paying on line
I've been a member for years, [protected], and on my bill, it says I can pay on line. I've just spend 30 minutes trying to do that, but can't get it done! I tried to sign in, but it wouldn't let me, but it wouldn't let me set up an e-mail and password. It seemed like I would have to ‘renew my membership' to be able to do anything! So much for being able to pay on line! Such crap!
sent email to cancel a duplicate purchase.
Hello,
I sent an email weeks ago to cancel 1 of the books that I had ordered in error. Well today I received 2 of the same books. I hope your return policy is better than trying to email customer service to cancel a duplicate order. I emailed you all with this order number CRF82345053 and my account number [protected], asking to please cancel before it ships. Since it was a pre-order item I thought it wouldn't be a problem. I guess it was a problem, since today like I said earlier, I received 2 of the same book. I'm hoping I can find a link on the website to be able to print a return label so I can return one of the books. Thank you so very much for allowing me to write this complaint.
Log in invalid, no address on website for contact
What kind of a company doesn't even provide a valid address on it's website? What company website won't let you log in even after speaking on the phone to a representative the day before? Oh, yeah, Crafter's Choice. I'm tired of going round and round with this company and all I get for a company contact is an e-mail box that doesn't work either. I spoke to a representative yesterday, Oct.15, 2015. who gave me yet another password that doesn't work. I've been a member of this club for about 10 years and am thoroughly disgusted with their lack of service. All I want to do at this point is CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP

Dun letters for payment of returned books
Note: Crafter's Choice has second mailing address: P.O. Box 6348; Harlan, IA; [protected]
Beginning 6/2013 several requests sent to company to cancel long standing membership. Notes attached to monthly book notices; notes attached to returned books; and correspondence received by me from the company which I returned with notes. All requesting cancellation. On 10/10/2013 finally found e-mail for their customer service. Sent e-mail explaining I had been requesting cancellation of membership. Asked membership be cancelled immediately. Advised I had received books a few days previous and they would be returned that day (10/10/2013). Gave my name and the numbers listed on the invoice. The original invoice was returned with the books and a note that membership had been cancelled.
On 10/16/2013 received e-mail from Ocsha Jones in Customer Service who basically told me they could not help because they could not find my account. She asked that I send more information, i.e. account number and club name. (Didn't the invoice, and all other correspondence I returned include the club name, my club account number (9 digits) and my name. If not what did they include?) Also, apparently Ms. Jones could not track the numbers I provided from the invoice nor find me in their computer system.
I sent a return reply listing my name and any variation I could think of; my mailing address, and that the name of the club was Crafter's Choice (maybe the employees don't know for whom they work). Also said I found it odd they could not locate me with all the correspondence I had had back and forth with them.
On 10/17/2013 received an e-mail from Krystle Anger in Customer Service (listing my account number which was 21 digits, not 9) who acknowledged the cancellation request had been received and she cancelled the Book Automatic Shipment Membership. She said my account would be converted to a special Member's Choice Plan. I responded to her saying "Thanks, but no thanks.
On 10/26/2013 received e-mail from Jenelle Sapienza in Customer Service acknowledging I did not wish to participate in the Member's Choice Plan and she said they cancelled my account as of that day. (My account should have been cancelled in June 2013) She also said to disregard any other mailing I received.
12/5/2013 received a "past due" notice for payment of the books that were returned to Crafter's Choice on 10/10/2013. (I noted the account number listed on the past due notice did not correspond with either the account number on the book invoice noted under 10/10/2013 above or the number referenced by Jenelle Sapienza as my account number). I sent a letter to the Customer Service Manager at the Rantoul, Il address (from which the past due notice had been sent) with a copy to the Manager in Charge at the Harlan, IA address. I explained all as noted above. Attached a copy of all correspondence, including e-mails referenced above. I explained "from the time I originally requested my account be closed" (which was 6/2013) all books received were returned and I owed their company nothing. Additionally I requested notification from the company that the past due notice had been cancelled and my credit record had not been affected.
To date I have received no response.
What I have received, today, is another club mailing and a dunning letter referencing the books I received and returned 10/10/2013. Including 3 Late Fee Charges from 11/26/2013.The letter is from Customer Service at the Rantoul, Il address. No person's name is indicated. The club mailing is from the Harlan, IA address.
I am happy to forward copies of all the above referenced correspondence should you find them necessary.
This company's business practices are abhorrent. How many people have had their credit affected because of the company's greed. I once thought this was an honest company. I will now tell as many people as possible to avoid having contact with Crafter's Choice because of their business practices.

refuse to cancel membership
I have made several attempts to cancel this membership they only increase the amount they deduct from my account, I had no ideal this company was a scam . how do I stop this!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
They are charging me 40 Dollars for an "outstanding fulfillment charge" of $40 just because I canceled my subscription.
I am unable to access my account of which for some reason I have 2. I cannot access the Crafter's Choice website either. It shows an error with server etc. Is this a hoax? Because I will cancel this if I do not hear from these people immediately. (Online advertising)
Avoid business with this company
Took advantage in 2004 of their buy 1 get 6 free or some such offer. They then offered “buy the books to complete the agreement and get another free. Coupon enclosed.” So I bought all the books under the agreement and ordered the free one. I included the free coupon as instructed.
They sent the books and billed me for the free book as well as the ordered books. I paid for the books I ordered and reminded them that the other book was free via coupon which I had submitted. They never responded other than to keep billing me for the “free” book.
Eventually they turned the billing to collection. For almost five years now, I receive mail and phone calls threatening my credit and demanding payment. No one will listen to anything I have to say. Recently the collection agency RJM Acquisitions Suite 224 575 Underhill Blvd Syosset, NY 11791 Phone: [protected] reported this against my credit.
They will not resolve and tell me to contact Crafters Choice. I did, Crafters Choice says contact RJM who of course has no interest in settling the matter. They do say if I will pay, they can indicate the matter is paid. Although of course late. I do not owe the amount, why should I be extorted this amount of money which by now includes considerable “fees” although still only around $50. It is the principle of the matter. I don’t owe the money.
Do not do business with crafter’s choice! Who by the way, continue to send me “Come Back! We miss you” advertisements.

refuse to cancel memebership
the above company refuses to cancel my membership even thought i have met their obiligations. they keep sending me books i have never order. i have tried to send them back but they say i have already paid for them. what can i do.
I just had the same thing happen to me by making the mistake in ordering one those books and I have been paying for ever since. I have been trying to get out of this book club now going on two years, and they just keep telling me I have to get one more book to fill your contract which I had tried to get out of shortly after I got into as I did not want to belong to. I keep sending them back their books and telling them they would continue getting back as I did not want them. They do not seem to be to smart there or they would get the drift. Thanks for letting me get this off my chest as it has been getting pretty hurtful to think they are so dum.
I to have just had the same problem with them, They refused to cancel my account. I told them I was reporting them to their local BBB and that what they were doing was holding my banking Info hostage. I dont owe them a dime and I needed! my bank Info out of their system asap! customer service is Not something this co. has any of! They should be taken out of Biz!
unordered books
I have recieved five books from the book club that I did not order, the first three books claimed to be free(they are about quilting which I do not do.) The next package contained two sewing books(I do not sew either) the company cannot find my e-mail address or password because I did not order them. I have discussed this with the post office and a police officer and they both agreed that anything that comes in the mail that you did not order becomes your property. I do not know how they obtained my e-mail address or password but the books keep coming. I would like to join the book club, but I have concerned aetbout their practices

I totally agree with you, don't pay them and you don't own them any money. Crafter's choice force you to buy their book that you don't want it and charge your credit card without your premission. How you can trust such book club to keeping your banking information and charge you without any premission?
False statement on credit report
False statement on credit report. I have made several attempts with a company named crafter choice book club that I never received an order placed with them. I'm not in the habit of paying for something I didn't recieve. I will not pay for books that were either misdelivered or stolen from my mail box. I demand this be removed from my credit report.I also plan to contact the attorney generals office and see if there is anything they can assist me with. I have made numerous attempts to clear this matter with crafters choice book club.
I hope other people will think twice before doing business with this book club. since this has happened to me i have heard many complaints from friends and family about book clubs. I will either go on line for information or to my local craft stores in the future.

Rip off
I have been a member of Crafters Choice Book Club for almost 3 years and have been generally happy with the products and service. However I decided for financial reasons I need to cancel my membership. In late September I ordered several 'free' books to redeem my bonus points, and then the next day went into the website to the cancellation section. Within...
