Company in question!
I ordered 13 knobs on 9/5/2020. It is now 10/21/2020. No communication about delivery date, multiple emails later, 5 knobs arrived. When I let DecorGlamour know that only 5 knobs had arrived, they implied that I was not being truthful and stated that all the knobs had been sent. Multiple emails/phone calls later, with the original packing slip documenting that 8 knobs were back ordered, they still could not tell me when my remaining knobs would arrive. They sent me a FedEx number as a response, but the number was actually for the original 5 knobs that had been sent, not for the remaining knobs. I spoke with Fran today on the phone and she said that all the knobs had been sent. When I told her that they had not, and that I had sent documentation to that effect, she argued with me. When I asked how they could handle things this way, she hung up on me. When I called again (5 times), each time she disconnected my call. I have had to dispute the entire order with my credit card. I would love to sent back the knobs that I have, but Fran refused to give me a return authorization number. Before ordering, note that there is a 25-35% restocking fee...
Retail home decor
They withdrew my money alright but the phone always rings and rings when I try to call to find out where my items are. They don't answer calls or emails and no updates. They say "email again after 24 hours if we haven't replied". Days go by and no response. When I finally get someone on the phone in rude broken English thwy tell me just to email customer service. I've filed a dispute from my bank to reject the charges. $450 of my hard earned money. I still haven't received my items or any communication. These scammers need to be shut down. I don't know how they keep bribing people by low prices and taking peoples money. Bad business. Stay far away!
Cabinet pulls
We paid for $81 worth of cabinet pulls that were never shipped. After numerous emails and voicemails I finally heard from an incompetent customer service representative named Fran who told me the products I ordered were back ordered. I was never informed of this even though I tried contacting them many times. There was no apology for the delay or lack of communication, simply a short reply that the items were back ordered for 2 weeks. After the two weeks, when we still had not received our items, I attempted to contact Decor Glamour again. I have left three voicemails and 3 emails and Decor Glamour will not return my emails or voicemails and will not respond to my request to be refunded for products I paid for but did not receive. What a scam! This company is fraudulent! They stole our money!

The worst company, which didn't refund
I ordered item from the company Decor Glamour. The seller told me to wait about 20-30 days. After 2 months I haven’t received my order, but the seller continued to promise and blah-blah. I was sick of these promises and asked to provide money back. However, the seller told me that it was too late to ask for refund. The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.
Wont return my $600 or effectively respond
I placed an order on September 7, 2013 for a Whitehaus faucet that cost
$591.75. I completed the order and the money was drawn from my account. I
never received the faucet and on October 2, 2013, nearly an entire
month later... I emailed customer service and told them that I never
received my item and so I ordered the same item from a different
location (which I received right away) and that I wanted a refund on my
faucet that I had not yet received. I was met with an email from them
after that that said the item was back ordered and their apologies for
not making me aware. I then received a second email that same day saying
that my order was scheduled to ship the next day on Oct 3rd. (Obviously
someone did not process my order and once I emailed them, they
completed my 30 day old order) ... but anyways, I had already asked for a
refund and told them I purchased and installed the product from
elsewhere... so obviously I dont want them sending me one. So now 7 days
after that... this unwanted faucet shows up at my house. In which I
have to take back to UPS and pay money to have it sent back to them. Now
Im out well over $600.00. I called and told them to expect this
unwanted faucet back and that I wanted my refund. The person on the
phone told me he needed to speak to his manager and he would get back to
me. I have called them numerous times over the months and can never get
a hold of anyone as they are always celebrating Jewish holidays or are
not in the office for some other excuse. They finally call me back well
into 2014 and said that they still had not resolved my issue and were
trying with the supervisor. Then they called two days after that and
said that my request for a refund was denied because it was over 30 days
since I ordered the item! This mystery item that I did not even
want, and I received months too late. Now is been 9 months since this
incident and I am still trying to get my money back.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Do not order from this company
Very difficult to return unneeded or unwanted items. You must get a return authorization number, but to get that number I have called three times and emailed once. I have been on the phone on hold for over an hour total. I have waited for three weeks for the email. Anna is unprofessional, unfriendly, and seems to use "please hold" as a way to make you just go away. There is a 25% restocking fee, and it looks like I just get a credit balance with the business rather than a refund. I'm trying to find out about that now, but getting an answer is taking... too much of my life.
Terrible Services
Terrible customer service and our order has been back ordered for over two months and we have had to request ship dates which none have happened. No proactive customer service and expect to wait a very long time for your product. When we requested a refund and to return partial product, we were told there would be a 25% return fee and we would have to pay shipping. I would strongly recommend AGAINST order from DecorGlamour. We gave them ever possible opportunity to make this rignt but no luck.
Horrible customer service
I ordered $1, 500 worth of bathroom products from this company. It took them nearly a month to complete the order and the order only was completed after I followed up several times. They shipped one wrong faucet and on the day that the Plumber arrived, I had to find a supplier who had one in stock so that the work could be completed. When I notified Decorglamour of their shipping error and told them that I would be returning the faucet that they sent, they instead shipped me a replacement faucet three days later and claimed that they had now fulfilled my order. When I reminded them that this was too late, that I had paid extra to get the right faucet from a local supplier they told me I was wrong.
It has now been three months since I returned the wrong faucet that they sent and they have yet to credit me what is due. I have followed up several times and keep getting the run around. Dorian in the customer service department is unresponsive, rude and makes no apologies for any errors that Decor Glamour makes.
Pay a little more and go elsewhere, you'll be happier in the long run.
Worst service of all time
I ordered a faucet with decorglamour. It didn't arrive so I inquired, they said it was back ordered. The asked me to email them to "remind" them of my order. I emailed them several times and 5 months later the faucet arrives. Seven months later a second faucet arrives. They refuse to take it back claiming the faucet was out of stock. Then when I said I was unhappy and was going to return both faucets they claimed that there was a scratch and it couldn't be returned. I never took the faucet out of the box (because I aready had one). In the end they want to charge me for both faucets that I returned. Nice!
Bad service
I ordered faucet parts from decorglamour.com and have enjoyed some of the worst service that I've ever experienced in online shopping. They waited more than 10 business days to ship the parts without any notification as to a cause for delay. I had to telephone them and endure a lengthy holding period before I finally got a live rep who took another 10 minutes just to give me a UPS tracking number for the shipment. I'll never order from this company again.
Buyer beware
I ordered an expensive faucet from this Co. 10 days ago. The order was delayed because the shipping address differed from the billing address. After I verified my shipping address I received an email saying that my order was now being processed. That is all. I cannot reach them for a shipping confirmation or to cancel the order. I was on hold for 45 minutes and gave up. I sent two separate emails and there was no reply. I called American Express to resolve the issue but they can't do anything until they charge my account. I cannot stop them from charging my account or from shipping the item. After reading the reviews and trying to deal with them I want to cancel my order because by the time I get the faucet (if ever) it will be too late. My kitchen will be finished and from what I read I will probably never get my money back. I need my faucet right away or to cancel my order. This is the worst online experience I have had. My remodel is in a remote location and I have ordered numerous items online and received them promptly with lots of communication. I am not a happy camper!
Try to avoid this merchant. The customer service is the worst I've never had before. Not to mention about the order took me more than 18 days to get it; I requested to return a defective item but the merchant said I needed to pay 25% of restocking fee. What a terrible policy! I will never go back to this store.
Ordered $200 of kitchen hardware. After 10 days called company who gave a ship date. Date passed and order didn't ship. Calls to company to cancel order were put on eternal hold. Do not do business with this company.
Same issue with DecorGlamour.com today. Placed an order on June 4, never received confirmation. Called and was told to check order status online but the online order status did not work. Finally got someone on the phone who said it would be a week to get the item into their warehouse and hen three business days for it to get to me. I called a week later to check the status / get shipping confirmation ---awaited over 40 minutes for a rep (Jason) who said it was not in and would not arrive the following week at all. And then said there was NO way to get the item sooner. I had to probe to get him to say they could expedite the item at my expense of 25% the cost of the item! I asked for a manager and he refused. He said they were too busy. It was the most frustrating experience and I finally cancelled the order. Of course, I had to email customer service for confirmation of the cancellation...
Buyer Beware!
Decor Glamour did indeed, have the lowest price BUT when the knobs we ordered did not match what we had seen in the store and needed to be returned things got a little scary.
We finally got our money back but I don't think we would have had we not nicely and consistantly called to check on it every two to three days. There was out right fibbing going on that lasted 6 plus weeks!
After this experience, I won't order from a company that doesn't accept PayPal. I'm not comfortable knowing that Decor has my credit card number and will probably cancel my card in order to get a new number.
The few extra cents you may save is NOT worth the headache!
Bad customer service
This outfit does not return phone messages or emails. does not deliver on time. Did not advise when goods were going to be delivered, I was the one who had to call to find out delivery was next day. Was threaten by a huge re stocking charge when I stated that I did not know if someone could be home to receive the delivery. Ana stated it would go back to the company and she would nail me with the re stocking charge. Very un proffessional should not be in bussiness representing companies that produce fine products.
