I got a jeep from Titan Auto Group, LLC and I really liked it. It was easy to buy, but they tricked me into getting a used car warranty that they said was free, but it actually cost $2500. They just want to save money. They had my jeep for almost a month and replaced the back differential once and the front twice. But less than a month later, it sounds terrible. I took it to Aamaco and they said my front differential is almost broken and looks like a junkyard part. Titan won't fix it until I break down so the warranty will work. Be careful when you buy from them. Titan said they fixed my heater, but the glue they used melted because they didn't really try to fix it. They just glued the door to blow hot air. The loaner cars we used all had problems and mold. I talked to the warranty company and they said I should get my money back for the warranty because the dealership is responsible for fixing existing problems.

Bought a car from Titan Auto Group, LLC and they didn't tell us it had some damage. We told them we want to give it back, but they said no. So we stopped the payment on the check we used to buy it.

I bought a 2002 jeep liberty from Titan Auto Group, LLC on 5/26. But, the next day, I had to go back to the carlot because the dealer lied about the vehicle. I took it to my mechanic, and he told me that the dealer knew it was a bad motor when he sold it to me. The cost of the repair is more than the total cost of the 2002 vehicle. The dealer said he couldn't do anything for me. I feel like I was lied to.

I bought a 2013 *** Outlander Sport from Titan Auto Group, LLC on 2/12 for $6,374.50. But, it turned out to be a bad deal as the car was not reliable. I returned it within 24 hours, but they refused to give me my money back. I explained to them that I needed a reliable car as my fiance has cancer and I take him to ohsu for his radiation treatment. But, they didn't care and only offered me $5000 for trade-in. They won't even trade me anything straight across and want me to spend more money which I don't have. I'm really disappointed with their service and regret buying a car from them.

We got a car from Titan Auto Group, LLC in October. It was good at first, but then it started overheating a month and a week later. We took it to them, but they said it was fine. We took it home, and it overheated again before we got there. We took it back, and they said their mechanic checked it and it was okay. We took it home, and it overheated again. They told us to take it to the *** dealership for a recall. We did, and it needs a new engine because there's scrap metal in it. The repairs cost a lot, and they won't fix it. They say we did something to it. They shouldn't be in business if they're going to scam people like this.

I got a car from Titan Auto on May 21 for $3,800. The sales guy, John, said he'd fill it up with gas, but JD took over and didn't do it. When I got it, I filled it up myself and it took a while to start. Some warning lights came on too. John said he'd help me out for cheap and asked me to bring it in. When I picked it up, he said he didn't know what was wrong and that he'd call me back. Today, June 2, JD said they wouldn't help and I'd have to pay for repairs. They didn't tell me about the problems before I bought it.

Me and my partner went to Titan Auto, LLC on 1/11 to buy a car. We met JD and bought a 1999 *** Prizm in Red. JD promised to fix the front inside driver door handle for free. He said he would order the part and contact us in a few days to schedule the installation. But after 2 weeks, we heard nothing. We called their service/ordering department and they said they never ordered the part. They said they would order it right away, but again, we heard nothing. We called again and they said the part was stuck in Las Vegas, but they never told us. They said the part would arrive by 14th or 15th Feb. 2021. We waited until the 16th to call them and they said they got the part, but they wouldn't install it for free. They said it was an "as-is" sale. We went to Titan Auto, LLC on Feb. 16th, 2021 and talked to JD. He said the service department could do it, but they couldn't make it work. So now we have a car with no driver side inside door handle, which is dangerous. They made promises, but didn't keep them and didn't give us any customer service.
