I bought somethin' from this company and they took my money but I never got what I ordered. I tried callin' 'em lots of times but they never answer their phone or get back to me on the messages I left.

The payment process was smooth, and I used my Visa card to pay. The shipping address and billing address were both correct, so no issues there. I chose the Parcel Select Ground shipping method, and it worked out fine. Overall, I had a positive experience with J Lee Decor and Gifts.

On January 23, I bought 6 shore birds from J Lee Decor and Gifts for $74. But on 3/3, I got a package with only 2 birds, which cost $54. I emailed J Lee Decor and they said they sent the wrong thing. They gave me the option to send it back or keep it and get a credit for the price difference. I told them I wanted the birds I originally ordered, but even after trying many times to reach them, I haven't heard anything back or received any credit.

However, according to the tracking info, the shipping label was created but the item is still in Fenton, MO. I emailed the company last week and still haven't heard from them. I paid $20.42 through PayPal. The item was supposed to be a gift. I would really like to receive the item, but if that's not possible, then I would like a full refund.

However, today I received a message from Capital One stating that they paid for my cats again, causing me to have insufficient funds. I am 72 years old and rely on SSI. I bought somethin' from their website and when I got it, it was all busted up. I asked 'em for my money back and they sent me a label to send the package back. They said once they get it, I'll get my refund. It's been a few months now since I sent it back and the tracking number says it got delivered. But now the store ain't respondin' to any of my messages and I still ain't got my money back.

I ordered from J Lee Decor and Gifts on 10/4 and paid extra for fast shipping. But guess what? My order never showed up. So, I decided to send them an email last week to check on the status. They replied with a simple "yes, it's on its way, thanks." I then asked for the shipping details and mentioned that if it hadn't been shipped yet, I wanted a refund. But you know what? They didn't bother replying to me. Can you believe it?
So, I did some digging online and it turns out I'm not the only one who's been let down by this company. There are loads of complaints about them not following through with their promises. It's really disappointing, to be honest.
All I want is my hard-earned $364.36 back and for someone to keep an eye on this company so they can't keep ripping off unsuspecting customers like me.

I ordered a product from J Lee Decor and Gifts on 18 May 2023. They sent me an email saying it's on back-order, so I wanted to cancel the order. But they already took my money, which isn't how most stores do it. Usually, they charge when the item ships. I don't want the shower curtain anymore. I tried calling and emailing them to cancel, but I couldn't reach a real person. The online chat isn't working either. Something seems off. Order #***.

This is my 2nd time reaching out to this company for a fix. I made an order but one of the things I bought is missing. I emailed them right away about the glasses I paid for but didn't get. I bought a clock from this seller and it came messed up. I showed them a video of the messed up clock and sent it back like they said, asking for my money back. But they didn't even pay attention to my request and just sent me another clock. As soon as I found out they were sending me another clock, I emailed them right away to say I didn't want another clock, I wanted my money back. When the unwanted clock arrived, I emailed them again to remind them that I wanted a refund. I sent the clock back again, following their instructions, and asked about my refund. They haven't given me my money back for this clock. I have all the emails and tracking numbers to prove that they got the clock back. This whole thing happened from 7/31 to 9/22. I've asked for a refund many times and they've just ignored me.

They said my order (#***) should ship in 7-10 business days and they would email me with tracking info. That was the last time I heard from them. I got an email confirming my order and the money was taken from my account. On May 17th and 19th (business days 11 and 13) I reached out again, both through email and their chat service, to ask about the shipping info but no response yet. I really want to get the stuff I ordered and move forward, but it seems like there's been a lot of complaints in the past 2 years saying this is how they do business. I hope this complaint will make them respond so I can get an update on my order and have my stuff delivered.
