I purchased a vehicle through Frank Myers Autosales, It was a 2016 Jeep Patriot. It was the furthest thing from a nice vehicle I've ever purchased. It was in the shop more than it was on the road. They were nice initially in helping me with the vehicle repairs, but that quickly faded, and conveniently as the warranty expired. The vehicle broke down, yet again, and then it was vandalized on the side of the highway within a 2 hour window in which it was on the side of the road. I made many efforts to contact them regarding the late payments, which just became later and later, until they repossessed it, All while the vehicle was in the possession of Frank Myers. They told me countless times, just take it somewhere else, as they didn't want to fix their own vehicle and kept claiming its not under warranty and that they don't repair vandalism. That is fine of course, but a t the same time, I asked for help in delaying payments, as I basically was told they had me covered, in which after waiting 3 months, the vehicle hadn't even been moved from the lot, meaning they made no effort to even diagnose the issues, but upon my own investigation, it was vandalized, everything was stolen from the vehicle, and the catalytic convert which would alone run well over 1000, I'm asking for a little sympathy here as this entire situation has been nothing shy of terrible customer service, and an experience in which I will never consider buying a vehicle from them again. I prefer honest companies, that aren't predatory, and force you into avehicle you're not really that fond of. I see why they wanted it off the lot, probably happened to someone before me as well. I can only imagine. Then, I settled up with you,(credit acceptance) Paid it, Was never provided a receipt or confirmation number, The payment drafted out of my bank account, It was updated on my credit score for roughly a month or two, and now it shows as repossessed an unpaid again, even though I called and settled with the automated phone system that processes payment. I'd like to have this removed, and I'd like the phone calls to stop, as I have no reason to deal with your company anymore, other than for you to honor removing the repossession remark, as you've basically damaged 8 months of credit building and reset me to lower than my initial score.
Claimed loss: 310 for repossession charge on a lemon that should've never been sold.
Desired outcome: Pay additional settlement to delete entirely, or to remove the current status and update it to paid as agreed. Please.
