The service department is terrible, just like these vehicles
The service department is terrible, just like these vehicles. My mom's jeep was dropped off at 8am for an oil change and tire rotation. It's 6pm and she hasn't heard anything from them. Always choose Lexus!
It's nice to be ignored for 18 months to get the title to my vehicle that was paid off in August
It's nice to be ignored for 18 months to get the title to my vehicle that was paid off in August . The company is all about ripping customers off and stealing from them. I will be contacting an attorney and suing this bogus company.
Typical bait and switch!
Typical bait and switch! On their website yesterday we selected one of three 2019 Dodge Caravan SE Plus available and completed the credit check. This morning called, confirmed availability and even though the price was different "Chad" agreed to honor yesterday's price. Came to the dealership...not one! of the three cars was available! And one that was available in a similar model and same year now was $5,000 more! Dishonorable!
This dealership/repair shop is not good at all
This dealership/repair shop is not good at all. They are not honest and don't know what they are doing. I took my Durango to them because it was having problems with shifting, but they said there was a noise under the hood that needed fixing. There was no noise at all! They charged me over $2000 to fix the non-existent noise, but the shifting issue is still there. I got my car back with the same problem as before. They didn't give me a refund for the unnecessary repair and wanted to replace other parts that they said were causing the shifting issue. These scammers took my money for nothing.
Me and my wife went to this place to fix our car and they tricked us into selling it to them
Me and my wife went to this place to fix our car and they tricked us into selling it to them. They used our warranty to fix the car and made us sign some papers before we knew what was going on. We wanted to stop this bad thing and get our car back, but two days later I was lied to, treated badly, humiliated, and insulted by the people in charge, including the boss at this car dealership. It was so shocking that I couldn't believe what was happening. It's like they don't care about making customers happy anymore. All we wanted was our car back because it means a lot to us.
I got the Gladiator on 11/9 for oil change, tire rotation, and fixin' the windshield washer (it wasn't sprayin' any liquid at all)
I got the Gladiator on 11/9 for oil change, tire rotation, and fixin' the windshield washer (it wasn't sprayin' any liquid at all). Paid $118.42 for the oil part and the tire rotation. The windshield washer was under warranty and Kevin *** the advisor confirmed.
Had to take it back on 11/15 'cause the windshield washer wasn't workin' again. Got a call from Kevin *** askin' what kinda fluid I use; I said whatever's available at the time. Kevin told me that the fix would be billable 'cause I didn't use "Mopar washer fluid".
Didn't feel right, seemed like a scam, so I told him not to fix it, I'll go and get my car. Ain't takin' my Jeeps to this place no more.
This company is like a circus
This company is like a circus. They gave me my car but forgot to give me a copy of my lease agreement. They promised to email it to me, but it's been THREE months and still no agreement. I've been calling and emailing them EVERY day for the past two weeks, but no response. When I call, they transfer me to someone else, hang up on me, or just straight up lie. In my most recent call, the person on the other end said they didn't email me the contract because I said no to marketing emails. Can you believe that? Marketing emails! They're a total joke. And to top it off, the Jeep broke down the very next day after I got it, and they didn't care at all. Even Jeep roadside assistance didn't help. Thankfully, another dealer came to my rescue and took care of everything. Seriously, stay away from this place.
They are so bad!
They are so bad! I brought my wife's new Wrangler because the steering was messed up and they said it would be like $12,000. They said the warranty wouldn't cover it and I should use my insurance. They said it like 10 times before even checking the car. After 2 hours of checking, they confirmed it and said it would cost $12,000 to fix and I should definitely call my insurance. I went to another dealer and got it fixed for free. Warranty covered everything. I talked to other people who had the same problem with them. They are so bad in their service department. I'm gonna tell the ComplaintsBoard.com (they have an F rating) and the local news about their scams. I tried calling the managers 6 times and they won't call back or give me the written estimate. Be smart and run away...don't walk!
This place is a terrible dealer and service department
This place is a terrible dealer and service department. They don't take care of your vehicle during repairs and damage things. They take forever to do anything, and they avoid answering questions honestly. They are very sarcastic and talk down to you. Don't go here. My vehicle has been in several times, once for a smell of refrigerant coming out of the air conditioning system inside the vehicle. They replaced the radiator and said that was the issue. The car had never had fluid added to the radiator in 3 years and never had a leak or burned it off. How is that possible? I took it back because of the smell, and this time they said it was the evaporator in the dash. It took almost 3 weeks to get it back, and it still has the smell. They also damaged the dash and trim in the process. When I approached them about the damage, they said, "Well, it's an older vehicle," and brushed it off. Just look online at their reviews. People don't use them after Fields sold the dealership. It has gone downhill, to put it lightly.
I bought a used car from Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Of Seminole County on 4/4/22
I bought a used car from Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Of Seminole County on 4/4/22. It was a 2014 Ford Flex. When I test drove it, the sales guy, Justin ***, gave me the Carfax report and said that the engine light had been fixed by their service department. He assured me that I didn't need to worry about it. The engine light was off during the test drive.
But after driving 15 miles to take the car home, the light came back on. I took it to Ford for an inspection, and they told me that the car needs a new catalytic converter. The repair will cost $1500, and the part is currently on back order nationwide. Now I can't drive the car as I need to, because it could affect the engine's performance or even cause damage.
I called Justin to let him know, and he said to send him the Ford invoice so he could show it to the used vehicle sales director and see if they could do anything. But since then, both Justin *** and Ventura *** (the used vehicle sales director) have disappeared. They don't answer my calls or text messages. I've bought 3 other vehicles from Jeep dealerships before, and I have to say that Seminole Jeep has been the worst.
I understand that I bought the car "as is," but it's the dealer's responsibility to tell us the true condition of the vehicle. Selling an "as is" car without giving us all the information is like selling based on a lie. I looked at around 10 cars at smaller independent shops before deciding to go with a bigger dealership because I thought they would follow certain guidelines and standards. But I was wrong.
Dealers should disclose everything about an "as is" car so that consumers can make an informed decision. Lying to customers just to make a sale is not the right way to do business. Justin lied to me. If you go to this place, be careful with him. He's only interested in his commission, not his customers.
This was the most disturbing visit to a car dealership I've ever had
This was the most disturbing visit to a car dealership I've ever had. Chad Clingerman from Internet Sales should be fired. We agreed on a tentative price for a 2018 Explorer and I made an appointment to see the vehicle on Saturday, Jan 2nd around 3-4pm. I let him know that I was driving approximately 4 hours from South Sarasota county. Almost an 8-hour round trip. He assured me that the car was in perfect condition. On my way, I texted him to confirm, and he replied saying it was fine. When we arrived at the dealership (I had my brother with me), the car was parked in the used car lot. That was surprising because I thought it would be ready for us. I parked my car next to the Explorer and immediately noticed leaves all over it. There was no effort made to prepare the car. I texted Chad that we were outside looking at the vehicle and noticed significant damage on the hood. He replied, "pictures are good, don't know about the damage, I'll find out." I expected Chad to come out, but he didn't. Instead, a salesman named Diego, who was wearing a name tag that said Mark, came out. I called him Mark, but he corrected me and said his name was Diego. I showed him the hood, and he was shocked. He admitted that he wouldn't buy the car and didn't know what caused the damage. The paint was bubbling and peeling. Chad still didn't come out. We also noticed that the roof rails were broken and just hanging there. Diego, my brother, and I went into the dealership to get an explanation. The sales manager came out of his office and stood behind Chad, who remained seated the entire time. Chad seemed confused and repeated in front of everyone that the car was in perfect condition. He said the pictures were good but admitted that he had never actually seen or touched the vehicle. He still didn't get up from his seat. The sales manager, Mark Chavez, my brother, and I went out to the vehicle. Chad, once again, stayed seated. What a rude, disrespectful, and deceitful person. Mark Chavez repeatedly apologized and said he wouldn't have used the word "immaculate." He described the damage as possible sun damage and said it was the used car manager's responsibility. He told my brother not to touch the hood because it would make the damage worse. He apologized for the long trip and said we should have consulted with a salesperson who would have sent a video or something. Then, Mark Chavez turned his back on us and walked away, leaving us standing by the vehicle with a 4-hour drive back home ahead of us. Later that evening, I received an email from him apologizing again, saying that our experience was not common practice. This was truly the most disturbing visit to a dealership I've ever had. Coming from 4 hours away, we were treated terribly, and the car we were ready to buy had severe hood damage. Chad Clingerman needs to be fired immediately. The only honest person was Diego, who couldn't believe the condition of the car. Chad Clingerman never left his seat! He never got up! He's a coward and a deceitful person. Mark Chavez could have at least offered us something for this disaster. Maybe water for the trip home or some kind of complimentary gesture. Anything to show goodwill. But he just walked away.
Scammers and fradulent dealership
Scammers and fradulent dealership.
I would not recommend buying a car here or using their service center.
Scammers and fradulent dealership.
I have had the worst experience in the past few months with the service department. I had brought in my jeep in December with engine light on and the service advisor Sean proceeded to tell me that the fix was to replace all spark plugs and remove after market catch can and that it would fix the problem. Then I get a call back after agreeing to pay for that since the warranty wouldn't cover it saying that I also needed a O2 Sensor replaced and once again I agreed to have it done. Sean assured me this would fix the problem so I was happy with that even though it was going to cost me $1300 and the jeep is a 2018 JLU with 39,000 miles which it shouldn't need any of them replaced but I was like I need it fixed so I bit the bullet.
Now I pick it up and everything seems fine and I was happy.
But 250 miles later the same check engine light was on and now the jeep barely stays running. I had to have it towed in to service once again. This time I get a call from Sean saying I need to call my insurance company and say I drove through deep water (mind you I live in chicago its February and everything is snow covered and iced). So I ask him why would I call the insurance company to file a false claim when I haven't been anywhere nor has there been any deep water since everything is frozen. He proceeded to tell me well I don't know where you have been (250miles really). I asked to then speak to someone higher up. So he connected me with Colleen. She still proceeded to tell me to file a insurance claim and they could then take care of it. I proceed to tell her I dont want to file a false claim when I didn't drive through water.
I then had to contact *** corporate to get a case started and now the jeeps been in the service center for 2 weeks at this time. *** then proceeded to tell them to tare apart some of the engine and see if water was the cause so the dealer called me telling me that there would be charge for diagnosing the jeep if they found water so I agreed to pay if they found the cause. Well colleen called me back and said they were going to replace under powertrain warranty since there was no evidence of water in the engine. Then proceeds to tell me there's going to be a charge for $660 because my jeep is lifted 2.5in and I was like why. She said thats what we charge when its more complicated to fix something because of a lift. I wasn't very happy with that charge since most jeep wranglers are lifted sometimes from the factory and I didn't have anything over the jeep factory lift of 2.5 so why would I have to pay extra for something that doesn't make the engine harder to replace. I then had to agree to the charge because they wouldn't start the work with out me doing so.
I have now submitted all my receipts to ***. and am seeking reimbursement and the dealer is telling *** the reason for the charge of $660 was because of a oil catch can that I had added aftermarket was in the way. The catch can was removed by the dealer on the first visit because they claimed it was the cause of the spark plug failure and O2 sensor.
I'm not sure how many others have had issues with Fields Jeep but I can definitely tell you the must scam so many others without them even thinking twice because most people dont know what to do when in the dealers hands.
I will never buy another vehicle from Fields Jeep nor will I use them for service.
*** needs to investigate this place for fraud and scams.

I bought a new Ram 1500 Truck for $43,000.00 in cash
I bought a new Ram 1500 Truck for $43,000.00 in cash. But, it hasn't been running properly since it reached 500 miles. The truck keeps showing ERROR codes, making it unsafe to drive. I reached out to the dealership, but they just keep giving me excuses because of COVID-19. They claim they can't schedule an appointment for me. When I bought the vehicle, they mentioned they had loaner vehicles available in case of warranty issues. However, when I informed them about the problems I'm facing, my salesman, Tom ***, said they couldn't provide me with a loaner vehicle. It's frustrating because this truck is practically brand new with only 1,500 miles on it, yet it doesn't even run properly.
I bought a nearly new car (3000 miles) from this company on February 27
I bought a nearly new car (3000 miles) from this company on February 27. They said they changed the oil and inspected the vehicle well. But on April 21, while driving on I-4, the check oil light came on and the car started making strange noises. I had to get it towed to a KIA dealership. They checked it and made a video showing that both the oil filter and the oil drain plug were loose. This caused all the oil to leak out and the engine got ruined. Seminole says it's a warranty problem, but KIA says it's a problem with the workmanship. I'm a disabled Veteran and a First Responder, and now I'm stuck with a nearly $30,000 lawn decoration. Neither company wants to take responsibility.
I bought our truck on 07.23.2022, but it's been a while (08.11.2022) and the trade still ain't paid off
I bought our truck on 07.23.2022, but it's been a while (08.11.2022) and the trade still ain't paid off. According to the law (319.24(5)A), when a car dealer takes ownership of a vehicle with an outstanding lien, they gotta pay off that lien within 10 working days. I called on the tenth day, and Brandon said he made the payment through ***. I called again on Monday, and Brandon said the payment was sent by courier that day. Then I called on Wednesday and talked to Troy, who said, "Your deal was just funded on Monday, and the payoff was 'overnighted' on Tuesday." Well, it's Thursday now, and I got hit with a late fee. Nobody there seems to know what's going on or can answer my questions. I just want my car paid off, my credit fixed, and the late fee taken care of. They had plenty of time to pay off my car, and if they followed the law, I wouldn't have this late fee hassle.

I sold my Jeep to the dealership on July 23rd and they said I'd get my check in 5 days (they said no later than Weds)
I sold my Jeep to the dealership on July 23rd and they said I'd get my check in 5 days (they said no later than Weds). But now, after I signed and gave them my title and Jeep last week, they're saying it'll take a couple more weeks to get my check. I'm stuck with no car, no money, and I found a perfect car today that I wanted to buy. They quoted me a selling price of $10,173, but when I sat down to sign the paperwork, the price on it was an even $10,000. I called 3 times because they said they'd call me by last Wednesday, but they didn't. Today, Jermery said he talked to the finance manager and they're doing all they can. They should've told me this from the start when I agreed to sell the car. I had no idea I'd be without a car for weeks instead of days. Even today, they told me accounting is 2 months behind and couldn't give me a date for when I'll get my check. Very unprofessional! I'll see if any laws are broken.
I took my truck to Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Of Seminole County to get the heater core replaced, which was covered by my warranty
I took my truck to Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Of Seminole County to get the heater core replaced, which was covered by my warranty. My truck ended up staying there for a whole month. When I finally picked it up, I noticed a really loud whistle and howling sound coming through the air vents, whether the A/C was on or off. This noise wasn't there before they took apart my dashboard to fix the heater core. So, I brought the truck back and complained about the sound. Turns out, there's been a bulletin in their computer since 2015 that says they have to remove excess sealant so the silencer pad can lay flat. The service guy never knew about this or checked the bulletin before, and now they want me to pay $1986 to fix it. If they had included it with the heater core repair, my warranty company would have covered it 100%. Now they expect me to foot the bill because the service guy completely missed the bulletin. This noise wasn't happening before they messed with my dashboard and broke the factory seals. This should be the dealership's responsibility, not mine.

I had my car towed to Chrysler, Ram, and Dodge in Sanford, Florida at 750 Towne Center Blvd, Sanford, FL 32771 to fix my starter, and they charged me $690. I've been back and forth to them for two to three days. One day, they told me the car was fixed, but when I got it back from the shop, it was smoking. I called them and told them about the smoking car, so they asked me to bring it back today. I brought it back today, and they told me that there was a hole in the oil and transmission. I disagreed and said I wouldn't pay for it because there was no hole in my oil or transmission. I spoke to the manager, and he refused to fix anything. He gave me back my keys and paperwork. I have proof from another dealer that my oil wasn't leaking. While I was there, another car caught on fire next to mine. I'm asking for your help to get my car back to how it was. Now, after they realized they messed up my car, they want to put me in a new car with a higher payment. I will be there tomorrow at 9 am, and it would be great if someone could be there around 10:30 am at the car place because my car is still there. I bought a car from Mr
I bought a car from Mr. N at CJDR of Seminole in Sanford. At the end of the purchase, he told me that I needed to add the extended warranty, Lo Jack, and gap service to be approved for my loan. After signing the paperwork, the finance company called me a few days later to verify everything. They said I agreed to adding the extras mentioned above. I said yes, I signed for it, but Noah told me I had to get those things to be approved. American Credit, the finance company, told me that was not true and that those extras were not needed to be approved. I was approved without those extras added.
The last time I talked to Noah, I told him I know I don't have to have those things and I want to cancel it. He told me for 5 minutes straight that I couldn't take it off. I have the recording of our phone call. Then, at the end, when I made it clear that I knew he lied, he said I can come in to sign for it to be taken off. But now he's not returning any of my phone calls. He also said he would take my finance away from American Credit and switch it to Drive Time or something like that because he has to take those extras off. I have that on recording too.
Who do I need to contact to get help with this? I have every call recorded, and honestly, he lied on purpose. Is this something I can file a lawsuit for? Because I have the proof in my recordings.
I sold my vehicle to Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Seminole County on August 11th
I sold my vehicle to Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Seminole County on August 11th. We had an agreement that they would settle the outstanding finance with BMO Harris and give me a check for the remaining balance. Initially, they told me I would receive the check within a week. However, they later informed me that they couldn't give me the check until the bank released the title to them. I found this strange since they were the ones handling the finance and had my car in their possession.
I had to make numerous calls to both the dealership and the bank, spending many hours either trying to resolve the issue or being put on hold. Each party blamed the other for the delay, and no one took responsibility or bothered to call me back. Finally, on September 4th, after three and a half weeks, I received my check. It seems there were errors in paying off the balance, but neither company took responsibility for it.
To make matters worse, I recently received a late charge and a final notice to pay from BMO Harris. I immediately informed the dealership about this, but once again, there was no action taken or return phone call. This situation puts my credit history at risk, and despite emphasizing the urgency to the dealership, they have not called me back.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, it could have a negative impact on my credit history. Instead of receiving a refund in finance charges, I have been subjected to unnecessary drama and no resolution. The lack of professionalism displayed by the dealership is highly disappointing.
I bought a used car from Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Of Seminole County on 4/4/22
I bought a used car from Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Of Seminole County on 4/4/22. It was a 2014 Ford Flex and I paid $14999 before taxes. During the test drive, the salesperson, Justin Br, gave me the Carfax report and said that the engine light had been fixed by their service department. He assured me that I didn't need to worry about it. The engine light was off during the test drive. However, after driving 15 miles to bring the car home, the light came back on. I took the car to Ford for an inspection and they told me that I need a new catalytic converter. The repair will cost $1500 and the part is currently on back order nationwide. This means I can't drive the car as needed because it could affect the engine's performance or even damage it. I called Justin to inform him about the issue, but he and Ventura L (the used vehicle sales director) have disappeared. They don't answer my calls or text messages. I have bought 3 other vehicles from Jeep dealerships before, and I must say that Seminole Jeep has been the worst. I understand that I bought the car "as is," but the dealer should have told me the true condition of the vehicle. Selling an "as-is" car without providing all the information is like selling based on a lie. I looked at around 10 cars at smaller independent shops before deciding to go with a bigger dealership because I thought they would follow certain guidelines and standards. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. Dealers should disclose everything about an "as-is" car so that consumers can make an informed decision. Lying to customers just to make a sale is not the right way to do business.
I bought a 2017 Jeep Renegade from this dealership, but after three days, I started having issues with it
I bought a 2017 Jeep Renegade from this dealership, but after three days, I started having issues with it. The car would jerk as if it was going to stop driving, and there were strange things appearing on the dashboard that I couldn't understand. They told me the car had been inspected, but if it had, they would have noticed the jerking before selling it. It's a Land Rover place, so how could they have fully checked a Jeep? They could have taken it to a Jeep dealership since the same company (Lithia Motors Group) owns one. I tried to contact them, but it was really hard to get a response. The salesperson ignored my husband's emails and our calls, so I kept calling until I finally got a response. They told me to bring the car in, and when I did, they said nothing was wrong. I asked how they could say that when their technicians only work on Rovers. The manager had to talk to his manager to figure out what to do. They didn't want to take responsibility for selling a car that wasn't properly inspected. It's like they thought it didn't matter because it was a Land Rover dealership. After repeatedly expressing my concerns, they offered to send me to their sister dealership to have it checked by a Jeep technician. They immediately found codes that even the technician hadn't seen before. I had to leave the car there, and the manager told the technician to fix whatever needed fixing. Three days later, I went back to pick up the car, and the technician said he was told by the used car manager, Doug, not to do a specific thing on the car. It was strange because why wouldn't you fix something that could have been the cause of the jerking? I spoke to Doug, and he said it was false. The Jeep technician had no reason to lie to me because they were going to be paid anyway. My car still isn't fixed.
In March, I brought my white 2019 RAM pickup truck to Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Of Seminole County for warranty repairs
In March, I brought my white 2019 RAM pickup truck to Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Of Seminole County for warranty repairs. I needed to replace a failing chrome trim on the exterior and a sticking glove box. My advisor, Jonathan F, said he would order the parts once the claim was approved by RAM. A week later, I followed up and learned that the glove compartment was on back order, but the other parts were available. Jonathan suggested waiting until the glove compartment arrived to replace everything at once, and I agreed.
I waited for updates but didn't receive any communication, so in early June, I called Jonathan to check the status. He informed me that my case had been forgotten, and I was never notified when the part arrived. However, he assured me that the parts were in. I scheduled an appointment with Jonathan for Tuesday, June 7, but since I'm currently disabled and unable to drive, my wife brought the truck in instead.
When she arrived, she was told that there were no parts for the truck, and Jonathan was on vacation. My wife informed me of this situation, so I called the advisor who was assisting her, "Tyler." He was rude and unapologetic, claiming to be a manager when he was actually an advisor (according to the company's website). I requested to speak to the service director or bring a manager online, but Tyler insisted he was the manager. We agreed that he would obtain approval from Chrysler once again and order the parts.
Later that week, I called Tyler to inquire about the status, and he said that Chrysler had approved the work and the parts had been ordered. Another week passed, and I called Jonathan (my original advisor) four times, leaving messages each time, to find out the status of the parts and schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, he never returned my calls. Frustrated, I called the main switchboard to speak to a service manager named Tom. After a long wait, I was informed that he was unavailable. The girl who answered was kind enough to take my message and said she would forward it to him. However, I never received a phone call in response.
I bought 4 tires from Fields
I bought 4 tires from Fields. I had to return 3 more times because of tire issues. I asked for a refund or replacement for the damaged rims. This dealership was terrible. Within 4 weeks, I had to go back 4 times. Why? Because I bought a set of tires. When I picked up my truck, I saw that my rims were covered in black grease. I told the service technician, who wiped them off with a rag. After wiping them, I noticed that the rims were scratched by the machine used to put the tires on. The manager said they had to send the truck out to get the rims fixed, so I had to bring it back. I drove off the lot and got on the highway, but my truck started shaking violently, like the tires weren't balanced. I immediately called the service technician to let him know. I had to turn around and bring the truck back because it was unsafe to drive. They looked at the tires and found that the rear driver tire was defective. They claimed they checked all the tires, and that was the only defective one. They even took my truck on a 33-mile test drive. I picked up the truck, left the lot, and still felt the vibration from the wheels. A few days later, I had to take the truck back to get the rims fixed. After leaving the lot with the so-called repaired rims, the truck started shaking again. I called the dealer and had to bring the truck back once more. This time, they took off the tires and said the rear passenger tire was defective. They changed it and, in the process, scratched my rims again. Now I have to be without a truck while they fix my rims. And when they supposedly repaired my rims, they looked like someone tried to fix chrome with paint. On top of all that, the service manager had an attitude with me because I wanted my money back or new rims. No empathy at all. My truck doesn't ride the same since I got the tires, and my rims will never be the same. This has been the worst tire-buying experience of my life.
