Credit9 SCAM. I received a letter in the mail telling me that I was pre-selected for this offer

SCAM. I received a letter in the mail telling me that I was pre-selected for this offer. I went through the information online, like so many others, and waited to get the initial phone call. When, I finally got the call, I was not treated with respect. They demanded my social security number and insisted that they were just doing a soft pull on my credit. This still shows up. I was uncomfortable providing that information but after a few questions, ended up giving it to them. They took my information and claimed they would call me back within an hour, with an offer. When I asked what type of relief that I was looking at, they could not give me any answers. When I called back to ask about it, they wanted to provide my social security number again. At this point, I was not ok with providing them any more information without receiving some details from their end. I am currently watching all of my accounts and my credit reports to make sure they are not using my social security number for any shady business. This experience was a huge waste of time, left me feeling more than a little used and extremely uncomfortable.

Credit9 Belinda J*** is a fantastic rep for Credit9

Belinda J is a fantastic rep for Credit9. So happy that my account is connected to her. I have spent over 4 hours of phone conversations on 4 different days with Belinda and she is extremely knowledgeable, upbeat (regardless of a sinus infection at the time) and personable and clear on the phone. She is never rushed and gets back with answers immediately. Became a confirmed client today consolidating 3 accounts and Belinda J is the only reason I was comfortable with this kind of move and finally went with Credit9. I WISH THE REST OF THE STAFF WAS AS ACCOMMODATING. In my less than 20 minute conversation with Dante Rowtham (somebody get him a coffee) I asked multiple times to have sentences repeated as he was not clear or personable over the phone. But don't let that single complaint over shadow the bacon of great customer service/client service that is Belinda J. Ill update this review as I go through the service. NOTE: one of my side jobs is to teach guest relations and quality assurance for crew interactions with passengers on cruise lines. (cruise lines are shut down hence the need for Credit9.)

Thank you, Credit 9 from the first time I talked with *** and to *** I was so welcomed, helped, with any questions and received immediate assistance with all of my needs! From the beginning they explained everything what my part was in getting and supplying all the information that they needed! They were kind professional and if I needed them they would call me right back! The loan they offered my husband and I was from the beginning was the same one that we applied for and wanted! Everything was handled professionally and smoothly! I cant thank them enough for helping us get our credit cards all paid off! Into one simple loan for only 3 years! Thank you again, to *** and to *** for helping *** getting back to where our high credit scores should be! Thank you from the bottom and top of our hearts forever!

Credit9 I spoke very briefly with Dorrie K

I spoke very briefly with Dorrie K. and it was the worst I've ever been treated as a customer in any capacity. We scheduled a time to speak, to which she reached out, and she was bombarding me with questions without letting me answer them. When I tried to respond for even a brief moment, she rudely interrupted with another question. She began telling me details about my account, to which I have no clue about. I very nicely tried to inquired to what she was talking about and she just snarled back. I was genuinely asking because I wanted to take notes on the details. She however I wasn't even able to finish asking about it when she interrupted again by saying "I have to get on another call I don't want to help you" and quickly hung up the phone before I could say a word. This type of experience makes one never want to talk about sensitive financial information with strangers. She made the experience a complete nightmare. I hope she doesn't do this to others often. I would never trust a person like that with any advice. I was in complete disbelief that anyone would treat a person like that in general, let alone a customer.

Credit9 I received a mail offer for $38,065 with 0% interest for 12 months

I received a mail offer for $38,065 with 0% interest for 12 months. THIS IS NOT A REAL OFFER. I calculated that with that offer I would be able to payoff all credit cards and even my remaining student loans and save the interest over a full year. In that time I could EASILY pay off the entire loan. However when I called I spoke to Nicole who became my client rep, we spoke about my finances and income, future purchases, etc. She requested personal info to do a soft pull for credit acceptance and scheduled another call the following day 11am. She did not call as scheduled and when I called it went to voicemail. She sent another message the following day saying she's swamped and can we reschedule for Monday. I accepted nut became skeptical. I searched Credit 9 scams and researched them on ComplaintsBoard.com. Nicole contacted via text Monday morning but added Americor/Credit 9 before her signature. I immediately searched Americor and saw the trend of "bait and switch" complaints. They offer you a loan then attempt to "consolidate and restructure" your credit where they pay and you pay them back. Absolutely spineless! I dodged the bullet and refused to schedule the call.

Credit9 This isn't really a lending company, they are more of a middle man

This isn't really a lending company, they are more of a middle man. Commission based call center processing, and no way to see what you qualify for without speaking to someone to enter your information. No way to do a secure web based filling out of the process. Just ask yourself, what type of lender can know whether or not they can give you a loan prior to having any information about you at all? When you call they need to "get your information" in order to figure out what they can do for you. Go on to any major lender's site and you can immediately see the difference. I'm not saying they can't help people, I'm just saying they most likely aren't going to be able to help you in the way that was advertised to you. Think of it as more of a "debt repair clinic" then an actual lender. If you are calling this company instead of the large amount of reputable and known ones, you will most likely being dealing with their "debt relief program", which is basically where you stop paying the credit card companies and pay them a smaller amount to hold as a bargaining chip to get them to settle for a smaller amount. This is not a major debt consolidation loan company.

Credit9 I received a pre-screen reservation # by mail

I received a pre-screen reservation # by mail. I followed through on the website in an effort to see what rate I would qualify for but the site directs you to select a call back by a rep. The rep gets on the line, doesn't greet me or identify himself by name or company and asks me all of the same information I just entered into the website PLUS the more detailed info such as *** and ***. At that point I hesitate...I have gotten no sense of what I may qualify for rate wise or any other information from this person but I am expected to give over my *** and ***. At that point he seems anoyed and tells me that this is typical information when requesting a loan and I can do some research online. Research for what? On the company? On what information is needed for a loan? I feel like based on the info I just gave them and the pre-screen qualifications you should at least be able to give me some sort of range of where I might be assuming all of what I've provided thus far is legitimate. NOPE, nothing. At that point I end the call as I've been provided no sense of security or concern for my personal information and no promotion about the organization and what they may be able to offer. I will not hand over my personal details without some sort of two way communication going on...Thanks but NO!

Credit9 Five years ago, I had rebuilt sufficient funds to consider purchasing my dream

Five years ago, I had rebuilt sufficient funds to consider purchasing my dream. I was able to locate the property and make the move. However, as I began to set in motion the business I had planned to continue there I found myself in debt and without help was not going to recover financially. I came across *** and the Debt Resolution program they offered. I chose to contact them and began the process. Within that plan would be a time when a loan would be necessary to finalize the debt consolidation and move me into the final phase of the program. In July , I was contacted by Credit9 to let me know they would be the loan company to help me with this stage of the process. They contacted me via phone, email, and text. *** was professional and courteous in all of her communications with me. Even, when I had taken more time than I should to read and correspond, she remained the professional and offered nothing but support. The Credit9 process was easy to access and complete all online. Today I am on my way to becoming debt free. Even though that reality is a couple years away, the professionalism shown thus far by Credit9 was so reassuring, and gives me the confidence I will complete this program and reach my desire to be debt free with their help.

Credit9 Called and spoke to a woman with the alias of Carola

Called and spoke to a woman with the alias of Carola. When answered, I heard that I was calling Americore which was really confusing to me because I thought I was calling credit 9. When I asked where am I calling she laughed and said where are you calling, you are calling ***. And laughed again. I let her know that she shouldnt have such an attitude when I was genuinely confused. I asked to speak to a different representative in which she then replied you can call again. When asked to speak to a manager she said I dont have one then caught her self mid sentence and said actually I do. And put me on hold for some time but I then hung up. As if she remembered she is an employee that made me skittish and because of that small error I will now not apply. Her s*** attitude saved me some trouble after looking at reviews and more info on this company. If it really wasnt for her, Im sure I would have applied. So I guess even though my experience was bad, it saved me from a possible scam ? and what I mean by that is that they come off as a tax return letter on top of that after looking at some reviews the offer that they send you in the letter is never the same offer when you call. It is a too good to be true letter. They run your credit. they pair you up with other lenders and give you a modified offer based on your credit. Really sneaky way of in other words yes scamming people..

Credit9 I always thought that the ComplaintsBoard.com logo stood for something!

I always thought that the ComplaintsBoard.com logo stood for something! I saw it on the letter /promotion sent out by Credit9; that was why I did not "check up" on this company initially. As many have reported/complained, they did not call me back as/when promised. I just contacted them, and after further conversation , was made aware of the fact that the "letter/promotion" sent to me was so incomplete & very misleading! I truly thought that I was going to get a "LOAN", so that I could pay off the debts of my choice, with said "Loan"! That is what the letter states in Bold print on the front! ... "You have been pre-qualified for Credit9 family loan for up to $$$$$ " "Once approved, your Credit9 family loan can be used to pay off your credit cards with lower monthly payments at 5.99% APR",,..,then at the bottom it states the 0 % interest for 12 months! NOPE! ...I was just made aware today of the fact that they want to consolidate my debts and charge me to do that! The guy was explaining , during this call (not the last one) that they do not have a "relationship" with *** and could not pay off my debt there. I told him that I did NOT want him to pay my debt, that I wanted the "LOAN" so that I could pay my debts. The more we talked the more I became aware of the fact that he was there ONLY to do debt consolidation and charge me for his services! Rue the day I gave them my information ! & a waste of my time! Why can I not leave NO Stars!?

Credit9 I am choosing the 3 star review based on my skepticism, not due to the professionalism of the exchange so far

I am choosing the 3 star review based on my skepticism, not due to the professionalism of the exchange so far. The associate I spoke with was very kind, not pushy at all, and did precisely what he said he would. As far as the marketing and advertising goes, I do believe that the offer in the mail was deceptive, but all of the debt consolidation companies and credit cards do the same. They all say "pre-approved" and they, almost all of them, structure the graphics of the offer to appear as if it is a check. Although I don't approve of this practice, it is pretty common and you have to use good sense. I do have a problem with the fact that you cannot enter all of your info (social security number) securely online, and that upon calling, you are expected to give your info that you have already entered online AGAIN plus your social security number. This is information that you are giving to a company you are not familiar with so that they can determine what loans are and aren't available to you. I don't like giving people my social security number on the phone unless it is a company with which I have dealt with before (most people don't). Just a suggestion to the company, they should put this functionality on the site to remove potential customers' concerns about the security of their personal information. Once a potential client securely enters their info online, when the associate calls they should already have all of that in front of them and be able to proceed to describe exactly what the program offers and how it is structured.

Credit9 We recieved a Pre-Approved for $35,187 offer Consolidate Line of Credit from Credit9 -Americore

We recieved a Pre-Approved for $35,187 offer Consolidate Line of Credit from Credit9 -Americore. I called the phone number listed and a Representative by the name of Luis Otero of Americor took our application on 4/24, once all the personal information was given to him, he gave us a overview of what our Financial situation looked like. Once all solutions were discussed I told him my husband I need to look over the email he sent us and we would have to discuss it over, if this was a good plan for us. He was pushy and I made it known to him, so we agree that he would call us today, Tuseday, 4/28 @ 2:30 pm. I received a text from him a few minutes ago, on 4/28 in which I texed him back, letting him know that we decided to cancel our application. He responded to me with a text :Quote: Thank you. Congratulations on having paid off our $xx,xxx thousand of revolving interest based long term debt in the last 2 days. 2nd Text: Quote: Now that you have paid off your debts, your credit score will rise. I take these texts an UN-PROFFESSIONAL REMARK. I responsed back with a text, Quote: You can say whever you want, your pitching for a sale. It's not professional of you to make an comments on our decision. All you could say is thank you or say nothing at all. Now we know what type of employees your Company employs. As far as we are concerned our applicaton is Cancel. I will make sure that your Company will not get referred. I will file a complaint with the BBA. Thank you This is what I wrote on their website. I don't think that any Company should make any kind of comment or remarks on a Customer's decision. Credit9-Americore should let their employees know that this is not Professional for any of them to push customers into any type of loan if a customer decided to cancel. Thank you.

Credit9 My husband and I had two beautiful and most loved German Shepherds

My husband and I had two beautiful and most loved German Shepherds. My baby was entirely black with gorgeous large *** eyes and was 9 yrs old... *** had 28 seizures within the 1 yr and 1 month period of time until I was forced to have him put to sleep because on the early morning of Jan 4, 2022.I had to GIVE HIM TO *** because he had 1 seizure after another and we could NOT STOP HIM FROM having seizures. IT WAS ONE OF THE WORST THINGS THAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFETIME. And I am 72 yrs old.AND . my husband's dog was only 4 yrs old and looked just like *** he had spinal issues along with a bone spur growing on his neck bone, which caused him to NOT be able to turn his neck back and forth or up and down.HE PASSED AWAY BY NATURAL CAUSES IN THE BACKYARD BY TOTALLY COLLAPSING.We had extremely costly bills each mo to pay for our babies' medicines with a schedule that was a 24/7 of applications dedicated to our boys.!THIS LASTED 1 yr and 1mo.One yr ago Nov of 2021 was when our NIGHTMARE BEGAN...UNFORTUNATELY! this caused us to NOT have enough $$ to pay 2 of our bills. As difficult as it was we had a very important decision of which was MORE INPORTANT?!?!To buy the medicines that *** and Apollo needed or to take the $ due to pay 2 of our creditors.I even had a health issue and STILL DO which forced me to change Health Ins's in order to supply the medicines that our precious boys needed! Thanks to CREDIT 9... they HAD THE ANSWER TO OUR DESPERATE PROBLEM?.To APPLY WITH THEM FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE!THANK YOU, CREDIT 9.FOR THE ANSWER TO OUR HORRIBLE, SO VERY SAD AND UPSETTING SITUATION...OUR BELOVED BOYS BOTH PASSED AWAY 11 DAYS APART IN JAN, 2022...*** PASSED AWAY ON JAN 4, 2022 And, APOLLO PASSED AWAY 11days later, on JAN 15, 2022. Credit9 The ComplaintsBoard.com wants us to report scams to them

The ComplaintsBoard.com wants us to report scams to them. Well I'm reporting one right now on their website. This company is scamming the ComplaintsBoard.com with all of these bogus reviews. 90% of these reviews are written by the same person. I have read every review for this company. You can definitely tell that the person writing these bogus reviews doesn't read many reviews themselves. If you read through just some of these bogus reviews you can see many different patterns, Same words being used, same phrases being used. I've never read so many reviews that were written in complete sentences and just about every word is spelled correctly with virtually no typo's. Just about all praising this company. No legitimate reviews you read do this in the same way with a lot of the same words and phrases being used by supposedly different people. If you want to read some of the real reviews with only a couple fake ones mixed in, start reading from the beginning of 2019 where most are 1 star reviews through 2020 until they really started pouring on the bogus reviews. I will also tell you that the person replying to the reviews is the same person writing the reviews. Again, it's not that hard to see all of the similarities. Another big tip-off is in the past year and a half there are from ***, 5 star reviews written almost everyday, I'd say averaging around 7 or 8 a day. I have read a lot of reviews and have never seen so many reviews in such a short amount of time, let alone 95% of them being 5 star. no company I have seen even comes close to averaging 7 or 8, 5 star reviews just about every single day of the year. Especially after a year and a half of mostly 1 star reviews where most reviewers are calling the company a scam, bait and switch is used multiple times, along with very little about this company including their website being easily found. *** reviews is total c*** I would bet good money they haven't even written *** loans in a year. And if they did, I guess they all left a 5 star review.

Credit9 My review is based on 3 years of dealing with Americor and Credit 9

My review is based on 3 years of dealing with Americor and Credit 9. First, let me say that the tactics and interest rates provided by both over the top and secretly, far more of a trap then you realize. In the long run, you may end up paying equal to, if not more then your actual debt and your credit score will definitely be destroyed for 2-3 years... maybe closer to 4. I started with Americor's plan with the option after a period of time qualify for Credit 9's line of credit program. Here's the catch. When you sign up to Americor, they immediately have you stop paying all your credit cards and instead, start building up cash for settlements in an Americor account. Be aware, that while you are doing this, you will get contacted by your creditors which, you can have stopped. Eventually, some of those CC company will start litigation. At that point, you're basically on your own. Americor do not have Atty's on hand and any paperwork that needs to get filed in response will be out of your pocket. Additionally, "settlements" negotiated by Americor are done so with a fee charged to by Americor. The fee is based on a percentage of the amount negotiated regardless of the amount of work they actually do. So if they settle a 10K CC at 6K and all they did was send a single letter to offer that amount, they will CHARGE YOU A FEE through your settlement account at certain percentage. I think it's 5 or 10%. This is why they LOVE large debt. If their fee is 5% and they settle a 30K loan at 15K, they just made $750 settling that 1 CC. It could be more then that... I'd have to go back into my records and look. Second. Not paying CC's through this program may/will force litigation. When that happens, it's usually around the time that ... ding... credit9's line of credit becomes available. It sounds nice but the interest rate is oh... 22%. But guess what, now that you have the CC companies suing you; you either suffer through that on your own with little to no help or, you accept the 22% with no way to refi through Credit9. What's worse is that credit9's support team are either rude or sound careless. It would appear, based on my own experience that you are only money to them and nothing else. After all of my experiences, I would say that I would never chose this option again unless it was my absolutely last resort. And I would NOT chose them. I suggest you spend some time to find a better program with a better history at treating customers well and have all the resources needed to truly help you.

Credit9 Absolute bait and switch scam

Absolute bait and switch scam. Here's how it goes. You get a bait mailer promising amazing consolidation terms. It uses the "term "pre-approved", which does NOT mean the same as pre--qualified. You go to the website and hit a screen where it says if you proceed you are accepting automated calls txts etc. so they get you to call. I reached them after hours and did not leave a message and got multiple inbound telemarketing calls inresponse to my "missed call", the first stage of a slimy sell. Then you get connected to someone at a different company (Americorp or something), which should be your 2nd red flag. This person tells you how qualified they are and builds trust then goes out to underwriting after your premission for a "soft" credit pull (which other lenders CAN see by the way, even if it doesnt lower your score technically. Now the switch. They spew all kinds of terms that a huge portion of people probably get lost in. Those that don't, they claim that because of your credit "utilization" in one form or another, that yo do not qualify for anything resembling the loan you inquired about. They mis-state facts and if you correct them on one point they will hit you on another. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT SELLING YOU IS DEBT "RELIEF", and if you care about your credit you won't go down this road. Now here's their game: They know that virtually every person calling is going to violate their "consolidation loan" parameters in one way or another, thus this whole thing is a charade to see how many people they can get to go to their real profit center of deb RELIEF, where they negotiate your current debt and the unpaid difference is charged to your credit report, by either tricking them, or taking advantage of their disappointment, or ignorance. I was told to get my credit cards under 30% utilization to qualify. Are you kidding me? Why would I need their service if I was under 30% utilization? Comical. We have top tier credit, own our home and 4 investment properties, and have a solid income and work history. We are dream borrowers for a personal loan, and the $50k card getting run up was due to a one time event in our life, which they can see by our profile. They will reply with some creative nonsense here, but the truth is above and you've been warned. The 5 star reviews are likely mostly shills and THERE IS A REASON ALL THE ONE STAR REVIEWS SOUND ALIKE. LOOK ELSEWHERE, THE RESEARCH IS EASY ENOUGH ONLINE. Wish I had listened to my gut, but that 12 months at 0% was the ultimate BAIT in this BAIT AND SWITCH. They don't intend to actually give that out, albeit to a token few to avoid fraud convictions. Do not be fooled by their misleading A+ ComplaintsBoard.com rating!

Credit9 I received a financial offer stating I was preapproved for a $45,000 consolidation loan

I received a financial offer stating I was preapproved for a $45,000 consolidation loan. It would have been terrific had it been an actual loan. No where on the flyer does it state that if not approved for the loan, then the option is for them to become a credit counseling solution for my debt. It's a bait and switch tactic and they need to be stopped.

i responded to a flyer about a loan consolidation that was preapproved. after all information was given, justin b*** gave me an offer for a loan. i asked a lot of questions and what he said was very misleading. it was bait and switch. it turns out it is not a consolidation loan but a debt settlement. he said that he would do a soft credit check that would not affect my crdeit score before making this offer. when he told me my credit cards would be closed is when i started asking more question after getting an email from him. i explained to him i am not looking for debt settlement, only what the flyer offered a consolidation loan. i asked him if he contacted any of creditors to make this offer of settlement, he said no. so i wanted to know more info. after getting the run arround i told him no thanks to settlement. i am concerned because he may have contacted my creditors to make this offer. i want all info he got discarded and no history in my crdit file.

I received a letter in the mail saying I was PRE APPROVED for 14k debt consolidation loan, upon calling the company, after they ran my already fragile credit, I was told that because I have a SECURED loan (car) with my credit union that they could not help me. Everyone who has a car loan is secured! As a new military widow, I find this disgusting as they told me after they took my car loan out I no longer qualified.

On January 19, I started to complete an offer that I received in the mail. However, the computer interface seemed to give me issues. I just decided not to go further. Later that evening I had a customer service representative call me. This representative identified herself as Rene with a telephone number. She became pushy and was kind of rude. I asked to speak with someone else. She then hung up the phone. I called back and a voice mail picked up, so I hung up the phone. I then received a call from Rene who proceeded to lecture me about screaming at her. I told her that I wanted someone else to contact me. She muttered something while addressing me by my first name without any respect at all. She spoke to me as if I were a child. She then hung up the phone. In other words, she wanted to have her say. I was not to say anything.

I signed up with *** Financial for debt relief help in March and as part of that agreement I would be eligible for a line of credit after 12 months through Credit 9. Since March I have been attempting to access this line of credit and have been told that funds are not available due to Covid-19. No other explanation has been offered or a time line given. It is significantly harming my credit and causing serious problems with my financial needs.

I received a document in the mail from Credit9 saying they would give out loans. I went through the process, asking if they are a debt consolation firm. I spoke with Tony, and he would not answer me until he reviewed my "case" with me. Nowhere no the document does it say anything other than it is for a loan. Turns out it IS a debt consolation loan. I hung up and immediately sent this complaint form

Credit9 Credit9 sent out a mailer stating that you are pre-approved for a loan at a substantially lower interest rate then your current consumer debt

Credit9 sent out a mailer stating that you are pre-approved for a loan at a substantially lower interest rate then your current consumer debt. After they take your information, they finally get back with you and the deal has changed. Instead of a loan at a lower interest it become a "debt settlement" case where they try and negotiate a settlement with your credit card companies that I assume will ruin your credit. They then try and convince you that this is a good thing, even though my credit was 700+. This is very misleading and someone should put a stop to the unsuspecting public that they could ruin your credit.

Credit9 *** uses Credit9 as a way to help its customers get out of debt faster

uses Credit9 as a way to help its customers get out of debt faster. I was eligible to apply for the loan in January. I contacted Credit9 on 1/12 and told them that I wanted to apply but I was switching jobs. I was told If we continued I would be denied due to my debt to income ratio. The representative emailed me the documents Id need to send. On 2/26, I emailed the representative and asked if I could still send the documents. No reply. On 3/5, I called *** and asked to speak to someone in Credit9. I was told my representative (the one that didnt respond) would call me back either that day or 3/8. On 3/9 I hadnt gotten a call. I emailed again stating that I was following up. I got a response saying I was denied the loan due to debt to income ratio. We hadnt discussed my currents debts so I asked if we could review them. A quick response said yes. I emailed back my current debts. No reply. On 3/12 I followed up. No reply. Today is 3/16.

Credit9 In October , I was informed via email that I'd be eligible for a loan on November 29.

In October , I was informed via email that I'd be eligible for a loan on November 29. The email detailed the process and promised debt freedom and credit rebuilding. Weeks later, I had no updates. The lender's website stated loan suspensions due to Covid-19. Contacting them, I faced a barrage of questions and was ultimately denied without explanation. Advised to wait, I faced another denial three months later, attributed to a financial commitment I made. Despite offering to settle the commitment, I was still rejected. After 18 months and consistent payments, my application was denied, worsening my credit score. The lack of transparency and justice in their process was disheartening.

Credit9 In the afternoon on January 27, I opened a letter from credit9 about an offer for a consolidation loan

In the afternoon on January 27, I opened a letter from credit9 about an offer for a consolidation loan. Immediately I went online to fill out the initial application with the reservation code they provided me before the valid date expired on 2/4. I set a time for a representative to call me for 5:30pm on 1/27 to complete the application process and talk about finance options. At 5:15pm I got a reminder text from *** telling me to expect a call from a Client Advocate Specialist at 5:31pm. At 5:32pm I got a text saying that they were unable to reach me despite my phone never ringing and no missed call. It told me to call them at ***, which was not the number provided on the initial letter I received. So I called back using *** the number from the letter. A young woman answered named *** and said she could assist me. She pulled up my information from earlier in the day. Then she told me she needed to get my number to call back because she was getting a notification on her side that the call was no longer recording. She told me they have strict procedures at her company that the call needs to be recording. I said, I would feel more comfortable calling her so she gave me her direct number ***. When I called back she took my information including my SS# to check my lending options based off my credit. About an 1hr *** my home from my son playing. I tried to deescalate, but my two year old son was nearby and saying "no, no, no" as toddlers say to themselves about nothing in particular. Her response was "I am not trying to pressure you. I don't get paid enough to deal with someone repeating no to me." I said calmly "That is my 2 year old son in the background saying no for no reasons." She replied "Well I don't need to put up with this B.S." I said "Okay, have a good night"
