I bought a car from this place in 2020
I bought a car from this place in 2020. I still ain't got my registration that they were supposed to give me. I been calling every week and they keep giving me the runaround. I'm driving without proper papers and they ain't responding at all.
I went to Russel Westbrook Alfa Romeo and got scammed with their sneaky loan tactics
I went to Russel Westbrook Alfa Romeo and got scammed with their sneaky loan tactics. I gave them $15000 upfront for a $37000 ride. They tricked me into signing off on extra fees, like a whopping $10000 for financing. And to top it off, they made me sign a no-cancelation agreement, so I can't even return the car, no matter what.
Horrible car buying experience
Horrible car buying experience. I'm disappointed with this dealership and staff. They have poor communication and make countless errors. The reason for my complaint is that I bought a vehicle in October and the odometer reading recorded was wrong. This mistake hasn't been fixed with the *** DMV, so I can't register the car in my new state. My lienholder has tried to contact the dealership multiple times to fix their mistake, but they haven't responded yet.

On 01/31, we collaborated with a dealership to trade in our 2019 Giulia for a 2020 Stelvio with great results
On 01/31, we collaborated with a dealership to trade in our 2019 Giulia for a 2020 Stelvio with great results. They covered our last 2 payments of the Giulia and closed the account. However, they mishandled the DMV paperwork for the traded Giulia, leading to ongoing DMV notices about ownership. Attempts to reach the dealership staff, including Laura, for resolution have been unsuccessful. The lease was through a finance company, with the account under a specific last name.
My 2019 Guilia was bought on 12.31.20
My 2019 Guilia was bought on 12.31.20. At first, I felt uneasy because the online price was falsely advertised. I get taxes and fees, but adding $***+ in dealer extras that I didn't ask for is just plain wrong and misleading. They even put these extras in the contracts as options, but they were already prechecked as if I had made that decision. I clearly said no, even though they told me I couldn't buy the car without this hidden addendum. When I went to pick up the car, they scheduled an appointment for "warranty work" on Jan 6 @0730. I showed up with a list of issues, but they had no idea about the appointment. So, I had to come back on the 15th. It's important to note that I'm a first responder, working 12-hour graveyard shifts and living 40 miles away from this dealership. These issues mentioned in the documents have either continued or gotten worse. The steering, brakes, jerking, power lag, stalling, hood release, and constant tire pressure fluctuations are all problems. And what about the oil? Is it really certified? It feels like a complete neglect of responsibility.
I bought a car in July from this dealership
I bought a car in July from this dealership. I live in Phoenix, Az so I flew to Van Nuys to buy my car from this dealership. The salesman gave me a day pass to cross state lines to buy registration in Az; he said it would be cheaper. When I got to Az, I registered my car. Last month, I got a letter from CA DMV with CA registration for ***. I was shocked when I got this, so I called CA DMV for clarification. They said the dealership actually charged me for CA registration when I bought the car. So I paid for 2 registrations, even though I was told to get my registration in AZ. I've called the dealership 6 times already and everyone is giving me the runaround. I've left lots of messages and voicemails for someone to call me back about this issue. I've asked for managers and no one ever gives me the phone, they even hung up on me. I can't go in person to get this fixed because I live in a different state. I need a full refund for this CA registration, the total amount of ***, because they never mentioned it when I bought the car.
I bought a car from Russell Westbrook and they said it had autopilot, but it doesn't
I bought a car from Russell Westbrook and they said it had autopilot, but it doesn't. I tried to use it after a few days and realized it's not there. I checked again and it's definitely not in the car. I have emails from them saying it has autopilot, which was also advertised on cars.com. I tried to take down the ad two days later, but couldn't. I talked to two managers, one named *** and the other I don't know. I offered to show them that the car doesn't have autopilot, but they didn't want to see. I also spoke to someone named ***. I asked for compensation because they falsely advertised the feature. It costs $***, not including tax. I just want some kind of compensation since I specifically asked about autopilot and was told it's standard.
Yeah, so I was searching for a car, a 2018 Mercedes Benz e400
Yeah, so I was searching for a car, a 2018 Mercedes Benz e400. I went online and found a car on Russell Westbrook Alfa Romeo Maserati Fiat's website. I noticed that the e400 was priced lower than the market value, but after all the extra fees, the price ended up being the same as what other dealers were selling the car for. So, reluctantly, I signed an email agreement. But then I called and talked to my salesman and the sales manager. They assured me that as long as I hadn't taken possession of the car, there wouldn't be any problem and they would cancel the contract. I asked the sales manager to please email me the confirmation, but I never received it. So, I never took possession of the car or any paperwork. I found out about the non-cancellation when I tried to get financing through another dealership and the bank informed them that I had an open loan, which I don't. So, it turns out that Russell Westbrook Alfa Romeo never canceled the loan. I spoke to the finance company and they told me that the first payment for this car will be due on May 14, 2022. I never took possession of the vehicle and it was never shipped to me.
I bought a 2020 Ram 1500 from Russell Westbrook Maserati on 8/19
I bought a 2020 Ram 1500 from Russell Westbrook Maserati on 8/19. The CarFax said no accidents and the dealer said it never had any accidents. But in November , I saw the paint on the driver's door was splitting badly. I took it to the dealer and they took pictures and sent them to Dodge. Dodge said they won't pay because there was "outside interference" and the whole driver's side of the truck had bondo on it. They had a big accident and used bondo to fix it and repaint it, even the tailgate. It was so obvious when I removed the badges, they just taped them and painted around them. I also have pictures showing that they didn't replace all the molding on the driver's side doors after repainting the truck. The estimate to fix it properly is over 8k. I tried to contact the dealer to buy the truck back for a fair price (***) but they refused and kept delaying for 2.5 months. I can't believe they would sell a vehicle that was obviously repaired. I even have photos showing the overspray line from the taped off repair! All I want is for them to buy the truck back for *** (less than market value) and do the right thing.
When we bought our car, we also got an extended warranty that they said we could get a full refund for
When we bought our car, we also got an extended warranty that they said we could get a full refund for. But now, they're not responding and avoiding giving us the refund. We bought the car in June and paid for a $*** extended warranty with our *** card. They told us we could get a refund anytime. We've been asking for the refund, but they're not responding. In September , we talked to *** in the finance department, and he said we would get a refund by check within 5-7 business days. But now it's October, and we still haven't received anything. We called again and spoke to Brandon in the finance department, and he said he made a mistake the first time. He said the refund was sent to the finance company we financed the car with. But we paid off the car in full and didn't finance it. When we bought the car, the dealership asked us to finance it and then pay it off in full when the first payment was due. They weren't ready for a cash deal at that time. We agreed, but it was a big mistake. We paid off the car in full before receiving anything from the finance company. After many months of dealing with them, we finally got the proper payoff and paid it off in full. But then we had to go through a lot of trouble to get the pink slip because the dealership didn't finish the paperwork correctly. We also paid in advance for the warranty on the day we bought the car. But the warranty wasn't included in the finance paperwork, and it's also mentioned in our contract. We paid for it on the day of purchase. They won't return our calls, and we've tried leaving messages for the finance department and manager ***. But we still haven't heard from anyone.
So, my car broke down and I reached out to Russell Westbrook Maserati for help
So, my car broke down and I reached out to Russell Westbrook Maserati for help. They told me to bring it to their service center for inspection. They confirmed that the engine had failed and needed to be replaced. I went through the process with my warranty, which took about a month. I had the car towed to the dealer in November . Once my warranty covered the cost of the new engine and it was installed, I went to pick up the car on December 16.
However, when I got the car, I noticed that the windshield was fogging up from the inside and the interior was wet. Additionally, the leather on the passenger door and dashboard was peeling off as I drove back home from the dealer. I took some pictures and sent them to the dealership, and they assured me that they would fix it since the car was in good condition when I brought it in.
In January 2022, they informed me that they had found an upholstery vendor, but they hadn't done this specific job before. They promised to get back to me once they figured something out. Two different service agents claimed to have spoken with the manager, ***, and said they would update me. However, when I messaged them again a week later through their company messaging, I received no response. I tried reaching out a few more times, but still no response. Unfortunately, due to my busy schedule, I couldn't go to the dealership in person to talk to them.
Finally, today I managed to visit them and spoke to the manager, ***. I showed him the pictures I had sent to the company and the confirmation I received that the issue would be fixed, and I should wait for further instructions. However, he claimed to have no knowledge of it and said that I had waited too long, so they couldn't do anything about it. I have all the conversations with them that clearly state that the service agent spoke to him and I should wait for further instructions from Joe. But he denied having any knowledge of it.
I tried to fix the issue myself, but the upholstery company said it would be very expensive as it required replacing parts. Now, I'm at a loss for what to do next.
I leased an Alfa Romeo Maserati Fiat from Russell Westbrook on 12/9/22
I leased an Alfa Romeo Maserati Fiat from Russell Westbrook on 12/9/22. The salesperson, let's call him ***, was not honest with me. As soon as I started driving the car, I set the GPS navigation to go to "Fed Ex" from my zip code in CA, but it took me all the way to Ohio! Then, when I tried to go to a Target that was just 100 yards away, the navigation told me to go to a location in Maine. I asked ***, the salesperson, why this was happening, and he lied to me, saying it was normal for GPS. He even had the audacity to say, "I don't know how these things work, I don't own one."
Now, after 2 months, the car is completely dead and doesn't work at all. When I got the car, I was promised that if there were any electrical issues, it would be easy to get them fixed without any questions. But I had terrible electrical problems with the car right from the start. I made it very clear to the salesperson that my safety was the most important thing to me, especially after being in a near-death car accident just one week before. I needed a working GPS system, and I was willing to pay more for it and for a dealership that would take care of me and the car. But instead, I got a salesperson who tried to convince me that the broken navigation was working perfectly fine. And when I complained to the dealership, they sent the same salesperson to my house, pretending to be a service technician. He said the car was fine, so they considered it fine.
I never wanted to deal with this dealership again, but now my 2-month-old 2022 car is completely dead. I called *** roadside assistance, and they told me that if I want to tow the non-operational car back to the dealership where I leased it from, I have to pay out of pocket. Alternatively, I can tow it to a closer dealership for free, but they won't provide me with a loaner car for a whole week. Today, I spent 9 hours on the phone just trying to get someone to help me with this lemon. I don't have a car anymore and no way to get around. All I want is a car that actually works.
I got two complaints 'bout the real bad customer service after buyin' a used vehicle from this dealership
I got two complaints 'bout the real bad customer service after buyin' a used vehicle from this dealership. Complaint #1: I bought a 2017 GMC Acadia from 'em, but they didn't bother registerin' it with the DMV 'cause they didn't smog the dang thing before sellin' it to me. Almost a whole month later, they asked me to bring the vehicle in so they can smog it and finish the registration. Now, I live 300 miles away from the dealer, so we agreed that I'd smog it myself and they'd refund me the price. We did our part, got the smog done, reported it to the DMV, and even mailed 'em the receipt for the refund. But guess what? They ain't answerin' our calls, they're all confused 'bout who we need to talk to, they keep transferrin' us to voicemails and then hangin' up on us. They don't even bother returnin' emails. They completely messed up their end of the deal. We still ain't got the registration or the refund. It's been over a month since we bought the vehicle. Complaint #2: When I got the vehicle, the dealer gave me a 4.8% interest rate. But then I refinanced it with a new bank and got a 3.5% interest rate with Coast Hills Credit Union. The credit union told me to get their GAP coverage, so I bought it and they said the dealer would refund me for it. But this dealer keeps messin' with me. They hardly ever answer the phone, they don't return emails, and when they do pick up, they're all confused and don't know who to transfer me to for the refund process. In the past week alone, I've called 'em at least 8 times with no success, and I've sent 'em multiple emails. I ain't made any progress and now they're bein' rude to me when they do answer and givin' me real crappy customer service. Can y'all please help me out?
