Courtesy Toyota review: Unauthorized credit pulls/ and no return phone calls

We bought a new truck from Courtesy Toyota. They were told not to pull our credit except from Suncoast and or Toyota Finance. They did and we were approved but because they sent in the wrong amounts on my app after we took the truck home all craziness started. I got a phone call stating we need to return the truck (to which they say it was a third party that called me, and no one seems to know who it was) mean while because of their stupidity they ran our credit 26 times trying to get approved for the loan. Due to their wrongdoing. I have tried to get the General manager to contact me there has been no reply and now I have to take them to small claims court. They ruined my credit up to a year. I will not stop until IM satisfied with the results.
