I am giving two stars due to my recent experience with customer service at Courts Tampines. When I first called the hotline, the representative was very patient and attentive. He listened to my request to get a shorter delivery window, as I believed all schedules were pre-set for the day. However, after waiting for over an hour, the delivery person did not call us.

I called again and spoke with a lady named Norain. Although I admit I was impatient and raised my voice, I was frustrated that she did not listen to my concerns and repeatedly provided the same information while I was speaking.

I understand that my behavior could have been better, but I expect customer service representatives to be more attentive and responsive. Norain's approach was disappointing, and I believe she could learn from the first representative I spoke with, who handled the situation much better.

It's great to hear that your first interaction with the hotline representative was positive. They were patient and attentive, which is exactly what good customer service should be. However, it's understandable that the frustration grew after waiting for over an hour without any contact from the delivery person.
