Nugget Ice Maker
Hello,
I have ordered the Nugget Ice Maker (Order ID: ZLV72780) and received an email stating that it was shipped. But the only thing I received was the ice scoop. I have tried contacting them but the email address ([protected]@mail.crazydealse.com) that was supplied does not work. Anything I send keeps coming back as undeliverable.

I purchased a countertop ice maker on 7/7/21. They were quick to pull the funds for the purchase. It's now been two weeks and I have heard nothing from them. I've emailed the contact information listed on the initial sale form but my emails keep getting kicked back as undeliverable. The only form I have shows no method of shipping so I can't even try to trace it that way.
This "company" cheated me out of my money. Ideally I would love to have the item I had hoped to purchase in which they STILL have to make good on their word!
Desired outcome: Ideally the ice maker but will take the refund
They hide their website and make a slight change in the spelling so you can’t find it. Crazydeals.com doesn’t work but crazydealse.com works. You can only access the ice maker site when you click on the pop up advertisement to take you to the page of the ice maker but you won’t find it if you go directly without the popup link. Or you can access it with the link they provided in your email with order confirmation. They are tricky and have ways so you can’t find them or the item. They described all the info of the ice maker on its page before you make the payment but quickly change the icon to show only ice scooper image at checkout page and description has the ice scooper words added at the end of that description section. I assumed that picture represented the nugget ice but literally they cheated with the ice scooper. Hope they don’t win the dispute because of that image/words on their page. I was also a victim of this scam and trying to dispute with PayPal today. Now I’m worry that if they request me to send the I’ve scooper back, I might not see both the money or the scooper. I saw other only got offer $8 back for unhappy purchased. Wish I do a search on this site first before buying to avoid being scam like this. Wish me luck to get my money back.
I had the same problem pay pal even offered to pay the return shipping up to 30 dollars but after i sent it they started telling me that they would not. filed a complaint with better b bureau still ongoing and disputed the charge on my credit card and pay pal got angry that the credit card company was involved. and did not want to talk to me about it anymore. but the credit card company did say that my money would be refunded.
I also have a very expensive ice scoop.

You were not the only one if that makes you feel better. We have an expensive ice scoop also. I would never give them money for anything again.
Why can’t people just get a decent job instead of scamming hard-working people out of their money? There’s a special place in hell for people like this!
Nugget Ice Maker
This is a complaint against Crazydealse.com, spelled with an "E" at the end. I order 2 of the Nugget Ice Makers and received to scoops. I contacted the link at the bottom of the page and it was not a good link. I contacted another email address of [protected]@gmail.com. The advised me the scoops was what I ordered. I sent them a copy of the Order Confirmation showing the Nugget Ice Machines were what I ordered.

The hook was the add indicates you will receive an unopened box filled with items that were never claimed, for $79.95 each. I received the items today and it was not a Basic + Super Mysterious Box filled with items, it was 2 Ultrasound Humidifiers. Ebay sells the items for $15 and Walmart sells them for $17 each. I paid $159.90 for 2 items I could have purchased for $34. By no means was this a box of items, it was only 1 very cheap item each. Remember this is from Crazydealse.com with a different spelling.

Money taken out of bank account and still not received product. Company claims package was shipped but it is unable to be tracked. I am finding out that there are multiple bad reviews and similar situations with other people ordering products from this company and never receiving them. I ordered a solar powered pool skimmer and a automatic robotic pool cleaner but they sent me two robotic mopes, which were not what i expected. No response to my request to cancel order and refund
I ordered two ice makers and a solar ice chest and payed via pay pal. I was advised that site may not be legitimate so I immediately sent an email to the listed email on the site requesting cancellation of orders and a refund. I sent cancellation on the same date before it would be shipped. I am not getting a response from my cancellation email. The order confirmation states that it will be 48 hours before shipment therefore a cancellation should be available. I am afraid they will wait until after this time period to respond if they do at all. Pay pal will not allow me to cancel as the company has already taken the money.

(yeah, what a deal!) but then I checked your reviews and checked your "contact us" to see if you had a phone number but when I saw a gmail address with the name karen, then another with the name charleskaren, I knew I am getting into trouble...

I ordered this product and took a month to receive. When I opened the package what I received was nothing like I was led to believe it would be. A tube of product smaller then a travel tube of toothpaste and an applicator sponge smaller that that. It was advertised by video to remove large areas of scratches. No instructions and misleading and false advertisement .

I also contacted PayPal for inquiry and reimbursement and they refused me, even after sending them a followup email with news of FAKE airbuds being seized at a NY airport.
