Cricut Cricut maker machine

My Maker machine was outside of the warranty. It began stopping in the middle of a cut and the power switch would flash red. Called Cricut a bunch of times and their solution was "just buy a new machine." I posted a comment on their Facebook page and the moderator pm message me and said they would take care of it. I replied to her and was ghosted.

Cricut Always getting nasty spam messages

Hello, so I'm constantly (almost every day) getting random text spam messages. It's really obnoxious. And it's always terrible things. Through email to SMS. ATNT can turn it off. You should disable this entirely. I might just switch back to ATNT because when I was with them I didn't get these type of messages. And no, changing my phone number is not the solution, As your support says.

Cricut Cricut maker and maker 3

I had purchased the Cricut maker. It died in 1 1/2 yrs. Not used that much either. Was in contact with customer service, they don't return phone calls or emails, then comes covid, more excuses why they can't contact me. Now it's october and they tell me I'm out of warranty. That's not a surprise. 400.00 dollars for a machine that died in 1 1/2 yrs. So now it's June and my children buy me the maker 3. Another 400.00 down the drain. Surprise, it isn't working! I've been told the blade is to short. Cricut do the right thing! Send the correct fine point blade and some form of rebate, or I'm returning this piece of junk and getting a silhouette. I am not about to lose 800.00 on a product that is so bad, it's company won't do anything for it's customers.

Cricut Cricut updates and file errors

I had called Cricut Customer Support a month ago because I have over 800 projects, because a lot of my projects were not opening, I was getting the red ribbon, saying open unsuccessfully. When I called the rep put in a ticket and I never heard back. She told me than that this would be fixed in the next update, apparently was not true because it has not been fixed. I just called again yesterday and spoke to another rep and she informed me that for some unknown reason, when Cricut was pushing out all of these updates, they were unable to pull files over from 2017. I was also told that there is no fix and will not be fixed. I am furious right now because there was a lot of time that went in to making these projects and no fault of my own I am no longer able to use these. This is not right since these projects were to be stored on the cloud, which they were and this was the companies fault and they should be able to fix this. I started using Cricut in 2017, this is when I received my first machine. Now all of those projects are no longer, which makes no no longer want to use the Cricut machines in fear that this may happen again. I also lost around 200 projects in which they could not figure out where they went. This is ridiculous and I am not seriously thinking of switching to Silhouette Machine just because of this reason. I was going to possible purchase the Maker 3, but I now I am not sure. This is alot of time spend on projects that I can not even use now, I am so disgusted with Cricut. Every time they do an update something goes wrong and is not able to be fixed.

If these files were to be stored on the Cricut cloud and I am paying a monthly access fee than they should be able to retrieve these files, this was a company problem and they should stand by their products.

Cricut Cricut air2

Design space is a joke! I am considering finding a new cutting machine. This time yesterday I was not able to do anything on design space and it's happening again. I am in the middle of orders and I am not able to access my design space. This glitchy system is not meant for business. It's not a guaranteed software!

Cricut can't log in to cricut account

I have not been able to log into my account, I have tried to change my password numerous times to no avail. Same message every time to check email and password. What do I do with a machine I can't get support for. I don't need to log in to order and they will gladly take more money. Request a salution to this problem. I will gladly take a refund, since they won't help me.

I have been trying to log into my design space and it keeps going back to white page with the login. What is happening I used this machine on monday with NO problems. I need to know how to FIX IT NOW !

Cricut Missing items, Broken Box

I ordered a Bundle, Cricut Explore air 2 and Extras
The Machine arrived almost two weeks earlier than the Extras
When the second box did arrive it was broken Open and most of the insides were missing.
I have included pictures of what everything looked like upon arrival.
I have included a picture of items was supposed to be included
I have included picture of items I did receive

No markers, No tools, Half the Rolls listed were included..

Desired outcome: I would like refund for items not received, OR sent replacements for the items I purchased

Cricut Design Space

Really, curved text is too complicated to be able to use now? How is something as simple as curved text not supported in your iOS version? Newsflash, designers use Macs. They are notoriously better for design. Please better support iOS devices. Design Space is a terrible to use program to start with but if I must use an inferior device too, there's no hope for it getting better.

Cricut cricut maker

i have a cricut maker the right wheel on the metal bar moves to the left and cannot get back in place apparantly parts are not replacable for this machine that you charge 400 dollars for

Cricut Cricut Mker Machine

I bought a cricut maker in November 2020, I have had issues with the machine from the beginning.
I always wanted this machine because everyone raved about it and I love doing crafts.
Anyway, I thik this might have been a refurbished machine and I order a brand new one. The first time I used it it was incredibly loud to even start doing a project. Being a new owner I thought this might be the way it was.
I signed up for design space to start creating greeting cards. right off the start it started freezing up and I had to keep cancelling my projects and starting over several times before it would let me complete a project.
I thought being new I just wasn't doing things rightl So I had a couple of friends, that also had Cricut Maker Machines, come over and talk me through a project. We discovered it was the machine not me.
Now when I try to use the machine it was the same thing with another issue, when I would put something into the holder for a stylus or pen, it would acturally throw the item out of the machine. The first time I was sitting right in front of the machine and it almost hit me in the face.
I have called cricut support at least 8 times, all of which hung up on me becausea if it was a mistaket hey would have called back. Now the last time I spoke with them they wanted to send me parts to replace and see if tht was the issue. Now you and I both know if I do that then they're not responsible to do anything to correct the problem because they will say I did something. So I refused to do it and told them I was going higher to get this solved.
They have no way of getting in touch with anyone other than support.
I am so frustrated.

Desired outcome: I would like them to replace this computer and not refurbished. I hope there is something you can do.

Cricut Doesn’t cut centered now doesn’t even work

Ive been fightng to get a center cut for 3 weeks now my machine isnt even working. Ive been through 13 calibrations

Cricut my projects

there is no scroll bar to the right on 'my project' and where you type the project name no search icon shows. I tried to look at settings nothing. Also the majority of 'my projects' are not longer available to load. states contact customer care. They said that is the way it is. Unbelievable. I have only 155 saved projects and can not longer access a lot of them. Unacceptable.

Cricut Design space

No offset button in design space.

Let down by the sudden need to rip off loyal customers by charging for uploads over 20 a month. What an appalling let down. If I had known you were going to do this I wouldn't have purchased my Maker. If design space was fit for purpose & not the only software you can use with the machine it wouldn't be so bad but you have held us to ransom. Shocking behaviour.

Desired outcome: Sort out offset button. Do not charge for DS, uploads unlimited & free as promised.

Cricut Contents of Order not Receive-Horrible Customer Service

I am disgusted by the customer service of Cricut. I receive the box for the Cricut Explore Air 2 with only the machine and welcome packet. The power cord, usb cable, premium fine point blade and housing, fine point pen, materials for practice project were NOT even in the box. Over the past two weeks I have spent over 3 and a half hours on the phone/on hold with four representatives and a "Team Leader" trying to resolve the issue. During my call today, I spoke to a Team Leader asked for his supervisor and he told me "They don't take calls." I asked him to provide them with my phone number and he said "They don't make calls." I asked for an email address and he would not provide that either.

Cricut The size wheel on my cricut expression does not work as the circuit board is cracked.

I called Cricut to find out what the problem was and they could care less since they no longer support this machine. I found a youtube video that told how to fix it. I did this and it still will not work. When I CALLED Cricut to find where to get this part they abruptly told me they do not have parts and had no idea where to get a new board. Why would I buy a new Cricut when the internet is full of people who have spent a ton of money on their machine and accessories and get no service from this company. I have been a cricut customer for about 20 years and do not plan on buying another one when this company does not plan on supporting their customers.
I read on line that cricut sells refurbished machnes to customers with a problem. If they do they must have parts available to them that they wil not support us with.

Desired outcome: Help to find this part.

Cricut Change order / cancel order

1) I placed an order (3423279) for Christmas gift, but entered my address number wrong (entered one number off).
2) Called help desk to update it
3) help desk couldn't help - said only option is to cancel and my card wouldn't be charged
4) cancelled order (3176591)
5) card was charged (still is)
6) I've called support with no help... I've emailed support with no help.
7) order still shows processing.
8) no phone support and no email support.

I paid out $300 for A special Christmas gift. Now I have no gift and no money to replace it.
Pathetic customer service. If I don't receive a response, I'll see what to do with small claims. If I do receive a refund, I won't be purchasing a Cricut. So disappointed.

Cricut Refund / order cancellation

Ordered on 20 Nov 2020. I've spent multiple hours now on the phone and emails trying to find out where my order is. Only 1 of 8 items have shipped and the rest remain in processing. I just want to cancel and get a refund for those 7 items. I called at least half a dozen times only to be placed on hold and to be hung up on. No one will take my call and process a refund

Cricut Cricut design space

The new download is horrible. It freezes out. There's no longer an arrow on the right side to move projects up and down and when you go to make something like words for a card, it won't let you position it where you want it. Please fix this. I've been using cricut design space for a long time and this is by far the worst update done yet.

For the first time, yesterday, I also had many problems with design space. I recently downloaded Cricut software onto a new computer with Windows 10. I am not sure if this is causing my problems. I cannot maneuver images without temporarily losing the image. Working with the text was very frustrating. I could not weld lines of text or attach them to the image I chose . I could not move the scroll bars up or across, so that I could view sections of the screen when trying to find the lost images. The two or three hours that I wasted were so frustrating. I e-mailed Cricut last night but received no help .

Cricut Lost money on materials and business

Hi, I'm writing this to complain about the cricut I purchased in May from Amazon.

Ever since I purchased this cricut it has been very intermittent and not worked correctly. I run a business and create business stickers. So I've been using this cricut for this. However the amount of sticker paper and printer ink I've wasted due to the cricut completely destroying my work is unreal. I've contacted cricut many times. when I first contacted them I didn't get a reply for months. Due to the current circumstances I understood they would be busy and I tried to fix the problem myself and just took the sheets that it cut properly. however the problem just kept getting worse and the amount of paper and time I was wasting was really getting to me.

I got in contact with cricut again and they told me to send them a video I did this but apparently the video wasn't correct as I wasn't loading the mat properly. It's really hard to do this when holding a phone to record it. I wouldn't lie about this as I need this cricut to work for my business!

Tonight I've just had enough, I've wasted 20 sheets of sticker paper in one night. I've been on the phone to Amazon who have been amazing and accepted a refund for the cricut. I've had to cancel ALL my business orders I've lost so much money on business and materials and the stress this has caused me is unreal.

I've sent cricut another video tonight and photos. I've told them to resolve this problem I want some sort of compensation or refund for the stress and amount of money I've lost using this machine.
