I was using there service but most of the time recharges going fail. No proper response from them. They will tell you to wait but won't tell you to wait for how much time. You will wait for some time and after asking them you will get reply "please wait". Always there commitment going fail. If they tell you to wait for one day then it will be minimum one week means 7 days at least. It may take one month also. Next thing you will get is temporary solution of problem means problem will be fixed for some days only. You will get same problem or more problem than previous problem. If one problem fixed then another arises and so on. Don't take service from them. You will be loosing your vaaluable customers. Be aware about crowdfinch cybernetics, jaipur, rajasthan.
Nowadays they are responding and trying to resolve issue ASAP.
They are doing same thing again . They blocked my account initially and now they are not in the mood to return my money . Even I am unable to login to my dashboard . They are changing their address multiple times . Now their new address displaying as AMOUR TOWER, PLOT NUMBER E-9, MK BUSINESS GROUP, PRADHAN MARG, MALVIYA NAGAR, JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN and another one GS2 HEAVENLY PLAZA, SUITE NO 324, KAKKANAD, COCHIN, KERALA - 682021 .
Previously it was S3-S4, SURYANSH APARTMENT, 48 HEERANAGAR, GOPALPURA BYEPASS, JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN - 302019
Their address displaying they have office in SINGAPORE also .
I think they are going to close their office and go away from India like MALYA .
We should take action against them . They are very big fraud .

Please Beware of this Company. I pay 5000 on 11th aug 2018 and they said api is free. They provide service on 27th sep 2018.I am Doing Recharge business Upto jan 2nd with Lot of Complaints.Suddenly they stop his service and i am facing lot of problems with my retailers.All his mobile number ends with 1234. Dont trust this company. My wallet balance also locked.In Jan 2019 they ask me aadhar and pan with attested. i also send via mail. But no Response.
