Purchased LG 3.1.2 CH Soundbar Dolby Atmos latest model at that time of purchase in 15 May 2022 along with the associated extended warranty 1 + 4Y from courts.
The sound bar fails to maintain a selected sound setting, happens intermittently.
Went to repair on 27-04-2023 and was return. After few months the same issue rises.
Courts vendor picked up product on 13-11-2023 , this time thier test result was showing nothing unusual and Courts ask me to pag $70 to return the product without having done anything.
I feel insulted that Courts trying to imply me being dishonest and punish me.
Courts unsenibly suggest to me to send the product to LG service centre for another check with $135 price tag, which Courts expect me to pay upfront.
How different and better is LG service centre from the first Courts service centre.
Sadlly being a courts fan holding a membership enjoyed good deals and done multiple purchase...first time i really feel very disappointed they way Customer service replies the email.
Customer service refuse to listen and empathise customer views and very unproffessional.
If courts unable to fix the sound fault. This will be my last purchase with Courts.
Desired outcome: get it fixed.i am not lying about the sound problem.
