Scam! Scam! Scam!!
My aunt ordered a vehicle from this company in May 2024. She paid $5000. They promised to send the documents via DHL but never did. A few weeks later they told her that they changed the tires and she needed to send $1200 in 2 days, which she did through their Paypal account. They also told her that they changed locations and that is why the process is taking longer. It's now September and they have blocked all communication with her. Please do not give away your hard earned money to these scammers.
Recommendation: DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS! YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR VEHICLE!

This company is a fraud. I’m sorry I didn’t do better research before sending money. They are advertising vehicles and promising shipment that never arrives. Purchased a vehicle almost 6 months ago and when I kept inquiring about the status I was eventually blocked after being given the run around. There is no number to call and no one will return emails.

Please note that we purchased two vehicles from a versioning of this site (same logo used. The website currently being used is https://japancarltd.com/ with the email address [protected]@autocarsjapan.com.
I received an email on March 5th, 2022 stating the following:
Dear International Customers,
We would like to inform you that effective March 5, 2022 we have closed our international office. We are no longer processing payments through the United States of America, and all international accounts has been closed. Due to economical changes between Japan and the USA, we have ended our financial relationship with the USA and the US banks. Our account is currently closed therefore no payments/refund will be processed as the account is invalid. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Payments will be made to our Japan account only for future transactions. Thanks for your understanding.

After this email I have not been able to get an answer from Japan on the whereabouts of the vehicle. The X1 was paid for since December 2021.

I was scammed on the purchase of a car.
I purchased a Toyota chr 2020 model in august 2021, paid in full. And email was sent that the vehicle was sent via a container, however every month the expected arrival day keeps changing. In their last email to me the said that they had an outbreak of covid cases and all offices are closed, yet they keep advertising vehicles. The blocked me from their page and stopped replying to my emails. I was sent a phone number, i tried calling it, but it keeps saying to check the number.
Desired outcome: I would like to have a refund of my money.

6 mths after paying still no vehicle
My name is Catherine Hinds of Barbados. On Feb 18 l paid $5000US to a/c # [protected] ID [protected] and $4500 on March 03 same acc for a 2019 Honda crv l have not received the vehicle.
The initial delivery date was April and then May 18. On May 12 l paid $1200 extra, the vehicle was suppose to ship by container

I hereby to make a complaint about this company, I purchased a Honda Vezel 2016 on August 20, 2020. I paid USD 8750, in full amount and they Promise To ship to Georgetown. It's been over two weeks now since I lost communication with them, they block me from social media. I keep emailing them but no response to it. Also they said they are in quarantine. theft defrauding of vehicle purchase
I am requesting a refund from this company. They advertised a 2018 Nissan Xtrail for sale which i expressed interest in and after I paid for the vehicle the cut off all communications with me. They kept promising to ship the vehicle and then block me from all of the communications channels. I made two payments to these individuals is there an avenue that can be used to pursue them?
They are a fraud company
I would have purchased a Mazda CX5 from the company stated above since August 23 2023 and I would have made another payment on the 21st September 2023. To this date I haven't received the vehicle. It was supposed to be here in Guyana on the 25th of October 2023. The company refused to respond to my email or my messages on Facebook.
I own a honda insight car. Engine lubricant that has recently been drained is reduced without any leaks. From an industrial point of view, it is a manufacturing defect. It happened in 2012 for Insight, GP1 and GP2. Is there an alternative to resolve this?
