Not a good customer representative. Wasn't helpful at all.

They refuse to cancel my account, and they make it hard for you to do it.

I signed up to view a credit report, but when I tried to cancel, they just hung up like others said. It's a total scam and their business practices are unacceptable.

I got charged $39.94 again even though I canceled last month when I saw the first charge. This is a scam. I want my money back because I canceled.

I was recently charged $39.94 and I have no idea why. I would like a refund and to cancel any accounts I have with this company. I live paycheck to paycheck, and unexpected expenses like this prevent me from being able to provide for my basic necessities.

I just found out that my personal info was stolen, including my debit card. This company keeps tryin' to charge my card for a service I never used or signed up for. I keep callin' customer service, but they keep hangin' up on me and not stoppin' the payment on my card. I've called 'em three times already, and I'm tryin' to be patient. But I ain't gonna put up with bein' hung up on no more.

I want a refund from the company. I've been calling to reach someone, but it says they're closed. It says they open on Monday through Friday at 6am, so why can't I reach anyone at 7:30am? This is not acceptable. I didn't know about this and want to cancel it. I don't need this site at all. Please assist me. Thanks.

The website is messed up. I was tryna find payday loans and stumbled upon this site that practically forced me to get my credit score. Even though I already had it from other places. So I paid the $1 for the trial. But the website straight up said my card got rejected. So I figured it didn't go through. But it actually did. A whole week later, and a whole week after the website said my card got rejected, they charged me $40 for some service I don't even need, didn't even know I had. And there was absolutely no way for me to know about it.

I agreed to a $1 fee for a 7 day trial for this credit company just to apply to this lending company for a small loan. Once this task was complete, I believe the next day, I did everything I could to contact the company to cancel the trial so their monthly subscription price wouldn't be debited from my account. I've called them and visited their website countless times, all of which have been to no avail. They say their hours are 4 am to 5 pm on one phone number, then give different hours of 6 am to 5 pm on an alternate number I found. Regardless, I've called literally around the clock, and if I'm ever able to get through, I get hung up on. On one occasion, I was even told to quit wasting my time as they were never going to refund me the almost $60 they have stolen from me! Unfortunately, before I could get my bank account to zero out my funds from that account, they successfully charged me for two months of a completely worthless service in the first place. And ever since then, I receive a notice every single day, sometimes multiple times per day, saying my account balance is insufficient. Having to keep that account at 0 funds has caused me many unforeseen hassles, and I need to use my account once again. I said I didn't want to file any formal charges right now, but that decision changes in two weeks if this company doesn't quit harassing my bank account and if the two payments of 29 dollars and some change aren't refunded to my account! I've had enough of these unprofessional con artists preying on people simply because their intrusive website forces you to sign up for their free "trial" to access a loan company's services. Thank you!
