I have been a customer before and paid regular up until I was taken off of disability and I work with people in different county which they were some workers were nice and some was not but recently I had charge off I paid off years ago and I feel
Like when I applied to credit central in homewood they were biases and denied me when they said past payment history than they said I had a balance and I didn’t but I know they never look at my credit due to I know it wasn’t pull because I would see it on my credit and I don’t . I felt discriminated against and I was try get loan get my medicine

Credit central loan/scam
Con artists. They call and harrass every single person you know, multiple times a day, when you fall on a rough week and can't make a payment. They threaten you, and tell you you have to stop what you're doing, usually WORKING, to come into the office, so they can try and scam you into taking MORE money from them, making it seem like they're giving you free money, when really, they'll start your loan all over again, so that you owe 3 times the amount you were currently owing. It's a Neverending cycle, and, quite frankly, it's CORRUPT. They literally force you to take this pretend money and tell you you don't have to pay that month, and that that's the only way to get caught up. You end up paying these people double, if not more, than the original loan.. making it impossible for anyone to ever pay them off. SCAM.
Desired outcome: Stop the harassment, the threats and the conning of peoples money, so they keep owing thousands more to this company when people today can't even afford to feed their kids!
Chasity McKenzie branch manager
This women name Chasity Mckenzie the branch manager at credit central loan and taxes is as racist as you can get. I had everything they told me to bring and she still tries to throw anything she can find to stop me from this loan that I've already been approved for. I do not recommend anybody to them. She had no public attitude about her at all. She will tell you what you need to bring and when you get there she will find anything she can to prevent you from getting this loan to.
Desired outcome: She should not be able to work with the public bc she is rude, never smiles, and she profiles people bc they aren't like her

I do not recommend this company for a loan. They will call everyone you know if you cant answer your phone. They will call your family, friends, co workers and even your boss. Due to me out from my boyfriend in my own place threw me late cause i had to find somewhere to live plus had accident in my car.Misty call me on the 23 asking whenni was gone pay i told her aug.1 wich is my next pay day .she stated that i come in agree to pay .i dont have. The manager Dana at Credit Central in Savannah Ga is a nasty nasty person and should not be dealing with customers. Once I finish with this loan I will never ever deal with this company and I will not recommend this company to anyone. Dana do not think things happen or situations occur and for her to blantley disrespect me and front of other customers. I will not be happy or at peace until something is done about her nasty nasty attitude and I am sure I am not the only person she been this nasty and disrespectful to.
my loan at credit central in greeneville tn
In April 2018 i was put into the hospital. While I was in the hospital 2 of your employees Bronson and Sabrina at the credit central in greeneville tn found out what hospital i was in. Once they found that out they started harrassing me asking personal questions about why i was in the hospital what was wrong violating the hippa law. During my recovery in the hospital i was getting calls from both of them causing my recovery to be slower due to the stress over them calling. I would have paid my payment but they wouldn't take my debit card over the phone. Instead they told me to give my debit/bank card to someone to take the money out of my account and have them put money (not a money order or check) into an envelope and slide it under the office door with my name on the envelope. I declined due to im not giving anyone my bank card to anyone and i wouldnt hace even gotten a receipt for my payment. When i got out of the hospital 2 months later i stopped paying on my account because i felt my personal info was violated, they violated the hippa law, and when they asked me to give my bank card to someone and asked me to slide money under the door was not professional in anyway. I would like if these 2 employees be fired and my account be deleted or cleared. I dont want to take this to court but i will if i have to. Credit central dont deserve to be sued due to 2 bad employees unless the company dont fix the problem. Thank you

Store moved location wo any word or notice. When tried to call nobody answered after several attempts. When I finally found the place the associates were unfriendly and unfamiliar with your loans and terms.
They were more worried about me renewing my loan than taking my payment and answering me.2 employees were unable to answer my question.
Normally I wouldn't complain but this isn't 1st problem I've had with Credit Central.
I was a regular customer w good payment history and actually paid my loan off early.
This is not a way to gain my repeat business.
invasion of privacy
I want to file a complaint against your company. I have an account with our local office in Fort Payne, Al. I've had a good relationship with them for about 3 years now, until they got this new lady. I got behind on my payment. I was 12 days late. This person came to my house, and told my husband about my account. He is NOT on my loan, and other loan companies I deal with won't even talk to even a family member about my loan. This loan is private, and he didn't know I got one. I'm so mad right now, I'm wanting to consult with my uncle. (Attorney). Thanks, credit central, for blabbing my business to my husband. I had no issue with her coming out to my house. But she should have spoken to me. I'm the loan holder. Invasion of privacy!
harassment, i'll treatment, refusal to let me end my account & stalking
I'm not sure this will be seen by anyone who matters. I got a loan from your company and ever since its been hell. I got my loan from the Cullman Alabama store and Michelle Kelly has harassed me to no end. She has asked numerous personal information and I didn't release it. She asked about my checks, she followed me out side to my motherin laws car for money, she stalked my Facebook. And asked about my baby! That's not all she's gone to the lengths that she's yelled at my family members! I'm angry that this is allowed to happen next time I will record every thing she says and does and a law suit will be filed . That is not how you treat a customer she refused to let me close my account, she's lied to me numerous occasions and I've caught her doing it and she gets an attitude and says I'm stupid and I Heard wrong um no I think not! Justice needs to be served!

I was an employee until Friday when I was let go with no explanation but then I find out that the manager and assistant manager are telling people that I was fired for having numerous right ups when I never got any. Called supervisor he said he would take care of it and I was let go because they couldn't afford to keep me because the office continues to loose money and he wasn't sure why the manager didn't tell me that told her self didn't tell me anything other than leave your keys I don't need you anymore. This is a horrible office they are rude to customer and constantly on their Facebook pages posting stuff during working hours. They are the ones that need to be fired not me no matter the reason...
the employees harassing me and my family
I work rotating 12 hour shifts and get paid every 2 weeks. The rent and lights come out of one check and the other bills come out of the other one. Until recently they have worked with me. But not so much now. I had worked overtime and was suppose to have overtime on my check but i didnt get paid for it. My employer is putting it on my next check. Which the rent and lights came out of this check. Which left me with enough money to put gas in my car to get to work on. So i couldnt pay this months payment on time. I explained everything and told them i could pay 2 payments if i could pay it when i get paid again. They have called 3 and 4 times a day since i tlked to them 2 days ago. I keep telling them ill pay it when i get paid. But i cant always answer the phone because im at work. So they harrass my family to the point that they have asked them not to call them anymore. Now they say we need more refrences. I dont have anymore and to be honest i wouldnt if i did. Because they harrass the refrences just as bad or more than they do me. Please stop all the calling. Leave a message and give us a chance to call back before you go down the list of refrences. I have witnessed this first hand. I have been in the office on several occasions and seen them call someone only to not get a answer they leave a voice mail, hang up and strat calling the refrences trying to get ahold of them. The refrences tell them they are not there or they are at work. They say have them call the office. What do they not care if they make you loose your job because they are calling you at work. Well how they gonna get their money if they make you loose your job. Stop the harrassing phone calls all day long.

collection techniques
My husband and I have been customers of Credit Central for many years. We have fallen on some hard times and have been late with some payments. Of course employees as well as the manager in our town of Gadsden, Al. have called each time. We have expected this and don't have a problem with that. My husband answers their calls and we don't try to dodge their contact. We understand they have a business to run. However this last time the manager called 6/23/2017 and talked to my husband. He told the manager that sometimes things happen you can't control. He then said the power bill and food were higher priorities at the time. She then stated that he had a "bad" attitude because of his priorities. I am not sure if this is your policy when attempting to collect a debt but criticizing ones character is disrespectful in my opinion.

I think her Name is Katrina Taylor not only does she answer the phone in a rudely manner but also tells clients person information and information that goes on inside the job as well. I am not appreciative of my personal information being told to the public about what I owe to credit central. I tried to be respectful about it an get in contact with corporate. She is also taking on personal relationship with customers such as my husband which I think is not a good look for business. I think business should always be conducted in a professional manner. Therefore I will not recommend anyone to go there because the customers information should always be confidential.

Ive spoken to mr.Dixon on the phone trying to arrange a good time to come to the columbia office he works at and on the tenth of December I was supposed to meet with him but my work schedual got changed and I had to work that day.He came to my house with a letter in a envelope knocked on my door looking for me on the tenth I dont tollarate any harrassment.When I did get to his office on the eleventh he was dissrespectfull and insulting.That's enough for me to do buissness elsewhere.
scare tactics
Using scare tactics on past due amount. Offering proof of unemployment not accepted. They refuse partial payments. They visit my home and harass me, harass my neighbors looking for me. They call all of the "references" on my application and harass them and share personal account information with them. They call my employer. They threaten garnishments, retrieval of personal assets and court dates.

Your contract states it does not allow for partial payments, they call you to make contact because you are doing so and you borrower the money. They don't threaten anything as they tell you the next step and follow through. Very important that when taking out a loan that you purchase the insurance products (like accident and health ins, unemployment insurance, property insurance and life insurance) so that it would have paid on your loan. Companies are going to collect what you borrowed, just as if you allowed someone to borrow money from you. Pay your bills.

Upon reviewing my credit report, found Central Credit LLC requesting credit information. We have had no contact with this company and would like to know who and what they are and why they requested information on me.

I took out a loan in December but only way to make payments is by cash, check or mail. Can't pay on-line or by phone. Pain in the butt when all my other bills are paid on-line.
Went in to get a loan and employee was very rude and unhelpful. Wont go back.
