since then, I've been told different stories about what my warranty covers and where I can take my car. Whenever I bring my car in for repairs, the rules about what my warranty covers keep changing. Now, I'm not even sure what my warranty covers because I've had to pay for everything myself. Whenever I call to talk to someone about this or get a list of recommended mechanics, I either get sent to voicemail or have to deal with rude and short advisors on the phone. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and kept taking my car in, but after my last visit, I'm just done. I will never bring my car here again, and I honestly don't recommend buying anything from these people. They will lie and trick you into any deal just to make a sale. This was my first time buying a new car, and I really wish I had done it somewhere else. I regret dealing with this company so much.
My experience at Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Superstition Springs has been a series of mistakes from the start
My experience at Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Superstition Springs has been a series of mistakes from the start. I bought a brand new 2021 Ram truck, but just two weeks later, I noticed that the front bumper was slightly recessed on the driver's side and the fender on the passenger side was sticking out too much. Additionally, the painted panel above the bumper had a flat black color with very little clear coat, while the rest of the truck had a black flake color. I tried to contact the dealer, but they didn't return my calls. So, I had to drive back to the dealership myself. They discovered that there was already an open repair order because the truck had been damaged during transit, but they didn't inform me about it before I made the purchase. After some back and forth with the sales manager, they finally fixed the truck.
Moving on to January, I noticed that the headlight on the same side as the original damage was retaining moisture. I reached out to the service department, and they said they would order a new headlamp and replace it under warranty. In March, I contacted them again because I hadn't received any updates. They told me that the part was on back order. Now, it's already May, and I'm at the dealership, but I still haven't heard from them. To make matters worse, the parts department informed me that they received the part over a month ago, but they sold it! I strongly advise staying away from this dealership!
Honestly, the only positive aspects of this place are the sales rep, ***, and ***. They have both gone above and beyond, and they would excel in a different environment.
Me and my wife got tricked into going to Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Superstition Springs because of an online ad
Me and my wife got tricked into going to Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Superstition Springs because of an online ad. It said there was a special deal at the end of the month and end of the year for a Dodge Ram 4x4 with a cash-only price. We made an appointment with a salesperson to talk about the truck and confirm the cash price. When we called, they also mentioned some deals for the ***. My wife took time off work and went to the appointment ready to buy the truck. But when we got there, they told us the ad was wrong and we had to finance the purchase. We showed the salesperson the internet ad with the cash price, and they showed it to the manager. They talked for a few minutes and the manager said we had to finance the deal even though it said "Cash Price." I told the salesperson that this was misleading and basically false advertising. Cash means cash, right? They didn't want to honor what they had written, so me and my wife left the dealership. I called the sales manager later to tell him what happened and about the internet ad. He already knew about it because he was the same manager we talked to before. He confirmed again that financing was required. I asked him many times if they would stick to what they had written and honor the cash price, but he refused. The conversation ended there. I think this is a sneaky tactic to get people to come to the store, but once they're there, they don't want to do what they promised. They have a chance to fix this and learn from their mistake, change their sales strategy, and move forward in a positive way. If not, they'll keep tricking people in the future. Respectfully, Concerned Customers
Not customer oriented
Not customer oriented. I understand policies and procedures. I don't leave reviews because of haste, and I always hesitate to leave a review because it never seems to matter. On April 8, 2022, we purchased a used certified vehicle along with an Ally extended warranty. By October 11, 2022, we have only put ***+ miles on it. It's in for extended repair, including the transmission. Ally allows 6 days of rental. I called Courtesy to see if they could assist with the additional 2 weeks of rental. I was advised there was nothing they could do, absolutely nothing, nor were they willing to assist with anything outside of policy. This came from the customer service advisor. I was very cordial in the beginning until obviously trying to debate my case. I was told I called him stupid, which I never did (still waiting on the transcript) from the recorded call to show me when I did that. What I said was the policy was stupid and not any assistance to the customer. Negative reviews are never my thing, but customer service has gone by the wayside. In short, my opinion is I am paying for the 2-week rental out of my pocket with no assistance from the dealership warranty, which apparently we pay for anyway with the same policies. You get an extended warranty from the dealership for one year, but you pay for it and also have to suffer from their policies, and the dealership would rather lose a customer rather than work with you on the policies. We can't do that for every customer, I was told. Guess who every customer is? Take this as you want, it's just my opinion at this time, but I hope it's not you at any time. This is why I am taking the time to give you another opinion to consider when purchasing from Courtesy. I'm sure if purchasing a new car, it would be different because of the manufacturer warranty. But being told we drove it and things happen, then not even offering some assistance doesn't work for me. Please do your diligence and definitely allow the dealership to rebuttal. There's 2 sides.
In December , I wanted to buy a Dodge Ram Rebel 1500, so I decided to check out Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Superstition Springs
In December , I wanted to buy a Dodge Ram Rebel 1500, so I decided to check out Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Superstition Springs. My coworkers had recommended this dealership, so I had high hopes. I talked to a salesman and we negotiated prices. They agreed to cover the shipping fees and asked for a down payment to hold the vehicle. I gave them my credit card info for the deposit. The next day, the finance department called me, checked my credit, finalized the price, and prepared my paperwork. Since I live out of state, they said they would contact a third-party notary company to handle the paperwork. Later that day, I got a call from "Maverick Signings" saying they were assigned to my purchase. The notary mentioned that she would receive the documents soon and wanted to schedule an appointment to sign the finance paperwork from the dealership.
The following day, Jeff Bonner called me and apologized sincerely for his mistake. He explained that they accidentally sold the vehicle I had already purchased. They claimed it was a systemic error because they have multiple dealerships and the truck wasn't flagged as sold in their system. If this were true, it would happen all the time, and they would have fixed the system by now. I think they made a mistake and tried to cover it up with excuses and lies. Jeff Bonner tried to find a similar truck within a certain radius to trade, but there were none nearby due to high shipping costs. So, their solution was to order an identical truck directly from the manufacturer. That was okay, except it would take up to 3 months for me to receive the truck I should've gotten in December . Jeff Bonner assured me multiple times that I would be satisfied with this solution and the price of the truck. We verbally agreed that I would pay the same price we originally negotiated, which should be obvious. I patiently waited for over 3 months for the new truck to be assembled and delivered to the dealership.
Today, the dealership called me to say the truck had arrived and asked me to sign the purchase paperwork. However, when I reviewed the invoice, the price was over $8,000 higher than our original negotiated price for the first truck. I argued with Jeff Bonner about this, and he claimed that the original rebates and employee pricing were no longer available, so they couldn't honor the initial price. Despite reminding him of our agreement, he said the dealership couldn't do the original deal because they would lose too much money. I understand that mistakes happen, but when they convinced me to wait several months for the truck I had already bought, they promised to take care of me and honor the agreed-upon price (which should be a given). I could have easily gone with a different truck or dealership and taken advantage of the current deals in December. Honestly, I believe the deal should be even better due to the mistakes they made. The fact that they want to charge me $8,000 more than the original price while trying to convince me it's a good deal is offensive, laughable, a breach of contract, and just plain bad business.
I bought a 2020 pre-owned Crossroad with 12 miles
I bought a 2020 pre-owned Crossroad with 12 miles. I was at the dealership on Saturday 02/27 for about 7 hours waiting for financing. Finally, that night I signed the papers and they gave me the car. But then, on Monday 03/15, they sent me a message telling me to return the vehicle because the deal was going to be canceled. I went the next day, happy because I actually wanted to return the car. I found that the price was too high compared to other dealers and I also discovered some problems with it.
But when I tried to return the car, they didn't want to take it back. They said I needed to bring a document that the finance company was asking for to approve the credit. Since I didn't want the car anymore, I didn't give them the document and had to take the car back home. It has been sitting there without being used.
I have received letters from banks and financial institutions saying that I don't have credit with them. They checked my credit on 02/27, the same day I authorized them to do so. I have also received letters with credit checks on 03/16, 03/17, and 03/18, even though I didn't authorize them.
I wrote an email to the seller explaining that all the banks and finance companies have denied me credit. I also mentioned that I didn't meet all the requirements they asked for. Their response was that the car was no longer theirs, but mine, and that they had approved the credit on 02/27.
If you pay attention to my story, you'll see that I already had the approval from the first day. So why did they send me the message to return the car on 03/15? Why did they run my credit again on March 16, 17, and 18? And why did they give me the credit if I didn't meet all the requirements?
Furthermore, there is a $10,000 difference in price between this dealership and others selling the same car. It seems like they are trying to scam me with such an exaggerated price. They have broken procedures, committed infractions, and ignored my requests. That's why I feel cheated.
I have documents to prove everything I've said. I just want them to take the car back and refund the down payment I gave them. If they don't, I will have to take legal action and ask for compensation for the damages they caused me.

This dealer's sales department keeps calling me and hanging up
This dealer's sales department keeps calling me and hanging up. They're playing a sick game of harassing customers who didn't end up doing business with them. I already complained to their sales department. Please make them stop!
I bought a car from Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Superstition Springs on February 14
I bought a car from Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Superstition Springs on February 14. They called me three times to sign the contract. The finance manager, who goes by the name of cuck, misled us by saying he found a better interest rate with a lower payment. However, when we finally signed (after the third time), the rate actually went up. He promised us a free oil change, but when I took my truck on March 35, he forgot who I was. Not good for business. After I complained, he reluctantly gave me one oil change and rudely told me that I was only entitled to one. He walked away without even apologizing.
On December 28, I negotiated for a 2021 Ram Rebel, aiming for a good deal
On December 28, I negotiated with the dealership for a 2021 Ram Rebel, aiming for a good deal. They asked me to make a deposit to reserve the truck, so I provided my credit card info (which they never charged). The next day, I chatted with their finance person over the phone to finalize my credit check and loan documents since I was out of state. They assured me that the notary was ready and waiting for the papers. However, the day after that, I received a notification that the truck I intended to buy had been sold. They tried to locate a similar one but had no success. Eventually, they placed an order for a new truck, and I waited patiently for 3 months for its arrival. Unfortunately, when the truck finally arrived, they did not honor the original deal we agreed upon. They claimed that the lowest they could go was $61,491.

We went to buy a car and right from the start, we had concerns about the two front tires
We went to buy a car and right from the start, we had concerns about the two front tires. We told the representative, but she just said they changed whatever they thought was safe. So we left. But just TWO days later, we started having tire issues. When we got it checked at Discount Tire, they told us that the tire pressure sensors were on the wrong tires and the front two needed to be replaced. I tried calling the manager at the dealership, but no call back or emails. So, exactly 7 days later, I took it back to the dealership and suddenly one tire had screws in it (Discount Tire didn't mention anything about screws). And when I tried to figure out what was covered in my contract, my USB with the paperwork was empty. Finally, I got my paperwork and noticed a bunch of extra packages that were never explained to me (they updated my contract while I was away getting the down payment). I had my baby with me and they totally took advantage of that.
I'm the property director for Trevi apartments and the folks at this place are messing with my business in a bad way
I'm the property director for Trevi apartments and the folks at this place are messing with my business in a bad way. One of my employees, ***, bought a car from these guys about 9 months ago and it came with a warranty. But she had some problems with it after she bought it and left a bad review. She tried to get them to fix it on 06/20/22, but things didn't go well. They said they wouldn't honor the warranty because she wrote that negative review about them 7 months ago. So she ended up going somewhere else to get it fixed on 06/21/2022.
Then, on 06/22/2022, the service manager's wife (who has never even lived in our community) left a nasty review about my employee's workplace. And to make matters worse, the service manager himself, ***, posted a negative review on the company's page (***). It's totally illegal for him to get and share her personal info like that, and it's just plain wrong. Neither him nor his wife have ever lived here or done any business with us.
These negative reviews are causing a lot of trouble for us with our corporate office. We've had to do a ton of explaining about why we're getting these bad reviews from people who don't even live here or have anything to do with us. We've never had any dealings with them at all. It's really hurting our business and scaring away potential renters.
I got taken advantage of and didn't get copies of financial contracts from the finance department
I got taken advantage of and didn't get copies of financial contracts from the finance department. They're doing things that shouldn't be allowed. I went in to buy a car and they had me sign contracts on 1/11 agreeing on a certain price and interest rate. The finance guy was in a rush but said he would put my contracts on a flash drive, so I signed everything. When I tried to access the contracts, I couldn't find them anywhere. I had my mom call the guy who handled my loan, and he said he would print them out and put them on a new flash drive. It's now 10 days later and he said I could go in and he had more options for me, which he had discussed with my mother to lower my payments and give me a better interest rate warranty. When I got there, I told him I didn't want to change the terms of the original loan, but he started talking to my boyfriend and convinced us to add a warranty for a dollar more. He never mentioned that the length of my loan would change, so I thought I was just agreeing to add the warranty for a dollar. But after I signed, he said he couldn't print the documents because the printer wasn't working, and he said he could email them to my mom. My mom contacted him after I told her he didn't give me copies, and this is 10 days later. So he told her he would email her the following day. The next day, my mom texted him for the contracts, and it turns out he changed my loan without telling me, from 75 months to 84 months. I thought I was only paying a dollar more for the warranty, but he didn't say he was changing the length of my loan. Besides them using the flash drive system, so you can't view your documents and can't remember what you agreed to 10 days before, this is unethical and shouldn't be allowed. I'm only 23 and I trust people. I feel taken advantage of and very disappointed in Courtesy CDJR of Superstition Springs. They allow this to happen. I would like my original loan put back, please.
I got a new jeep Gladiator in January 2022
I got a new jeep Gladiator in January 2022. The day after we signed and got it, the dealer called and said they had the wrong vin on paperwork. They sent a sales associate to our home to sign papers again with the correct VIN. 2 weeks later, I got my first invoice from Chrysler financial. The requested payment was wrong. We checked the emailed paperwork that we signed again and the *** and numbers were different than the original papers we signed. The dealership admitted their mistake. Luckily we had the original documents on a flash drive. They said they would need to pay off the loan contract with Chrysler and we would need to sign a third time, open a new lease agreement with the correct original numbers. I expressed concern multiple times about this affecting my credit multiple times. I asked the finance rep to confirm they won't check my credit again and that it won't show both accounts on my credit. They assured me it wouldn't. In the end, they checked our credit 3 times, which I wasn't happy with. A few weeks ago, I applied for a new mortgage and the loan rep told me I have 2 Chrysler capital accounts open. When I explained what happened, she told me to tell the dealer to provide a paid in full letter for the first account and have them update the credit bureau. I have been contacting the dealer asking for this for over 2 weeks. They told me to call Chrysler capital and get a paid in full letter. I tried and they told me they can't access the old account. I called the dealer and they told me it won't show paid in full because I asked for it to be removed from my credit, so the original account doesn't exist. However, both are still on my credit and they won't give me a letter of explanation despite asking several times. They seem to be avoiding responsibility and treating me like I'm bothering them. This is all their fault. I gave them a deadline last week of the end of the day on March 29 to provide a letter or I would contact the ComplaintsBoard.com, so here we are.
