I purchased a smartphone from their online store, saw that they have stock and on discount, so I decided to buy it. My 4-year old smartphone has been having battery issues and just got much worse recently, so I bought this to replace that old smartphone. Chose economy delivery option, which promised me the items will be delivered within 5 business days. There was no email sent to confirm the delivery and none of their representatives contacted me to inform the delivery date, so I checked the delivery tracking in their website. Saw the date, and the status was "Ready to pickup". Guess what? On the day it was supposed to be delivered, I tracked the order through the website, and it was rescheduled? What's worse is that it was rescheduled twice to a different date in the span of a few hours. I came to their physical store to ask, and one of their guys told me to call the hotline, which I did, but they say they will need to check with the online team, and so I waited. The next day, the same guy from the phone call actually called me, but he said he had informed the online team, bu he had no idea of what's going on with my case, so he told me to wait for the online team's reply. The online team did reply, but they did not address any of my concern, only saying that they are sorry that it took longer than expected, and that's it. Dude I don't need you to tell me that it took longer than expected, I know it already... Again, I waited, but no email was sent to confirm the deliveey date. Then 1 day before the supposed delivery date after the one sided reschedule, I checked the website, and then suddenly they "rescheduled" my delivery, but this time they did not put a date? On the same day in the afternoon, they updated it, but this time they added a new item, same smartphone model, but different color, withoyt even asking for my consent. I honestly don't know what they are doing, dude it's a freaking COURTS, which I would say quite established, not amateurs. But this experience totally set me off, they do look like amateurs and not professional at all.
Claimed loss: Large incovenience, waited at home on the day of delivery just to find out it's rescheduled
Desired outcome: Compensation with order delivered ASAP, or full refund and a good apology
