Good day,
I would like to address this quality issues on this sofa which I have purchased this year.
I have actually spoke to Officer Katherine on 12 September with some photos attached via this whats app number 8413 2478 and didn't get any reply from the respective department. I have again dropped another message on 20 September but still no updates and response from them. (This is definitely so disappointing when your customer is seeking for help and assistance and yet hear nothing)
This 3 -seater sofa set (Farrah} was purchased on 27 Dec 2022 and was delivered in January 2023 this year. I couldn't believe the quality of the sofa can be the worst piece I have ever had.
We got this from Causeway point Courts. I was told by the salesman, the cushion cover is removable and some soft cleaning will be fine.
When it first came and used less than a month, I start to see the surface with some tiny wool fabric are coming off. Then the black fabric near the velcro are peeling with the tearing off signs and the surface of the grey fabric has lots of wool coming off from the grey fabric. They are so rough and uncomfortable with all these peelings and dropping of wools around. Fabric materials and quality are so lousy.. (please refer to the pictures attached for reference)
We were not being advised on the product what are the important details we should take note on or what should not be applied.
This is really Nightmare. WE cannot imagine got to live with this sofa especially is newly bought and I don't think anyone can actually accept this kind of quality overall. We wouldn’t want to keep this sofa any longer.
We always trusted Courts as one of our best choices but this incident has resulted a very unpleasant experience with Courts which really upset our family a lot.

Good day,
I'm am writing in again for not hearing any reply for the solutions and no follow up thereafter. No one has stretched out to assist the current issues. Is a very upsetting experience.
My Farah sofa conditions are getting more serious. I will be sending some pictures. The black torn areas seemed like paper tearing and the cushion are also tearing now. They are falling off and that will trap dust is so unbearable.
Is affecting everyone in the family..
Why is the procedure taking so long from Courts Singapore.
I do not want to keep this sofa anymore. I would prefer to have this model change to other model.
Because this problems will come back again.
Please look at all the pictures I send including the first email.
Kindly respond as soon as possible so that we can move on to a better solution.
